Kyron Horman Missing: New Years Eve Settlement Ends Horman Marriage
Portland, OR- In a surprise court hearing, Judge Henry Kantor signed off on the agreement between Kaine Horman and Terri Moulton Horman to end their marriage this afternoon.
Details of the agreement have not been released publicly, but according to KGW, a financial settlement to include child support and a lump payment to Terri Horman has been reached.
In what can only be described as a bitter family court feud- the divorce matter was last in court on December 16th to decide if the Horman landscaper, Rodolfo Sanchez Estrada -who alleges Terri Horman tried to hire him to murder Kaine Horman at a lunch meeting – would testify.
Judge Kantor has not yet filed an order from that hearing but Attorneys for Terri Horman were granted a continuance from the pending temporary custody motion scheduled for December 19th and 20th.

Someone up thread mentioned another predator who disguised himself as a coach and carried an athletic gear bag.
Some gear bags are easily large enough to fit a small child in.
You know AS- that is an excellent point. It would of course mean Kyron was incapacitated in some way, and I have not excluded that.
I am aware of one child that said a creepy guy was pushing something around the parking lot I thought could have been mistaken for a commercial laundry bin- but that was my supposition.

imo if a highly mentally organized planner was known & recognizable to staff, students, or parents, he would have gone back in sans Kyron to be seen…exculpatory. If he was unknown to those groups, imo he would’ve hightailed it out & gone to ground fast because he had no idea a teacher would not take role when kids reported to rooms at 8:50.
Imo it was relevant, if Kyron was not a targeted but just fit a profile, that just after 9 am he was neither in his classroom nor attached to a group. And SZ’s hidey hole, as Blink says about driving off, would not have been observable by others when taking K in. So this guy does not live in an apt or tract house. More like 5 acres or more.

Another thought I had as the posters here revisit the scene of the abduction is the possible recovery of Kyron’s glasses. It was never confirmed by investigators that they were found however I know the rumor was spread as if fact.
If his glasses were in fact recovered I wonder if it was from Skyline elementary? If so, that would make it more likely there was a SZ abductor. Also, if they were found by LE on school premises they would have been found in an obscure location otherwise they would have been picked up during the day and turned into the school office.
I continue to believe his glasses, or pieces of them, were recovered although I have no basis for believing that other than my interpretation of investigative commentary.

ads for a Roseburg carwash say it is for the 2015 Search for Kyron, with the Klaas org & various other in & outofstate teams. Remarkable this is codified to one per year rather than based on new intel when inducated by LE. It sounds like a ridiculous publicity stunt promoting Klaas Kinds and K-nines, not to mention DY & SG on camera. Like 1 year family reunions.
Which makes me think, someone posted here Tony sent friendly condolances to the famous OR dog trainor who was murdered. Tony handled K9s. That man had an alluring business; would Tony gave taken K with him on one of his visits? If so, that was a means for K to meet other LE K9s in training that day.
Malty, that’s an interesting idea; that SZ may have been posing as being handicapped, or in need of physical assistance in some other way.
Never thought of that.
Damn it anyway! the answers are within that school and what transpired that day between staff and attendees. Nobody is that freakin’ lucky. But then I think back on Stacie’s (Wilmoth) case, in 1978 when some creep just walked onto the school grounds while some staff member waved at him in the hallway and he proceeded to escort her to his car, where she was incapacitated, shoved into the trunk, then later beaten and raped, and beaten more and left down a bank as dead.
How easy and lucky for this creep was that? Just like Kyron’s case, I think whomever abducted Stacy was familar with that school.
Iirc Tony stopped handling K9s not long after the abduction.
I hadn’t read this before today, but it seems this local administrator had some dirty secrets.
Makes me ill.

Could SZ have been driving a van? Teacher nodded to Kyron indicating that it was ok to help SZ carry something into the school (maybe SZ looked in need due to fake disability as Malty suggested). Kyron then felt safe climbing into a van to get something for SZ. SZ shuts and locks van door and drives quietly away.
To my knowledge SZ used the word truck- but obviously that covers just about any kind of truck-like vehicle to include late model SUV’s and the like-

It would elicit sympathy from Matthews, explain the need for help, disarm Kyron, and informally justify a brief tuck into a handicapped spot if seen if he simply hobbled on a couple of critches. Then at his car toss them in the trunk, with the elementof surprise wrt Kyron. And Matthews’s would’ve tended to focus on the unusual, not the face. In fact, a sedan with trunk makes a lot more sense than a truck or van.
I don’t know that a sedan makes more sense simply from the perspective that SZ had no way of knowing if Matthews could not have responded with – where is your truck parked (he used the word truck) and made an attempt to look at the window (if visible). To my knowledge there were no remarks about SZ having any sort of disability or age-related compromises- no noted issues with gait or slow or impaired movements, etc. Thats not to say he did not display same to Kyron as a lure into a vehicle, but I am not aware of any witness describing that on my end.

