    -snipped-

    Once the foundation is set up, it could provide a job for her. She and George talked about that goal for the family, from Jail visits in the summer of 2008.

    I hope probation states she has to have a JOB job. I don’t know the conditions of her probation. I’m dying to know if they’d consider working for her unemployed, con artist parents as meaningful employment.

    One more thought on the hollywood/baez connection, wonder if his consultants have sold him on the idea that she is to much of a “bad girl” to ever be accepted in mainstream? Maybe Baez is happy with this twist, it gets him and his ego in the celebrity realm and promotes her in places that often revere the bad girl types.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Yeah, that show “The Bad Girls Club” would be a perfect setting for her. They’re all psycho/socio on there. (no I don’t watch, the previews disgust me enough)
    @ Lori, I’m with you. Once the A’s realized what beasty girl had done, the colluded, CONnived, and CONspired – nasty little arachnids, all of them!!
    I’ve mulled over the many faces of this familial coven’s court testimonies and come to the realization they were in fact acting out their plan throughout the whole trial. And I’ll forever be convinced that the defense team (at least 1 or 2) were in on it.
    And I’d love to never see any of their names in the media again, except to see justice for Caylee.
  9. MsEnscene says:
    From Fox news, the Greta show, the felon does NOT have to get a job because of “security concerns”; she has to attend school, but can do that online.
    I swear everybody bends over backwards for Miss Creant. Can anybody tell me why? It must be her sparkling personality.
    lol at Miss Creant. To be honest, irt that the security issue becomes one of any employer that she would attempt to work for, and is an unfair burden to others so that I am ok with.
  10. MJ says:
    I’m rolling with Blink on the stipulation that Ms. Felon doesn’t have to get a job. She’s a liability for any normal establishment. It’s satisfying simply that she has to conform to any restrictions and not be able to gloat over an error regarding probation.
    It’s also satisfying that she is profoundly aware that she is a despised person. Her narcissism probably dismisses it but on a real level it has to register that strutting through a Target unattended or making a bogus profile on a dating site is not an option.
    For a pathological liar who existed to connive and use people who could be duped…her notoriety precedes her. The user will be used, most people will want something from her. She’s a shadow person, a created version of herself. Baez created an abused little girl struggling with an “accident”….for a bold self indulged control freak, to have to project that 24/7 will be tiresome. hahhaha
  11. Kleat says:
    A job would also lead to money, which would lead all those after her money (the state and all it’s various LE branches) as well as others, to go after any and all wages. Why would she ever reveal any of that through a regular type job? Not her, she can go work for her parents foundations later on, as a member of the board of directors, or an envelope stuffing employee.
  14. Ragdoll says:
    Baez stated the c word was surrounded by people who will help her or ‘spiritual’ advisors, to be more specific.
    Dorothy Sims comes to mind. I wonder why?
  15. Kleat says:
    Elmer Gantry, perhaps?
  16. MsEnscene says:
    Hee, hee “Creant”…very good. Ragdoll. You’ve coined a new description of the thing. Miscreant = a person who behaves badly and breaks the law. (I am given to understatement.)
    I still say she should be given a job as office paper shuffler by her savior, Senor Jose! After all she spent so many hours out on bond in his office, and we know she more or less did all the paper work connected to her trial so she should be running the whole Baez shebang by now!
    And that job might stop her incessant texting and phoning Jose and ther rest of her team…which you know has to be driving them all NUTZ! I hope.
    LOL @ c word in a law office. Could that be considered as an oxymoron? I’m sure she would love a prestigious environment to work in. Regardless of her lack of ‘mail room’ qualifications, she’d be telling everyone how she screwed her way to the top, becoming a partner in the firm she ‘works’ for.
    It can be done, but she’s no Erin Brokovich. An honest day’s work is just not her style.
    Missed the Thursday activities, the defense is giving Lizabeth Fryer a chance to do her thing at every opportunity, even though they know it’s just an exercise.
    On Thursday, an emergency motion was filed to the 5th DCA to tell the three judges that they were, as Ms. Fryer wrote, demonstrating ‘a misapprehension’ of the facts and that they were under ‘erroneous impression’.
    Can anyone not see this going now to the Supreme Court? How can a girl ever get on with her beautiful life while having to report to probation and follow their rules? Just ain’t right.
