Kyron Horman Missing Case: Terri Horman Breaks Her Silence In People Magazine Interview
New York, NY- For nearly five and a half years Terri Horman has refused to speak publicly about her step-sons case. Outside of one assertion of her innocence while on the stand in a name change hearing she ultimately was denied, Horman did not speak to any reporters or answer any of their questions regarding Kyron Hormans disappearance. Until Now.

Horman was interviewed by People Magazines Elaine Aradillas for both the print and online editions, and will be doing a series of personal interviews over the next week, to include wwww.blinkoncrime.com.
In the brief online video excerpt , the second part to air on ABC’s Good Morning America Friday morning, Horman maintains she is deaf in her left ear, a critical factor in the outcome of her first polygraph.

Christina Stoy, www.blinkoncrime.com Editor In Chief was able to confirm with Ms. Horman directly that she has been willing to meet with Kyron’s investigators both previously and in the future with the sole provision that it be conducted in the presence of her Attorney, Portland criminal defense lawyer Stephen Houze.
Horman went on to say that investigators with the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office have been well aware of “that” over the last five and a half years and they have never requested an interview. Um, What?
Horman reveals some shocking details about the subsequent polygraphs examinations referenced by Kaine Horman and Desiree Young and other allegations of improper tactics on behalf of MCSO in the second half of her interview to air tomorrow morning on abc’s GMA and on Nightline.

On the Kezi news last night, The Wall of Hope, according to a Randy Sandusky (from the gym), will be replaced with something more weather-proof. I’m guessing just a large laminated missing poster.
@Blink. On reflection, your generous impute-the-best motives guess is “avoid the alternative outcome”, but I am thinking that is not the most realistic reason, esp with Kaine the Pragmatic. To me the everyman most reasonable guess lies in some other motivation. namely that one or both bear some culpability or responsibility fior the vampire let in and they know it.
General Manager Rusty Sandusky said the weathered stuffed animals, signs and other items looked bad, and that Kyron’s father Kaine Horman approved removing the items that were thrown away.

Kyron was last seen leaving the (inside of) the school via the South entrance,
then where did Sheriff Staton come off saying he disappeared “inside” a school? Or, did he simply mean disappeared from the school’s parking lot? If a witness saw Kyron exiting the school into the parking lot, did that witness not see Kyron ever again? Like, getting into a vehicle, or walking in a certain direction? This is making me wonder if LE believes Kyron knew the person he was with, because perhaps said witness did see Kyron get into a vehicle WITHOUT being forced? Of course, said person (SZ) could have also said oh you’re mom said to come and get you, or your dad or whomever. Just a thought. Is that south exit, the same exit entering the same area Underhill was asking about identifying your vehicle?

“BEFORE 8:45″, Terri was still there, so what are they trying to establish here? Why would they need ALL that information for a vehicle that was parked there BEFORE 8:45? If they were just trying to verify TMH/K/k returning to the truck for the backpack, they wouldn’t need that info. So, what happened before 8:45 that involved a vehicle?
Honestly, I have never gotten past the concept of any “witness” asked to leave a voice mail as opposed to speaking directly to a detective. That is laughable. Before 8:45 was what I once opined was going to be the PPS magic defense, which of course, they never needed.

I cannit understand Desiree. She’s not a gym member; they don’t have her njmber. They deal with the Foundation. Kaine is the member; it was his job to inform her and alert her to go get what she wanted. That he did not do so seems callous, but she chose to deride him publically on national tv. I like M Obama’s saying when someone else takes the low road, our family takes the high road.So Kaine could have. But She could have supported his Foundation, not done gofundme, asked to be on his Board, and had a voice. She chose to go her own way.

Blink, do you know whether or not TMH parked the truck in the south lot? I seem to recall she did not, but don’t know if that was verified. Is the south lot where the buses lined up as well? Would have been busy then, as I believe they arrived around 8:30ish.
If she did park there, were they perhaps just trying to determine if perhaps Ms. Horman had been followed by someone? (i.e., follower parked there prior to 8:45)

Well I’m glad to hear there’s something actually happening behind the scenes. Maybe soon all the haters will get the message and go away.
I never understood that wall being moved to the gym in the first place. Unless they felt someone from the gym took him, it made no sense to me whatsoever.
My thoughts are if DY wants little mementos still sent for Kyron, she should receive them and put them in her little memorial garden, where they can be taken care of or boxed and saved for the day when and if Kyron returns. There was so much of that in the beginning, I would think they’d ask for people to stop sending those sort of thing by now.

