Kyron Horman Missing: New Years Eve Settlement Ends Horman Marriage

Portland, OR- In a surprise court hearing,  Judge Henry Kantor signed off on the agreement between Kaine Horman and Terri Moulton Horman to end their marriage this afternoon.

Details of the agreement have not been released publicly, but according to KGW,  a financial settlement to include child support and a lump payment to Terri Horman has been reached.

In what can only be described as a bitter family court feud-  the divorce matter was last in court on December 16th to decide if the Horman landscaper,  Rodolfo Sanchez Estrada -who alleges Terri Horman tried to hire him to murder Kaine Horman at a lunch meeting – would testify.

Judge Kantor has not yet filed an order from that hearing but Attorneys for Terri Horman were granted a continuance from the pending temporary custody motion scheduled for December 19th and 20th.

@Quizz. I spent time on that house yesterday we must have been both looking at the house
I got 3 bedroom 1 bath Then we know he talked of a office
I kind of think like you and NelMel combined When he was mostly by himself with a small child to protect
He could have moved his bed room to what he calls an office with no door
Then comes KM and the Girls That would leave 3 bedrooms For them and Kiara Would work but where is this one bathroom when people get up at night Or the kitchen for midnight snacks These people were not used to each other’s routine for yrs so they were probably uncomfortable. All I found was was between 1500-2000 square ft
That is not a lot of space and 5-7 acres W
Kaine has his control thing but I don’t think with young ladies in the house that he would be that rude when they are nearly strangers He is not a over hot teenager anymore lost in passion
But I do believe the girls were uncomfortable there and Mama should have solved the problem and been sensitive
Like people say Get a room — Motel LOL

@Erose who are the Furfers I think that is the name Steve wouldn’t that be Tanners granddad
When you get time you might look at that address I maybe mixed up but past owners confuse me also some of the info is different depending on listings I read a lot of listings and kind of settled in between them
That house was built in the 1933-1938 It has been listed with a lot of realtors over the yrs and like I said each one seems to differ

    @ Truth
I think since they closed hospital and places that housed the mentally ill. And used so many drugs one of the problems is if a man is 26 as this shooter was. No one can force him to take meds. Or take them on time
With or without food and all that Many just won’t take a bunch of meds.

    @NelMel
When does guilt fade and people face they did the best they could with what they knew No one expected Kyron
To go missing June 4 2010 Or the whole family on both sides would have been there at the SF Ready to save him
I really hope what happened that day comes to light soon

@ Quizzi. looking back at one acct of #2, while a couple of tomes she said she was so hungry but woukd not go to kitchen, on e she said my mother’s bedroom is next to the kitchen, but the first time she did say stairs that terminate in the kitchen lead to her mother & bf’s bedroom, so you are right, but she says “I ain’t about that. she elected both times not to go get food. so it is my guess while walking by she worried she would be seeing Kaine walking around hus bedroom in the altogether or just his underwear. As to the noise and thin walls, in that account, , it wasn’t while walking by the open door to the kitchen if fact she says she chose not to do that). It was when she was in her bedroom. She complained there were just thin walls period in the entire house. I do remember dau 1 complained about the thin walls twice on a one week break visit I think she never repeated in her acct 1, and she may have mentioned walking around. But #2 heard it all from elsewhere in the house including her bedroom, not near the attic door. Btw, our attic bedroom has a door at the foot of the stairs.

  6. Rose says:

I suppose the verboten part would be vetting her answers.
Then it seems to me it does not violate journalistic integrity nor violate his duty to his client to put certain topics off limits entirely, agreed to in writing by both parties up front. There are certain tooics no lawyer would let her address, but many she can. To me the off limits would be anything to do whatsoever with RSE; any past or potential contact (conversation, meeting, interview, verbal or nonverbal contact) with any employee of mcso or other le agency or of any employee of mcda on June 4 or thereafter; any activities, timeline, whereabouts, impressions relating to herself, pps, others met the day of the abduction (beginning at midnight say until the moment when the school called le to report him missing); any interactions of any kind with pps employees thruout kyron’s school career–ok to talk about kyron’s academic skills and weaknesses by her own direct observation but not ok to secondhand quote any pps employee imo. I’m sure Houze could add to the list, but there would be large interview areas not on the list. There may be a divirce or custody agreement precluding public spedch about Kaine, but she coukd say I reported syringes, steroids & checks in the home to X. That is she could state her actions, not his. But if she is allowed no contact by Bell with kiara of any kind, what does she care unless a contempt of Court finding is risked. If it’s just a be nice to get shared custody thing, why be nice?