    Well, that’s what I’m thinking. It makes sense when I think about Baez’s statement….’she’s with friends, spiritual advisors’. I assure you, meditation is NOT what c word needs. I wish intensive therapy was mandatory during her probation. She may have come across as cooperative and polite to her probation officer. She always knew how to lie like a sidewalk. I just hope her P.O. isn’t ‘buying into it’, readily. Nothing has changed in 3 years. If anything, c word is in a worse state of mind.
    Just my 2 cents, CAD.
    Dr. Phil’s latest hype for his upcoming Anthony extravaganza shows the GGs (grieving grandparents) sitting quietly under the laser beam of Dr. Phil’s truth-telling stare, “You know the truth…don’t you?”
    Yes, the grandparents will reveal the truth of what happened to their granddaughter…a knowledge that could have changed the outcome of the trial!
    Holy Smokes! Was that truth known pre or post Anthony perjury? Inquiring minds…etc.
  27. Lori says:
    The GGs to reveal the truth..
    Hah!
  28. susan2 says:
    In My opinion, the Anthonys will not be revealing any truths. That would take away from the marketability of Casey. Some people would assume that Casey would tell the truth about what happened, in her first interview. I don’t think any Anthony is going to tell the REAL TRUTH about what happened, because they don’t want anyone to know the REAL TRUTH.
  32. MJ says:
    Ragdoll~ it would be so nice if somebody could follow the money, it would eventually find it’s way into murky waters for sure but by now the A’s are “sophisticated”, they’ve got “people” who set their affairs up to probably just skinny by trouble.
    It all goes back to ‘us’….no matter how they set up their skeevy foundations, if nobody is interested in their flippin shyte, nobody like Dr. Phoey will bother to pay them. isn’t it funny, ‘we’re’ over them and their bs but the networks just can’t shake the idea that the shine is still on the filthy family.
  33. Kleat says:
    Great news on the Jeff book, pre-’emptying’ the ability of the trash novels that might be headed to the stands.
    Judge Perry has the green light now, from the 5th district, to hear the money for investigations costs within 30 days.
    And, as far as the Dr. Phil thing not to watch goes, someone was putting the drphil videos on youtube, promoting the new season ‘bombshells with the parents’ and his ‘I’m the new leader’ theme. It looks like there will be nothing new in the ‘truth’ or ‘common sense’ category revealed, the A’s agenda is being fulfilled obviously, and it’s deja vous, with the ‘newer, bigger and better… lies masked as their belief-stories. They are coming up with something brand new to explain ‘the disappearance’ that no one has ever heard before– RIGHT.
    What will happen, and makes it more important not to feed them with support by watching and giving their newest a voice on the web and blogs, is a new story to help the c word confirm innocence and gain support/understanding for her actions.
    This will be the newest of their manipulations and conning of the public (US).
    I suspect, and it’s just MHO, that George’s very first LE interview on audio, gave a clue in the deception, and that was his voicing concern about Baez, said he knew him, didn’t like him, had experience with him– yet George was physically sick and admitted the car trunk had what he recognized in it…. but George was playing dumb about Baez, and all this ‘dislike, distrust’ with Baez was just a chink in the chain along the way to it’s final scene in the courtroom.
    Let’s not get played further– and not help them and Dr. Phil. We know that the Phil-ster will have NOTHING new in the way of ‘truth’. For the A’s, the ‘truth’ is what the jury decided, not even a glimmer of abuse or the slightest neglect with ‘disappearance’ and Dr. Phil will never get to the bottom of this, he is no match for the A’s and their worn out, misused mask of ‘grieving grandparents’.
    It’s all a sham and he’s become part of promoting it.
  34. Kleat says:
    Oh, for links– not giving one for the dr. p show promo, although it was posted on a local Orlando station, clicking it goes to ‘pulled by user’ (WHEW!)– guess the phil show didn’t like the violation.
    susan2 said, “In My opinion, the Anthonys will not be revealing any truths. That would take away from the marketability of Casey.”
    Good point! We can safely assume they are still protecting their beloved Felon of the Year! And they won’t want to take away from their own marketability! They plan a foundation from which they plan as officers to extract their own salaries… Dr. Phil’s “contribution” to their foundation to be the first of many…they hope.