So Kaine Horman didn’t call Desiree Young and tell her about the wall because he can’t legally be part of her continued harassment of TMH and must distance himself? Now I’m wondering if KH’s attorneys have advised him not to speak to DY at all?
IMHO that’s not good for this case. It was obvious from the Dr. Phil episode that the two of them truly needed to discuss what had been going on their lives prior to Kyron’s disappearance, what had been going on with Kyron, because there were huge discrepancies between what the two of them were saying.
IDK, but seems to me that anything that further divides people here and keeps them from talking to each other and out loud won’t help uncover anything. Hopefully we’ll hear a new voice for Kyron soon.
Six years to report he was “last seen at school” I am guessing we’ll have to wait another six for “last seen by south entrance” and who knows how long for “last seen with unknown male.” I know TH would be publically doubted, but why didn’t she put out that info in the People interview. Also @erose- I apologize for not responding on your post on this but I was having a wireless keyboard glitch and I wanted to get your comment posted. Up to and including their depositions- the school employees who were also witnesses had counsel and I can assure you counsel advised them NOT to speak publicly, and moreover, it is possible some issues fell under mandatory report obligations which would be precluded from mentioning publicly (to my knowledge). As far as TMH disclosing SZ- I will be covering that issue in the piece- but she was NEVER told about him by LE- a very interesting piece of the story in its own right.
The issue of disclosure as a public safety item, which in my view has been ignored thus far by MCSO is that the duty to advise the public accordingly falls SQUARELY on the shoulders of MCSO.

The scary part here is although the crazies do not know Terri’s present location but they do know where Kaine lives. I hope Kaine is being careful with the security around his property. Desiree is actually asking her followers to harass the gym. She says the gym is responding to pressure (which is BS) the gym originally stated they would try to create a permanent marker for Kyron. And then she says Kaine entered into a contract to see that the WofH would stay on private property (not his property) forever thats utterly ridiculous.. If I owned that property i would probably just ignore everything said by this person.
If DY was so attached to the WofH then why did she never participate in it’s cleanup to say nothing of not even attending the annual vigil held there for Kyron this year. It seems like she is misleading people and is just using the cleanup to come out with her crocodile tears, false eyelashes and get a news bite so she can stir up drama.
If I was Kaine I would probably just ignore her also. She has no ability to assess (nor does she care) the trouble she can cause for Kaine and his daughter. I don’t think it even occurs to her that Kaine is Kyrons father and her words and actions are hurtful to Kaine and his family. The family that was and will be (if Kyron returns) raising her son.

The social system of Kyron’s, esp the inner circle, is very complex.
The “no communication” is a two way street, and principals in his system bear certain characteristics of a certain personality disorder which includes black and white thinking (someone is all good or all bad), “cut offs” of people (in communication, in any relation whatsoever) or the converse of all consuming attention and stalking.
There are many other features of this personality disorder, characterized by instability in interpersonal relationships. One has no idea if any persons in Kyron’s social system to include parents have a personality disorder much less this one without a licensed experienced professional doing testing and interviews, etc, with their cooperation. However, some behaviors just stand out whether or not they rise to a clinical level, imo. Communication being all on or all off is part of it.

Given his personality and negative behavioral tendencies towards women in general solely based by observations in media appearances and court sessions alone, what inferences do you draw?
I have my own opinions of course which I’ll keep to myself.
I’m suggesting to think logically about his habitual nature and then interject a young female child into the fray.
Unfortunately these “messages from Kyron’s Momma”, a new one each day since the fence clean-up, amount to more than she has said in the past 6 months. Still NONE of her words seem to have ANYTHING to do with finding her son, who is “part of her DNA.”
KM and daughters are ready to go manage the upcoming car show, thus representing efforts to “bring Kyron home” in their cut up, shredded, bra-showing T shirts . Not the way I would want representatives of my son’s case to look.
This call to action by Desiree speaking to her followers on Soldier’s site: ” let’s hold them to it. Let’s come together and make sure they know, they can’t…” puts to bed forever any question about whether Desiree and Stacey and Friends who are Terri’s stalkers, and now Kaine’s, are working in concert, by common agreement, toward common goals.