  7. Rose says:

btw to pass county code to use a finished attic as a bedroom, there has to be a certain width & height to the attic stairs which few attic stairs meet. I bet sleeping in that space does not meet Code. If not, can’t advertise as a bedroom when selling.

  8. Rose says:

BTW. if interviewed, Terri would have to put up with the Davidsons and Warriors on a greatly heightened and dangerous warpath. I think it would be good for the Davidsons…might highlight their distance from reality and a backlash sober them up a bit. But a truly crazy hangeron of theirs, their righthand gal so to speak, might act out dangerously.

  9. Rose says:

for that matter, what motive could poppa/nana/sister/very estranged ex/and ex’s new husband have to pile into the hated ex, Kaine’s, house rather than let mcso assist them to a motel from the school. Mcso should have segregated them (potential witnesses) from the Hormans from the point of arrival and should have directed them to the school first Thence, after initial interviews, led them to a motel where mcso would have one command site in mother’s room or lobby. My guess is the Davidson tribe drove directly to vet the truth out of Terri and her family, and were even in collaboration with mcso on that tack (Tony pre-planning the Davidsons’ approach with boys in blue) before they reached Portland.

  10. Rose says:

this is SO bottom of the barrel, particularly in a nonFARMS and/or nonminority school.
    http://schools.oregonlive.com/school/Portland/Skyline-Elementary-School/
I don’t want to hear it was a new and too unnecessarily rigorous test for Oregon,
or it doesn’t really measure what creative children can do. It is clear unless
a child at Skyline is innately intellectually gifted, and teaches himself, or is
strongly supplemented by parents, that Skyline child is not being taught imo. Terri better keep
close tabs on kiara’s skills by requiring independent private education assessment/testing yearly.
Since kiara too likely has genetic attentional issues, this independent educational progress monitoring
is worth her taming Kaine to Court over given Skyline’s documented “report card.”

  11. Rose says:

@Malty. wrt “When does guilt fade and people face they did the best they could with what they knew”
now in those shoes, I can say wrt a child, a child who has suffered and will suffer grievous global mental and physical lifelong, and perhaps lifeending, loss due to abject medical negligence, I can attest It never will for a parent. The shooter’s mother, acting within her capacities and world view, could say that too. Frankly, since Terri was the primary interface caregiver, I expect she bears the greatest self-flagellating burden.

  12. Rose says:

I am not remembering who mentioned kaine might have removed a bedroom door so he could hear/protect kiara while single parenting prior to his now girlfriend’s interloping (as stated by Dau #1′s social media known acct #1) in fall 2011 or Fall 12 I forget which year. I am super-distracted; & at the moment can’t concentrate.

Say it was Fall ’12 KM left her girlz in Cali to their own devices to shack up.
(And one said not the first time mom had put herself first.)

So was Kaine REALLY the single resident caregiver from July 2010 to Fall 2012?
I just do NOT see that. Either he had another lead volunteer/fawner (anyone up to interview Masai?)
or, more likely, Mom was there. Didn’t Neil Hormans move into that place by the Texas VA about the time KM moved in?

  13. Rose says:

you know, if kyron had reactive and/or genetic childhood depression, and acted it out on the day hisfunctional brother James was to arrive but kyronwas being shipped off, and say he just didnt want to leave and he took off, it could be in that terrain he took off, but has not been found. I don’t think desiree wants to entertain he ran away rather than drive 5 hours to her home.

  14. Rose says:

@Quissi. wrt ““When we went downstairs and got her and put her shoes on and her and I started walking down the driveway to meet him at the bus”.(I actually don’t think he meant he and Terri were upstairs together while Kiara was wandering around downstairs. I think he used the “we” for going downstairs because he was thinking ahead to the “we” going down to the bus.)”

Kaine has always used the “royal” we to indicate himself alone.
imo diagnostic but idk of what. sorry mbs but I could suggest aspergers for kaine.

Teams from across Ore. searching for missing boy
By NIGEL DUARA (AP) – 06/10/2010

PORTLAND, Ore. — Investigators who have searched for six days for a missing 7-year-old Oregon boy without success are turning to experts from across the state to assist in the expanding effort.