    So, no, no truth from the Ants…just more flim-flam. “Our daughter might be a big fat liar, Dr. Phil, but she didn’t kill anybody! We’ve always known that. It’s our truth!”
    Then, will Dr. Phil ask the second big “hot” question: “George, did you molest Casey?”
    Will I tune in to find out the answer? When we all can write the script? Not on your life!
  36. Cindyc says:
    I am so excited about Jeff Ashton’s book. I suggested he write a book right after the trail. I will purchase his book and watch every single show he is on. I will not watch anything with the Anthony’s on it or purchase any books they will write. They will consist of nothing but lies, and then more lies. Eight % of the world knows they are guilty. I cannot wait for the names of the 12 uneducated dip whits that served on the jury to be released. They will go down as the dumbest people that ever served on a jury and should live a life of shame.
  37. Kleat says:
    Mason makes funnie-isms in today’s defense summary. He must have spent all night thinking of this, or is there some underlying theme in an old but famous film, in which we read Cindy cast by director Baez, as the inigma ‘character’ Rosebud.
    Mason ranted…. (and paraphrasing)….. “now we had Cain, who did nothing to find the body 19, ahh sayyy, 19, ya’alll hear me, 19 feet from the road except to slip in the mud and attack ‘Citizen Kronk’….. ”
    Citizen Kronk, really?? After all he’s been put through by the defense dirty exposeé’s??
    Aw Mason, jump on Cindy and go slide down a hill!
  38. Kleat says:
    Oh, and what was that little flirty wavy-wavy by a certain defense team member to a certain prosecution team member, as she left the courtroom? Keeping the opponents close, is she?
    Sour grapes award for dumbest statement thus far:
    Casey met with her probation officer last night and says she has not found a job, has taken no classes, and has not gotten into any trouble.
    http://www.wftv.com/news/29065082/detail.html
    I want to vomit haggus all over her. That is all.
  42. Kleat says:
    Ragdoll, you’re right, for Florida, freeways would be a good choice, given no snow for sledding on a sled named Rosebud or by any other name. I was thinking snow, ice and a fast track wild ride, and there is always a tree at the bottom of a good sledding slope, could be a busy freeway beyond that.
    No way those two would be able to decide who steers before they pushed off.
  43. MsEnscene says:
    You guys are killing me. Ha!
    Another thing killing me is seeing the “old boys” attitude twixt Perry and Mason.
    I’m betting after Judge Perry “studies” on this case, he will give the benefit of the doubt to her Most Repugnant Feloniousness and let her off the hook.
  44. Pale rider says:
    LOL Ragdoll @ vomit haggis all over them!!!! Mmmmm warm haggis….
  45. Kleat says:
    MsEnscene, Mason is the only old boy– old, crude and off topic more than once in his rants and digs and inuendos. (what the heck has an attack on Roy Kronk have to do with anything, not just in yesterday’s hearing, but for Mason or his client now– does he forget he won?
    I’m thinking Judge Perry’s questions about the ‘intent’ of the legislation, is to be sure he doesn’t overlook that particular little tidbit. The lies had a purpose, and their purpose was to deflect attention from an accused mother-murderer and to get her out of the jam she created for herself. Those lies served their purpose, resulting in the circumstances that allowed her to get off, ultimately. So because she got off of murder charges, child neglect charges, shouldn’t minimize the impact the lies had on her success.
    Will the law, though it’s intent of its creators, allow this liar and ex-con, to be rewarded for her lies that got her off? That will surely open a wide door for future ‘event planners’.
    Whatever Judge Perry decides, he revealed a hole in the state’s research of their presentation– the intent of the legislators. And whatever he does, he will get into the minds of those law makers before he makes his decision, and that may not be good news for one con in hiding.
  46. MsEnscene says:
    Kleat, I am definitely not a Judge Perry fan…and have never been. I won’t go into all the myriad of reasons I think he was a poor stick during trial. I’d like to charge him with neglect of duty in this case. So I’m not expecting any rational decision from him regarding the Felon and her responsibilities to reimburse LE for the cost of her lies.
    She’s gotten away with murder…literally…and her care and feeding still goes on by the taxpayers. I don’t expect a karma visitation from the likes of Judge Perry.
