Orlando, FL– I swear on my Blinkette’s, at no time, did I ever picture the word that rhymes with “euchebag” if you add a D, would appear in a title on my site. Today’s testimony by Academy Of Parental Enablers Resulting in Toddler Death President (AOPERTDP), Cindy Anthony , took the strand. I said strand on purpose. I am convinced the elusive 17th allele comes from her. I daydream she left it on the shovel by attempting to dig herself a hole following the conclusion of her filicidic daughter’s trial.
No such luck. This former Gentiva Supervisor, Licensed by the state of Florida as a registered nurse, now thinks she may have been home on the days of March 17th and March 21st and her former employer, required her and other salaried employees to falsify their timecards in an agency subject to HIPAA regulations.
Mrs. Anthony, although it would mean she came home for less than 30 minutes on both days, if she indeed returned to work, brought her own smell of decomposition. Decomposition of her loyalty to the legacy of her 34 month old grandbaby, Caylee Marie. By the time of this publication, I have requested comment from John Camperlengo, Gentiva Chief Compliance Officer, and will post upon reply.

O and Cindy, thanks for bringing up your concerns about the dogs eating bamboo leaves. Further computer forensic scrutiny shows that the dogs were PRECLUDED from being in the backyard as a result. Which, Casey knew, and certainly strongly assissted in avoiding detection of her granddaughter’s remains in her playhouse for days. Not to creepy, not to soul-less, right? Did the Baez/Rosebud braintrust consider they gave the jury exactly what they needed to explain Casey Anthony’s alternative universe and fancy for pathological lying? Apples and Trees, as we say in Jersey. God Rest this child in your loving care, which begining June 16th, is the only loving care that has mattered.

I’ve often wondered if that’s where ICA was keeping Caylee. For quite awhile when asked where Caylee was, ICA would respond “with ‘Zanny the nanny.’”
WHERE was Caylee during those times?????
Legal analyst are speculating a possible plea deal may be in the works. I say no way. I think it has to do with the attorneys.

* The shoes most definitely bother me, too, because in the Universal interview, the accused said that Caylee, during the phone call that never happened, talked about her “new shoes”.

The shoes are Caylee’s. I cannot say that the child is caylee, but the clothing and the shoes are definitely hers, or belonged to her at one time.

Nana@8:49am, I don’t believe that is a picture of Caylee Anthony either. this child is much taller than Caylee would have been at that time and, she also is much meaty than Caylee was at the time she supposedly went missing. also, who would take a photo of a kids back side opening a door. I’m wondering if that photo is why the trial was called off for today because the state some how found out that this photo is a fake and not Caylee. its possible!
Riverpearl@8:57am, I agree with you 110% about people cashing in and making money from a tragedy such as this one, especially since they all helped to cover up a murder. I’m so glad that I was not one feeling sorry for Cindy when she first testified for the state as their witness. I knew she was putting on a show and that she had not changed her lying ways.

On the lighter side….I just have to say I love Bill Sheaffer on WFTV Channel 9 Orlando. I switched over from Tru TV and HLN and all the defense team there. I like Bill’s brilliant commentaries and explanations. Last but not least he sure is put together handsomely every day. Love his classy suspenders and well co-ordinated outfits. A potential death penalty case, and so much floundering. Any thoughts, Blink, on how this might weigh on the jury, even if they’re not supposed to consider it?

I was totally in shock when I heard Cindy on the stand that day describing the new look for the backyard & saw the pool was still there.. I thought how could you bear to look at it if your grandchild ‘drowned’ in it..
I also thought how convenient to practically paver the entire backyard ‘no more scent tracking’.. If this house was in Arizona or Nevada I could understand it since they do that in those states.. But we’re in Fla.