The search has been slowed by the rough terrain surrounding the rural Skyline Elementary School, where 7-year-old Kyron Horman was reportedly last seen after a science fair by his stepmother on Friday morning.

Several storms have crossed the area, drenching searchers who called off their efforts on Friday night but have been working nearly 24 hours a day since.

On Wednesday, an experienced search and rescue expert said time is a factor in the search. Minutes later, a trickle of raindrops segued into a deluge that blew through the area.

“We have more resources coming,” said Klamath County Sheriff Tim Evinger. “The clock is ticking on this search.”

The hunt has been slow going, as the volunteer teams checked a half-mile radius around the school during the weekend, then did so again on Tuesday. Dressed in fluorescent-green vests and T-shirts, the volunteers ventured into the dense foliage that towers over every road and building in the area.

Information on the search has been scarce. Capt. Jason Gates of the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office said he’s reticent to say much about the volunteers’ efforts or any evidence recovered because it could interfere with the investigation.

Horman family members have declined interview requests, saying they were asked by police not to speak.

The second-grader was last seen about 9 a.m. on Friday, when his stepmother said she watched him walk down a hallway toward his classroom wearing a “CSI” T-shirt and dark cargo pants.

The search began after the boy did not come home on the school bus after class and his stepmother called 911 at about 3:45 p.m.

The primary agency in the search, the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office, has been emphatic in its efforts to portray the arrival of the additional searchers as a “natural progression” in the process.

The office said it was making use of a state law passed in 2007 in response to criticism of the way authorities conducted the search in 2006 for James Kim, a California man who went missing in Southern Oregon and was ultimately found dead of exposure.

An ensuing review of the search by the Oregon State Sheriffs’ Association concluded that the effort was marked by crossed signals and several people trying to take charge of the search.

The concerns led to legislation streamlining communications between search and rescue units. That legislation was what led to the new search teams that were scheduled to arrive between Wednesday night and Thursday morning and “get to work right away,” Evinger said.

Gates has been careful to say that his agency remains in charge of the investigation, despite the new search experts and the presence since Monday of the FBI.

Evinger, who headed a task force that recommended changes that resulted in the 2007 law, said the law foresees that local police conduct the search before crews from other counties are brought in.

“We pull out all the stops locally, initially,” Evinger said. “It starts getting prolonged, you go statewide.”

Fliers of Kyron dot the convenience stores and restaurants in the hills and river valley for miles around the school. Tips initially poured in — Gates said he had 1,200 called in by Monday — and police have been asking for more.

Some tips claim sightings of Kyron, which Gates said the search teams have checked out and found unsubstantiated. Most are called in from or refer to the Portland metro area, said Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Mary Lindstrand, so the search has focused there. Some calls, however, came from as far away as Washington state.

Sgt. Diana Olsen, search and rescue coordinator for the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office, said the volunteers are worn out but remain persistent.

“They’re tired, exhausted,” Olsen said. “(But) they don’t want to stop.”

The boy’s family released a statement at a news conference on Wednesday asking residents around the school to check and recheck their property, outbuildings and sheds for any sign of the missing 7-year-old.

“There are a lot of rescuers out there,” the family said in the statement. “Please don’t stop.”

Anyone with information on Kyron Horman’s whereabouts is asked to call the Mutnomah County Sheriff’s Office at 503-261-2847.

I particularly was looking at some info in the one above, which I posted in its entirety, because it appears the original is in the 404 cannot be found fie. Anywho, I thought this was interesting:

Not the first time that we heard that LE was telling the family members to remain mum and not even go out and plead for their child’s return. This was only on June 10. “Asked by police not to speak” WTF is wrong with this picture?

Actually Terri could give a “human interest” interview to blinkoncrime.
How close I was to my daughter. How I felt when she was ripped away. What I miss about being with her now.
What my parents have meant to me. How close they were to kiara and James. What I miss about James. How this
turmoil surrounding an unrelated son of my bf that James lived with and nurtured affected him and us. What it has been like to live in Roseburg with stalkers on the doorstep. What kyron was like to parent: his strengths, weaknesses, needs, and why I loved him (or not). The strengths and weaknesses of Skyline school generally for kyron. Actually Blink’s questions for DDS were spot on perfect, & she doesn’t need questions from the peanut gallery. but I think it good we chime in with what we want to hear from Terri if it is subject matter Houze would likely OK. If DDS can achieve a candid interview, so can TH. Although, DDS’ interview was after a poly results in writing and GJ testimony, clearing her. In Terri’s case, I think a LE poly way too risky. She’s far more emotional than DDS.

