Caylee/Casey Anthony Trial BOMBSHELL: JAMES CHENEY MASON IS OUT- REAL OR RUMOR?

Orlando, FL- As most of you following the murder trial of Casey Anthony for her 34 month old daughter, Caylee Marie, Saturday brought the most shocking day of NON-testimony yet.

I am referring to the bombshell dropped on the court by lead defense attorney, J. Cheney Mason. For reasons that may very well stay sealed until the conclusion of the trial, amongst rumors of photoshopping evidence pictures and witness tampering, Mason iniatied an off the record sidebar followed by an incamera meeting someone decided the defendant would not attend.

The dissention in the ranks seemed to stem from Friday’s rookie error, made by Mason, a criminal defense attorney with nearly 40 years of experience and considered one of the “super lawyers” in the State of Florida. Mason asked first responder deputy Ryan Eberlin, of the OCSO if he placed Casey Anthony in handcuffs at the Anthony home , opening the door to the prosecution to allow the deputy to explain, in front of the jury, that he did so at the request of Cindy Anthony after providing proof her daughter fraudulently used her credit cards.

(Editor’s Note: I was so stunned by this ginormous snafu I considered the possibility Mason did so to get fired on purpose. Given Saturday’s events, my jury is still out on that one.)

Mason is Out

With Tru Tv’s Insession and other various local affiliates geared up for all day Saturday coverage, this presented the unique problem of having a day of rampant legal speculation as to what could have caused Judge Perry, who already scheduled an extended Saturday as a sanction to the defense for it’s third contempt of an order regarding expert witness testimony, ran through every option.

Based on the fact that immediately after court was recessed until 8:30 AM this morning, Jose Baez informed Dot Simms she would need to accompany State Attorney Jeff Ashton for the afternoon deposition of Dr. Kenneth Furton, that he could not, so she “just had to”, and the immediate seal of both the sidebar and incamera session, it is clear there are very limited reasons for the kerfeffel under Florida Law.

They are:

Jury related issue: Impossible as the court reporter left immediately after the recess. If that were the case, Judge Perry would have been required to address the issue immediately on the record, and with counsel present.

Pending Witness testimony Issue: Would not require recess, would not allow for closed proceedings and sealed transcripts, and there were 7 defense witnesses at the court house waiting to be called.

Plea Deal: Again, would not require in camera session without the defendant.

Misconduct: ding ding ding.. We have a winner.

Health Issue: Possible, but highly unlikely given we are looking at only about another week of testimony.

Casey Anthony Trial: The State Discovers The Elusive 17th Allele- BOMBSHELL Discovery Of The Deuchebag Chromosome, Belongs To Bereaved Gram Cindy Anthony (UPDATED)

Orlando, FL– I swear on my Blinkette’s, at no time, did I ever picture the word that rhymes with “euchebag” if you add a D, would appear in a title on my site. Today’s testimony by Academy Of Parental Enablers Resulting in Toddler Death President (AOPERTDP),  Cindy Anthony , took the strand. I said strand on purpose. I am convinced the elusive 17th allele comes from her. I daydream she left it on the shovel by attempting to dig herself a hole following the conclusion of her filicidic daughter’s trial.

Cindy Orl sent June 23

No such luck. This former Gentiva Supervisor, Licensed by the state of Florida as a registered nurse, now thinks she may have  been home on the days of March 17th and March 21st and her former employer, required her and other salaried employees to falsify their timecards in an agency subject to HIPAA regulations.

Mrs. Anthony, although it would mean she came home for less than 30 minutes on both days, if she indeed returned to work, brought her own smell of decomposition.  Decomposition of her loyalty to the legacy of her 34 month old grandbaby, Caylee Marie. By the time of this publication, I have requested comment from John Camperlengo, Gentiva Chief Compliance Officer, and will post upon reply.

UPDATE: The Following Is the Reply I received from Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel to Gentiva, John Camperlengo, published with permission.