You nailed it, WPG. That’s exactly what’s wrong with the picture — it’s distorted.
I opened the image in Photoshop, changed the image size to 8 x 10 and now it looks correct. In other words, at least from the back, this little girl DOES look to be the same size and proportion as Caylee.
Looks to me like the picture is stretched.
I found it strange too. I mean, I am a grandma of one beautiful 3-year old girl; “Little Miss.” I take pictures of her but if she is just standing at my sliding back door looking out; which she has done, I have never thought, “Oh my, this is a Kodak moment.” Strikes me as odd. This family has serious issues and if it were up to me, I would charge them all with obstruction and perjury! Also, I am so sick of the “experts” saying that Cindy and George are victims. They stand to earn a lot of money from Caylee’s death and I wish we could some how begin to boycott this sick attempt of a book deal and or a movie deal. Just catching up with the last court drama ..what a day,ha?
Cheney is the only person in defence team who is qualified for death penalty cases. Are they trying to have him leave and sabotage the case ?
Speculation is that the legal issue might have to do with a previous defense witness who was due to testify last week.
Dr. Rodriguez was planning to testify for the defense in the area of toxicology, however the prosecution recieved a call from the doctor’s employer, the Department of Defense, stating that Dr. Rodriguez had not asked persmission to testify, and that they would not allow him to testify – if he did testify he could be fired.
The defense alleges that Jeff Ashton sat on this knowledge for 24 hours before he presented it to the court.
If the defenses allegations are true this could be considered a serious breach in judicial procedure.
According to Beth Karas, legal correspondent for HLN, “I noticed there were others waiting to testify today, Yuri Melich, and other law enforcement looking officials, so the question is why didn’t the judge allow them to testify? Why recess the whole court?” Speculation continued on between the talking heads on HLN even to the point of wondering if Casey Anthony might be working towards a plea deal.

Geraldo is on, he is discussing the family’s role in the support of Casey. Chastising the State for not saying Caylee loved the pool, and that Cindy planned on stating she was going to cop to the chloroform searches and that they should have said so in their CIC. Very general. He began with a blip about today’s events.
So,
I am wondering here, could Mason have reported something Baez has done that he feels is beyond the pale? When they began chatting at sidebar, he then went into a huddle with just Baez like he was telling him what he was going to present. Rumors floating that there was yelling in the back btwn Mason and others on DT.

Well I spoke too soon. He went on to discuss the Black Widow case and how he thinks HJBP has some strange propensity for DP cases. He should have stopped when he was ahead.

This photo IMO has been tampered with to produce the appearance of the child opening the door. The reference is the wall electrical recepticle to the right of the door. Normal height of the plate is 12″ above the floor. This appears to be at hip height rather than at about mid-thigh. The position of the arms should show muscular contractions on the right shoulder and upper arm caused by using the frame face as a push point. I don’t see any. In addition,the wrist on the left hand is turned so that the hand is pulling rather than pushing so most of the force gained from the right arm and shoulder is lost. This may be a specially posed shot that was doctored to show what we see.
This is a three foot door that weighs about thirty lbs. The only mechanical advantage the small statue creates is no lifting force to bind the door as happens when a tall person pulls to open or close it. I believe a child could open or close this door over time by trying and then resting and trying again.
Dear Sweet Jesus, please Blink is George going to confess to molesting Casey and killing Caylee? Alot of rumors are floating on the internet on different sites. Please do you think he will do this? Everyone knows Casey killed Caylee. What does he hope to accomplish? Setting Casey free is allowing her to kill again. I watched todays court sessions saw George upset and Cindy smiling and chewing her chud like nothing had ever happened. These are some really sick people. According to Kathy Belich, Jeff Ashton took Furton’s deposition (again) Saturday afternoon. So whatever the pressing, sealed legal issue of Saturday morning is, it’s seemingly not significant enough to cause Ashton to abandon droning away at the nagging case details.