I am blanking. How old was kiara on June 4? Let’s be generous about her developmentally; let’s say she walked
capable of “roaming” at night at 12 months, being an energetic girl. Since June 4, how many months had she been “roaming” while mommie (not to mention Dad) slept?

  18. Rose says:

@TRuth. It sounds from that article that on the 7th day mcso was passionate that he went outside to help SZ then ran away. Idk how mcso got so passionate he ran away without info from Terri and Kaine that he was deeply unhappy about something such as being made to go to Medford that weekend….which would xain Kaine’s wii/ice cream suggestion to mollify him.

in this one she quotes a Skyline mother-of-male repeated early online presence stating no predator could possibly have taken Kyron which just shows how dumb and uninformed that school parent was.

Embarrassed at the factually incorrect musings there. Sheesh.

  21. erose says:

If this is accurate, I would want to know what prompted TH’s concern. Boiled down, KH is saying that Kyron got grounded even for yellow cards, which the teacher would normally not relay to the parents. According to DY she had issues with Porter, so I would want to know what were those issues. Did those issues have anything to do with Kyron’s disappearance?

    snip>

Her attitude changed in the past year after Kyron entered second grade, he said. His teacher, with a color-coding system for her class, rated the kids on their behavior. Green was good, yellow signaled moments of inattention, blue indicated trouble and red sent them home.

Kaine said the teacher called parents about a blue or red card. But he said his wife was the only parent who asked for daily accounts from the teacher.

“Terri wanted notification whether it was green, yellow, red or blue,” he said. “Every day she wanted it. That, to me, is extremely excessive. The child is in second grade.”

He said when Kyron brought home anything but a green card she wanted Kaine to discipline him by grounding him to his room for the evening, eliminating play time or not letting him watch movies.

“There was no room for error,” Kaine said.

The couple frequently argued about disciplining Kyron, he said.

At the same time, Terri fired off long e-mails to Kyron’s mother, Desiree Young, peppered with complaints.

“She was venting about the teacher and why she should have her job,” Desiree said, “and she was venting about Kaine — everything.”

What were TH’s complaints? for example.

Ms. Young is well aware she has an open invitation for an interview. I absolutely agree it would ultimately be productive in Kyrons case.

Blink, What is the reason LE wants parents of kidnapped victims to publicly speak? Isn’t it to appeal to the kidnapper? How does that work? If they don’t speak what does that do psychologically to a perp, or how can it be in the best interests of the victim.

It is case-driven erose so it varies. The reasons could list into the double digits- Frequently ( as I ave been trained) it is to study the verbal and non verbal cues, and imo, in this case, the interactions of the parties. The FBI had far more influence (female agent assigned to TH and BAU consult) early on wrt to those observations than has been made public. Yes, it is also protocol to go public in the event the child was being held and iirc, Kaine was not supposed to speak at that pressconf, but then decided to ( someone correct me if that is inaccurate) so in my view that decision is indicative of LE not being certain yet who might be the potential parent involved, or the parent who may have been the impetus in the first place.

Again, the effect on the perp is directly tied to the perp profile. It’s standard really- LE is interested in those with the tangential interest, especially if they were at the school, and whether or not they change their “habits, appearance, demeanor, living situation, personal relationships” To my knowledge at Kyron’s age he would fall under the low risk category and we know SZ was seen and seen by witnesses that were both children and adults. There is no getting around the fact that the focus on TH and the very public knowledge of same allowed an offender to hide in plain sight- likely still does. Therefore another reason to speak publicly- to generate leads, was, well, misleading.

RSE in retrospect was imo manufactured by an employee of mcso, lured into role playing and storyline to cover his ass wrt his own issues like legal status and I bet wven bigger than that failure to pay taxes and failure to pay into SSN etc for his employees. I bet the financial/business angle pressure was bigger than any green card status.

There seems to be some frustration on the HC because they do not know TH’s whereabouts. If she is not able to see her daughter or have employment and her parents or anyone else she associates with are harassed what did SG/DY think would happen. They seem to have eliminated any reason why TH would remain in the area. She is free to move anywhere she wants. I hope TH is doing well wherever she is. Maybe DDS will relocate one of these days.