Malty you can find more about Stacie’s unsolved case by googling the google news paper archives. She not only could describe her abductor, she described the car and color and nailed down the home she was taken to, with what I would call astonishing recall or to a gnats ass. But, for some reason there was never a composite drawing made of this perp….just like Kyron’s case. Bugs me….a lot. Stacie’s name is spelled in different articles Stacy or Stacie. The perp would be somewhere in early 70′s now, and 65-70 when Kyron went missing. I wish I knew the age of SZ!

So why no composite drawn up? Would the composite have resembled someone in authority or of affluence, @ only 35-39 y.o.? IDK the answer, but unlike Kyron’s case, with all the information this child was able to supply, no one, not one person in the small towns (which they were back then) could come forward and ID this creep. Even though, just like in Kyron’s case a teacher saw him and acknowledged his wave at the school. I firmly believe this dude knew that school as well.
I don’t know how this case has remained unsolved all these years, someone at some point, had to have been near or inside that well-described home.
Makes me wonder if since she’s alive, her case would never be considered to be reopened as a cold case. ( I wonder if they kept any items that might have the perps DNA on it? ) It should be reopened, this guy thoroughly intended to murder her and IMO thought he had. So he’s been left out to re-offend for God knows how long.

Why are none of this year’s DY/SG driven car washes being held in the Portland metro area, when THAT is where the child disappeared from? They have done them at the Xtreme Edge Gym in the past, at the Wall of Hope, but that flopped for the most part. But seems if they truly want to get this child’s UPDATED FACE out where someone might recognize it, or stir a ‘memory’ from a school science fair attendee, they should do it CLOSER to where the child was taken (and more likely remains).
Roseburg, Eugene, KFalls… there is zero ties to Kyron Horman, except for harassment of others whom are persecuted in the media, not searching under the premise of actually looking for Kyron.
Just my 2 cents…

And if DY had any experience working with pta or kid team parents, she’d hold it at a gas station near Lincoln High, ask the Lincoln pta to advertise on their list serve for parent/student volunteer washers, & advertise on the pta contact list the wash itself to draw former Skyline family’s support. I don’t know if it is an intelligence issue or meanness issue with the Davidsons, because the locations shout stalking, not searching.
It seems to me whenever we focus carefully on SZ and the moment of abduction here, gofundme Davidson and collaborator sites put up and out a new stalking/search venture. Distraction. Sorry I mentioned it.
A little more exploration of the back playground and the “blue” exit path.
First of all, SZ and Kyron would have to either pass directly in front of the west facing class room windows of Room 109 and 110 than go up the steps to the playground. Or, they could go down the steps to the soccer field track, north for several steps then up two flights of stairs to the back playground area. I would think this would have concerned Kyron and he might start objecting. Of course, by this time SZ could be telling Kyron to keep quiet and act like everything was ok, or else. This demand by SZ would likely happen no matter which way they went if Kyron balked.

Also, SZ could have taken Kyron up the steep bank, back behind the trees behind the covered play area, subdued him, and left him there. SZ then could have brought his vehicle behind the school, parked near the dumpsters, placed Kyron in a container or duffle bag, carried him to his vehicle and left the grounds, or returned to inside the building briefly first.

This is a little spooky. After writing the above, I went to Google Earth history to see where the dumpsters were positioned around that time and found this image showing vehicle tracks in the grass going from the parking lot to the trees behind the covered play area. Notice the imagery date at the bottom of the image, 5/13/2010, 22 days before Kyron disappeared. (I will discuss history images in a subsequent post)

I’m sorry to repeat this question, but does anyone know who NY and RS are? This is a post from neighbor, and she/he is referring to people who have left the school after June 4 10 and not returned. Also if BG refers to B. Gardes, he never left the school, so to whom is she referring? I can’t find a staff list with these initials on it. I do know to whom the other intitials refer.
The Facilities Director of Hillsboro schools arrest reminds me of the deleted phone/computer log in information from Skyline right after Kyron’s disappearance.
I wonder what valuable information might have been gleaned from what was deleted? Investigators had to have requested the information for a reason. Unfortunate they waited as long as they did to request it though the question is how soon after June 4th was the info deleted and by whom?
AS- sometimes you just get into my head like a bolt- ya know?
I am still not certain I believe that deletion was not intentional, or that MCSO does not possess the ability ( through other agencies) to reproduce it.
At any rate- they have to know (if it did) how it was deleted and by what means.

Loren Rogers does not appear to be married and he has chosen to live with criminals throughout the years. He works with children in an IT capacity and has flown under the radar with no criminal history himself. The investigation into his on line activities includes violent acts against prepubescent children (I refuse to call it child pornography, that term literally burns my hide).
He deserves a little attention in regards Kyron’s case, IMO.
Correction: Loren Rogers has thus far not been arrested. I termed him an ‘arrestee’ in my previous post. He is being investigated.

Loren lives only ten miles from Skyline and only a couple miles from Terri’s gym, the Fred Meyer, and the cleaners.
NW Cornelius Road, one of the roads investigators mentioned as being of interest, runs right down the middle between Loren Roger’s home and the locations Terri was that morning.
There is an Intel campus in the midst of all that as well but I don’t recall if that is the location where Kaine worked.
To map my findings note that the location of Roger’s home is on Northeast Parkside Drive in Hillsboro.
I got these numbers in my pick 6 or well, 4 or whatever.