I can’t stand Geraldo. I used to really like him when he was on 20/20 back in the day- never as much as I loved Hugh Downs though. I lost most of my respect for him after he gave away troop locations when covering the war. The rest of my respect for him flew out the door when I saw how he dogs the prosecution and defends his clown of a friend Baez.
I will continue to admire and respect my true heroes- the three of them at the prosecution table. So very proud of those three. Underpaid and overworked. Baez doesn’t even deserve to shine their shoes.

So therefore if they are her clothes and her shoes then unless they were clothes and shoes she had for later when she was taller it would make sense that even if this is not her in the picture that she did indeed fit these clothes and can indeed reach the handle – I have a photo of my daughter who is now six from behind when she first pulled herself up to stand and held onto the couch – it’s almost like one of those “your snapped/caught” photos – the child in this photo does look really really tall and a lot taller than Caylee but I do think that is to do with the way the photo has been “stretched” JMTCW
Just to clarify I don’t mean the photo of my daughter was a “your snapped/caught” photos – my daughter had that gorgeous chubbiness behind her tiny knees and I think even had her head slightly turned to me – it captured the very moment of her first time standing and is such a pure beautiful moment…
I do wonder whether now what is going to happen is clarification of all Cindys claims of times etc – she has made a lot of claims that it would seem can with a bit of research can be proven or disproven in terms of her location at certain times,pop ups and whether they really occurred, people at her workplace that may clearly know whether she was or was not at work when she said she was or wasn’t – I must say from the defense point of view they made a stupid stupid error in the convoluted theory involving Kronk and sexual abuse etc – seems so so odd that Lee says he does not want his sister to be there – would he not be furious that she has accused him and his father of sexual abuse??? This case gets odder and odder just went you would think nothing else could make it any stranger …
Just another thought – a lot of people seem to say in their comments that if this is Caylee it’s proof she can open the door -IMHO absolutely not so – it’s a child TRYING to open a door – the door is not opened – when I moved into my apartment the first thing I did as put a bolt at the top of the front door on the inside as it was just a round handle with a button to push in at the middle to lock it and my girl would have been about 3 and I worried about her being able to open it plus just general security – all other windows have safety stays on them and then I have ranch sliders with the same kind of handle as in the pictures and I also put an inside bolt at the top of that – I don’t think it’s odd to take a picture behind of a child when they are doing something like that, you are not exactly going to ask them to turn around and smile when they are doing something they really shouldn’t be doing are you?
I will stake my entire professional reputation on the fact that that image is altered.

We must all remember that the drastic change in the Anthony family began after Lee overheard something at the courthouse the last day he testified (I haven’t gone back to listen to witness testimony of him or others that day to look for clues as to what that may have been). He then felt the need to relay said information to the defense. I feel that Lee convinced Cindy and George to go back to the defense side, due to what he overheard and the fact that all of the news channels were stating how badly the defense team was doing. After all, what more did they have to lose?
Remember, the picture had to come from the Anthony’s. The picture is in their home. How convenient that they now “find” this picture.
Also, Cindy testified at the beginning of trial that she was as certain as she could be that the ladder was put away after she and Caylee swam on Father’s Day. Now she is pretty sure she left it up…..even called George to tell him. Wow, how their memory works. I NEED some of the medicine that Cindy takes to “improve” her memory.
This family is the lowest of low. Not once have they put Caylee first. It’s all about ICA, it always has been and always will be. And that my friends, is why we are where we find ourselves today.
Everyone was ready to jump on the “feel sorry for Cindy” wagon, but she sure showed the public again what that family is made of. Indeed, the apple does not fall far from the tree. And the tree this family eats from is a deadly, evil one.
I believe the raw emotion we saw on ICA and Lee was because she KNEW he was changing his story to support her. He may even be prepared to state he molested her. It’s funny how this “raw emotion” wasn’t prevalent a few days ago when he testified at trial. His sister was facing the same charges and his parents were facing the same situation a week ago that they are today. George was sitting in the back, crying while no testimony was going on today. What is he so upset about? Is he now prepared to fall on the sword too?
I feel like ripping out my hair, I’m so frustrated with this family. How can they forget the innocent child that lost her life to their witch of a daughter/sister?
It’s also worth noting, we don’t see any of the Anthony extended family members at court in support of ICA.
It will be interesting to see the Anthony’s impact statements. All about ICA, not Caylee.
I am overwhelmed with sadness for this child and anger at this family. It seeps through my pores.
This delay is not due to a plea deal. ICA will NEVER tell what happened to Caylee. EVER. If I’m not mistaking, Justice Perry stated that it was a, “legal matter pertaining to DR. so and so (forgot his name) that was completely unrelated to the matter just discussed at side bar”.