Interviewing with someone who would ask a followup question? who would ask a case-relevant question? Remember the People mag meltdown? And the color of her nail polish wouldn’t matter in a phone interview. But you are right of course. Although, Young had less current knowledge of kyron on June 4 than anyone else in his life, except Tony. James, it seems, has the loosest lips and is the readiest interviewer, although it sounds like he’s been bought per kewl.

“Green was good, yellow signaled moments of inattention, blue indicated trouble and red sent them home.”
But for the home consequences, which surely Terri was too smart for because the consequences woukd not be immediate nor tied to the behavior in time, I too would have wanted an every day report. I’d have been gathering the info on the teacher for a meeting with the principal, and for the pediatrician for his workup. Kaine usually presents
things such as this in a very concrete-minded good/bad black/white way.
My pov is this teacher should never be in a classroom with kids under 6th grade.
There are some kids in her room who would constantly get “bad cards,” leading to
social stereotyping by peers and a “bad kid” social school careerpath. No 2nd grade child should be
sent home entirely for the day while instruction is going on for others unless he pulls
out a gun. This system just emphasizes the classroom problem was she coukdn’t teach.

  36. Rose says:

Do you think an interview with Terri that kept off limits contacts with LE, with RSE, and her activities on
June 4 would be productive, Blink? If so, in her shoes I’d take the risk of inciting the insane.

As an investigator and analyst I am always going to think I can learn something from a defacto suspect or material witness. The line between those 2 designations is usually so flimsy it is invisible to the naked eye and going in- I would have to say I don’t see the value to the subject if it cannot be used to prove her exclusion in this crime in some way- and would likely come off as spin. This is just my opinion, but without the ability to ask and have answered what I would consider critical elements of what was undoubtedly the State’s case against her presented to at least 2 grand juries we know of and then requesting independent verifications- I don’t see how it would be useful outside of public interest and ensuing opinions. Because as a journalist I would need to be objective and maintain the integrity of such an interview- I don’t see myself agreeing to such terms because in my view it would restrict my ability to conduct a targeted subject interview.

HOWEVER- Let’s consider this notion from Kyron’s perspective- who is the voiceless victim in this case. TH may not even know “what she knows” in this case and in my view, there is a high probability that she has no more of an idea what happened to her son than any of his other parents. In my view if she were willing to conduct an interview by someone who knows the facts of the case both verified that have been made public and those that have not ( yes, you are all aware I am source-bound in some areas) and not a journalist who gets the field producer equivalent of cliff notes to work from, I do believe there is significant case examples where such an interview has and can change the face of an investigation. I personally do not think TH will ever get out from under this if she does not. Personally, and I know everyone has their own “coulda, shoulda, woulda” to offer and I acknowledge my background, education and experience in the area creates a conflict of interest of sorts- If I were TH I would be spending my time finding the best Fed civil atty I could find willing to go after the individuals within the MCSO and Norm Frink et al for their willfull acts, infringement upon her and her daughter’s rights, and their third party alienation from her daughter.

It is what it is. Unfair, yes, could it be certain lifestyle issues or past choices threw her this karma she now has the burden of relieving? Probably. That said- she has always said that putting Kyron first would serve the best interests of the investigation so in my view, this is her best shot and getting the footing necessary to do right by him and her daughter at this point.

If anyone should be interviewed without the media popping in to change directions and edit
It would be Kaine He has been interviewed many times but Cut off every time he starts to say anything
By the media or DY IMO. He acts like he has to be very careful not to offend someone so he repeats
Others or claims not to have known or not to notice This is my opinion
I think he knew what was going on And who is involved. And why. But the media LE and DY plus
others keep him quiet He is the control person but not in this case he seems to hiding
    All just my opinion

  38. Rose says:

    Boy, what a fine answer.
I completely agreed on that litigation approach.
And it obviously would have to be in Federal Ccourt, even tho the
one serving Oregon is I suspect as politically corrupt as
the County and State now that Ancer H is retired.

  39. Rose says:

If she did that, mcso/da would defend using “the investigation” again.
imo they have no leg to stand on. Judge could review the “evidence”
in camera. If mcso/da has nothing more than words from the bios
and associates, who have every motive to lie and imo have lied to
the public, and every motive to hurt Terri,
and the couple hours she drove around with kiara where
she lacks a human alibi, they need to step up and say so.

