I was replying to your post of July 2, 7:48P.M.
Regarding the Lippman interview by Nancy Grace. I wanted to assure you or anyone else that reads who had questions regarding the information found on the Anthony’s desktop computer disk. I was refering to how the data was retrieved and how some of these talking heads were so off the mark.
Managed to get the entire close of Jeff Ashton before my oldest son showed up to help put a new stair rail on the steps from/to our deck.
Casey was showing the whole range of emotions, including crying. IMO the anger was the cause of crying. JA really told a story.

Did anyone else hear JB admit Caylee’s body was in ICA’s trunk? Or am I hallucinating?
Lee is MIA. Does anybody have ideas about why Casey left the baby seat in the car? Or am I wrong? Surely if you find the car with the baby seat intact that would cause me to freak out unless our friend Zanny had plenty.
On Baez’s close, I feel like I am wathcing “Are you Smarter than a Fifth Grader”? Seriously.
Mr. Baez is talking about the root banding in hair as junk science. Trying to destroy the credability of the prosecution withnesses from the FBI and John Jay school of law. The John Jay school has a forensics course and actually awards a degree in forensic science.
Baez is trying to discredit the work of the grad student who performed the test/experiment on the effects of environment on human hair. This work was probably under the supervision of a professor who may have a PHD. What a crock. I guess Baez thinks that the jury may be ignorant of these facts and could be persuaded.
More work for the prosecution on their final close.
What in the He** is Baez talking about? Ashon is cracking up. None of it has any bearing on this case!
Since Baez is so rich on common knowledge re: OB GYN issues, my common knowledge tells me Baez is PMS’n.

It bothers me when either side uses the term “imaginary friends.” Very young children have imaginary friends; adults don’t. Adults lie and create fictions in order to mislead and/or hide the truth.
Irt juror #4: We can never tell what individual jurors will do during deliberations. Just when you think you have them pegged, they can surprise you.

Baez’s argument sounds random, inconsistent with the DT’s evidence and terribly ill prepared. He’s made some good points but he’s contradicted the DT’s entire case by impeaching their own witnesses nor supporting their opening arguement (sexual abuse, accidental drowning, blah blah blah) with any reliable evidence.
I wish the jury got to know who Caylee was.

Baez is “talking to” Juror #4 right now…poor Casey has issues! So it’s not her fault. That seems to be the message.
yeah she went to a place that was “safe” safe from detection and exposure and responsibility.
And Baez how can Casey be a good mother if she chose to keep her own daughter in a place that wasnt safe?… if she subjected to her imaginary friends and her party friends?

You are so right. I did not remember correctly. Caylee was the reason she gave her friend Amy for not being able to go on trip. Admittedly I may not be remembering that correctly either but you are sooo right that Caylee was already gone. Seriously I cannot keep up with all of the lies.
As for the liner and car, you right about that too. Although if the smell still there after 2 years she definately would have needed some of that smelleze or maybe that wealthy beau would just buy her a new car. I assumed because the smell still there after 2 years that there would still be evidence available. Just goes to show you that things happen for a reason and I just do not have a criminal mind. lol

Seeing how Casey acts I still feel she is jumping to take the stand & especially if she is thinking that Ashton would do the cross. Casey knows that Ashton wants to see her get the death penalty. Casey loves manipulating men & when the three detectives questioned her at Universal it was like fore play to her & she loved it you could hear it in her voice & she would love be able to do that to Ashton in front of the world. Linda Drane-Burdock however is another story to Casey I think Linda reminds Casey of her mother & she hates her mother except when she needs someone to clean up her mess then she cons her mother. If Linda did the cross as Schaffer suggests Casey would fold at the knees just like she does when Cindy goes at her it brings out the real Casey. Both Cindy & Linda are aggressive, take charge, no nonsense women & a cross exam by Linda would be something to behold.

been on vacation and catching up on reading during verdict watch… reading nana41′s comments gave me an erie reminder of the original “PSYCHO” movie with Anthony (ironic) Perkins aka Norman. Didn’t he have a dysfunctional relationship with his mother too?
6-7 weeks down, and we didn’t lose a single juror. God bless them. Today is a very emotional day as I think about all the lives that have been forever altered by Casey and Caylee Anthony. Mine included. I will never be the same. Linda Drane-Burdick, Jeff Ashton, and Judge Perry Pelvin and the jurors are in my prayers. They rock.