It seems to me that one of the depositions I read stated that ICA had duct tape in her purse. I think it was Amy Huzeinga, but not sure. If my memory recalls correctly, there was a posting on Face Book from Amy stating that ICA had used up all of the duct tape in her purse or something of the like. The state asked her about it at the deposition.
If anyone remembers, please post the link. That could put the tape in ICA hands.

One aspect that is overlooked in terms of motivation is that each month Caylee as grew older, she became more and more of a potential “lie detector” that others could use against Casey to gain access to the truth about her pathetic existence. It is very difficult to teach a three-year-old to lie correctly when YOU want them to deceive people. For example any time Cindy had Caylee alone, she could have easily asked her pointed questions about Casey’s lifestyle, whether there really was a Zanny, did Casey go to a job and leave her at daycare, etc.This may have been what precipitated the alleged June 15th fight and Casey must have at that point realized Caylee was an open door through which anyone could access the ugly truth about her. Casey had weaved a web of lies to avoid the obvious fact that she was a total loser who had never achieved anything in life. It was vital for her to somehow close this window that Caylee represented and through which the ugly reality of her life could blow in for anyone to see. This is reflected in the three pieces duct tape covering the mouth. Caylee’s mouth was starting to represent the truth and reality. Casey had to slam this window shut at all costs.
Word Girl, having read here for quite some time I have to tell you, YOU could have said what I said a whole lot better than I did, for sure, so WOW belongs to you, not me merely for venting!

To further comment on the matter of Caylee and the trunk, per our pediatrician, if Casey did put Caylee it the trunk, it couldn’t have been for any great length of time, and only on cooler nights. This has sparked my curiosity so I’ll be looking for the nighttime temperatures in Orlando through the first few weeks in June, 2008.

Judge Perry said it was NOT related to the earlier issue w/Dr Furton but was in fact ANOTHER legal issue.

I was under the impression that the attorneys & witnesses were not supposed to be speaking with the press about this case ? Maybe the Judge wouldn’t let Baez question Cindy about her marriage because it has no relevance to the death of this child which is what Casey is on trial for. But once again that was Baez trying to get testimony in thru the back door which would be George’s girlfriend (?) testifying to ‘he told me it was an accident that snowballed’.
Just wondering if this legal issue has anythimg to do with George. The Anthony’s atty. did say that there would be legel proceedings if the defense brought up the abuse by George. Cindy & Lee have both been back up on the stand again, could George be next in line? Have you noticed that nobody has brought up the sexual abuse allegations again? Maybe there’s a defamation of character suit in the works? Is this possible? Could that be why George and Casey were emotional? They’re losing a piece of their defense – and they know it’s not going to look good that they’re backing down on this? Just wondering…….

I understand your point of view about the sliding doors but my question is “why would you take the picture of the back of a child trying to open the sliders when you can’t see your child’s excited expression at being able to accomplish this” ? That pic only has significance if you’re trying to prove a point to someone IMO. I took hundreds of pic’s of my first born if she sneezed I was camera ready but her beautiful face was in every picture even nude in the kitty pool. It would have made more sense to me to take the pic while standing in the screen room & facing the child as she attempted to open the slider. Or even if an adult was standing next to her as she made this attempt to open the door to help her if she needed it. I would not put anything past Cindy to stage this pic JMO Cindy.