  40. Rose says:

Starting off the new year with a federal civil suit after the mfh S of L has passed sounds ducky. She can see Stacey Parks Miller’s suit in Centre County as an example of the panoply of possibke defendants drawn from County government, private attorneys, and so on. Now that woukd have been a righteous suit for Elden. But, remembering his closeness to the DA, guess it would take someone out of State as lead. Maybe Houze coukd pick up the phone and call Bruce Castor in PA to bat yhe litigation idea around wrt causes of action and defendants. Personally, I’d leave the school out of it. Too much jury sympathy with teachers, and it’s not PPS’ fault the investigation was a screwup.

  41. Rose says:

In studying all these defendants (ie judge, public & private attorneys, and so on) and causes of action, I suddenly had a lightbulb moment. http://www.statecollege.com/news/local-news/parks-miller-adds-new-allegations-to-defamation-lawsuit,1465762/

imo Terri turned over the syringes, product and checks to Houze not as custody/divorce evidence of bad character fodder, NOR as exculpatory should she be charged (because it’s irrelevant, and anyway the DA woukd not open that door in trial. No, imo it was becauseHouze believed it was or could be direct evidence relating to the abductor. Maybe Kaine hadn’t been paying his supplier in full or was cheating wrt profit division…the sort of thing that would make a Longoria mad. Wouldn’t it be a custody hoot if Kaine were engaged in illegal activities and the link in the chain to the abductor? Righteous grounds to add Kantor to that Federal suit because he never once allowed mcso/da and Kaine to be challenged. And I bet he chatted ex parte like Meisenheimer did, so there goes the conspiracy evidence

in this case a bit of cherry goes to J Griffiths, tech & first grade math. With State report card math scores in the toilet, one wonders why not a highly experienced full time seasoned pps employee on early math? Volunteer report not given by KM.

Terri needs to add a count for “loss of professional reputation” and “loss of wmployment opportunities in professional field” …a big part of SPM’s own suit.

  43. Rose says:

DDS and Terri better continue to Never Talk,
becauseDDS could be a useful Fed civil case witness wrt Frink’s
investigatory tactics if she stays untainted.

  44. Rose says:

It seems to me Terri’s life has been–with intent–made most foul by the Davidsons and their online vicious vigilante collaborators. The only way Terri can deal with that group is a page out of Morris Dees’ playbook (he was the real out of state litigator who associated Eldon as his inState counsel). Dees’ strategy was to cripple the head by simply going after their money. So the best way to cripple the Davidson-directed vigilantes
is quite simply to go after the $38,000 taken in by gofundme allwging those monies have been employed in a conspiracy to stalk, harass, and threaten–again, in Federal Court.

“Also, IMO, I was there at the science fair on Friday, and with ALL of those parents roaming the hallways, IF it would have been a stranger, all Kyron would have to do is look at them cross eyed, and one of us would have come to his rescue. No pedophile/kidnapper would be brazen enough to waltz in with all of those teachers, parents, and administrators in FULL presence!”

These old comments appeared on SM back in the day too and it seems they were from one parent. But in hindsight, I would love whomever posted that to come here and see how they feel now that we all know and it has been clarified by Kaine himself, that Kyron did NOT leave that building with Terri.

Thing is, I sort of agree with the last statement. I think Kyron left there with someone he was acquainted with. Even if he walked out of Matthews room with someone he didn’t know, I believe when he got to the parking lot (whichever one) there was someone he knew waiting for him in a car and he simply went with them. IDK, but that would make sense as to why there was never any kind of *scene*, no resistance on his part. And I still can’t believe that whomever he walked out of Matthews class with has not been identified. IMHO, there would have to have been a composite drawing, had he not been identified at some point.

Someone wanted this kid gone before he could divulge something. Kyron must have known something, saw something that made him a threat. Steroids? No, not that big of a deal. Something much larger. Child porn, maybe? IDK. I wish LE would release some more information. If it were something like that, where might he have seen it? Home 1? Home 2? School? Neighbors? Friends’ homes? Parents’ friends homes? Relatives homes? I still have a creepy feeling about TMH’s comments about him walking into the middle of the room like he wanted to say something, but then would just stand there. That still sounds to me like a child who is *scared to tell*. What did Kyron have to tell? What if he DID tell someone, and it turned out that was the wrong person to tell it to?

    I hate this case.