Thanks for your note.  As a matter of policy, Gentiva does not comment on matters being litigated before the courts. What we can tell you is Gentiva complies with all relevant Federal and State regulations, rules and guidelines concerning patient and staff records. And we cooperate fully with responsible authorities when requested to aid them in research in investigations. Best Regards, John

O and Cindy, thanks for bringing up your concerns about the dogs eating bamboo leaves. Further computer forensic scrutiny shows that the dogs were PRECLUDED from being in the backyard as a result. Which, Casey knew, and certainly strongly assissted in avoiding detection of her granddaughter’s remains in her playhouse for days. Not to creepy, not to soul-less, right? Did the Baez/Rosebud braintrust consider they gave the jury exactly what they needed to explain Casey Anthony’s alternative universe and fancy for pathological lying? Apples and Trees, as we say in Jersey. God Rest this child in your loving care, which begining June 16th, is the only loving care that has mattered.

Caylee/Casey Anthony Case: Mock Trial On CBS- They Got The Mock Part Right- CBS Footing Bill For Richard Gabriel Defense Jury Consultant

Orlando, FL-

On Saturday evening, Central Broadcasting Service, the second major affiliate to pay  Anthony family members for “licensing”, $20,000  for the 48 hours segments, aired what was labeled as a pseudo mock trial with a pseudo mock jury.

CBS 48 Hours also  STATES THEY COMMISSIONED the focus group.  Are we clear on that?  CBS has outright admitted to contributing to the costs of the defense expenditures of Casey Anthony.  That is a source of income to this defendant, period.

It was not until one tuned into the program that we learn what was billed as a mock trial of sorts, whereby previews show jurors would acquit Casey Anthony based on the evidence to date, of 1st degree murder, that this is actually a "focus group" where the moderator, Richard Gabriel, President of Decision Analysis, actually works for the Anthony defense team.

Bio Excerpt:

Richard Gabriel: President

Richard Gabriel is the President of Decision Analysis. Since 1985, Mr. Gabriel has been a leader in the field of jury research, jury selection, and litigation communication in nearly a thousand trials in both the civil and criminal arenas across the country.  Mr. Gabriel has assisted counsel in the O.J. Simpson, Heidi Fleiss, Phillip Spector, Enron Broadband, and Whitewater trials, and is currently working with attorneys in the Casey Anthony matter. Three cases he has participated in have resulted in United States Supreme Court rulings.

Judge Perry denied Jose Baez's request for payment to Richard Gabriel as a jury consultant to the defense.  In some fashion, we must assume he is paid.

I say that facetiously- this man is the Jack Welch of jury consulting and influence.  During the broadcast, host Troy Roberts discloses that CBS is footing the bill, as a thinly veiled disclosure of sorts. (more...)

Caylee/Casey Anthony Case: George Anthony is No Killer BUT HE IS KILLING ME Already

When can their glory fade?

O the wild charge they made!

All the world wonder’d… Tennyson

George sees the light… Baez Light Brigade that is… and yes, I do believe that jurors will think they are all drunk for such a strategy.

Not new, not novel, not nouveau. You have read my predictions that George Anthony will willingly serve up his lily liver with fava beans and a nice chianti, for years.

Well, looks like the bus he is laying down for has left the station.

George ON Stand 3311

If I am being honest, ( Editor’s note: I have a few Aussie friends, and they constantly say this to preface some sort of heinous insult that you forgot by the time this passed you by) I have no earthly idea why anyone would be surprised or remotely piqued from your Cheerios over such baffoonery.

Almost 3 years later, you would think that at some point the injustice this family has shown Caylee Anthony would cease, or at least dawn on them like some sort of loosely based Lifetime *movie*of *the*week* scene finale.

Let’s face it. George is the perfect patsy in this case. Let’s review a short list:

1. He flat out lied about seeing Casey and Caylee leave on June 16th, 2008. We know this because Casey’s cell phone records tell us she did not leave the house until after 4PM. George called her at the house earlier first, and then her cell, so again, he expected her to be at the house, not “at work” as he told invetigators. Contrary to recent reports on WFTV espousing that George described exactly what Caylee was last seen wearing as the clothing found with her remains, let me clear this up, courtesy of www.blinkoncrime.com contributor Kleat, from George Anthony’s deposition by the State of Florida, in pertinent part:

[Whereupon, the document referred to was

marked for identification as Plaintiff's Exhibit

Number 9.]

BY MR. ASHTON:

Jeff Ashton: Let me show you State’s Exhibit 9 and just ask you if you recognize that photograph? [Handing]

George Anthony: [Examining] Yeah. It’s a photo of Caylee.

Jeff Ashton: Have you ever seen that photo before?

George Anthony: No. I don’t remember if I have or not. I don’t believe so. No.

Jeff Ashton: The shirt that she’s wearing in that photograph, do you recognize — from what you can see of it, do you recognize that shirt?

George Anthony: Not off — no. I don’t recognize that shirt. I don’t know if it’s a pajama or if it’s a T-shirt. I’m not really sure. I’m not — I don’t know.

Jeff Ashton: Could that be the shirt she was wearing when she left?

George Anthony: No. She wasn’t wearing this one.

Jeff Ashton: Okay. So it’s a pink shirt, but a different pink shirt?

George Anthony: Yeah. It definitely wasn’t this one right here.

Jeff Ashton: Okay. Thank you. All right.

 2. He ommitted entirely 2 jobs he was working at the time of his resume and interview for Andrews International, on June 17th, 2008.

3. He has a propensity for shall we say, ladies that require service fees, and that non-existant credit card he did not have according to Cindy’s deposition, at the time of George’s deposition had a nearly $11,000 balance.

4. He purchased a handgun while Casey was on bond.

5. His attempted suicide could be construed as “guilt driven”.

To be honest there is plenty more where that came from, but I doubt the defense in this case even got this far considering they are attempting to add witnesses four months late, whose allegations were cleared by OCSO in the first place.

At the March 3rd motion hearing, where George alledged he was an agent of the State, he faced Casey from the witness stand.

Casey, full glare ahead and adorned in her her gas can red sweater with the henkel silver jacket on top, and George in his “will someone take me seriously” lavender.

He flat out testified he will even “not show up” to court if it would help his “baby”, Casey Anthony.

Jose Baez: ..”Now if I gave this hypotthetical, if I told you not showing up to court next Wednesday, and I am not telling you to not come to court, it would save your daughter’s life, would you show up to court?

George Anthony: “..If you asked me to stay away from the proceedings, if it was going to save my daughter’s life I would not be here..”

Late this afternoon, as I was prepared to ask again where in the world is George’s counsel, finally, George Anthony’s Attorney, Mark Lippman, fired back:

In the statement, Lippman said, “George Anthony had nothing to do with the death of Caylee Marie Anthony. He has been investigated, deposed, examined and cross examined by both the prosecution and the defense, and neither the defense team nor the state of Florida have maintained that he is at fault in any way.”

I will sum it up this way. George has a better shot at drinking a 5th, than pleading the 5th in the criminal trial against his daughter.

BREAKING NEWS: SEARCH CONNECTED TO MISSING MAN-CHRIS GEORGE RECOVERS CELL PHONE, BONES

Posted by BOC Staff | Blink,Chris George,Cold Case,Missing and Endangered,Murdered,Tracy Ocasio,Uncategorized | Monday 21 February 2011 7:57 pm

Ocoee-Apopka, FL- Breaking News this evening in the Onda “Chris” George missing persons case.

A ground search in the area of Keene and Ocoee/Apopka Rds, near Medicine Lake, focused on locating evidence in the Chris George missing persons case has recovered bones, a cell phone and other evidence, a source on the ground speaking on the condition of anonymity shared with blinkoncrime.com this evening.

Chris George was last seen with Tyler Watters and Jimmy Hataway.  The two are believed to have staged a truck accident close to the location of the search today.  Watters is currently facing felony charges for drug related offenses in Orange County, and Hataway is about to be tried for attempted murder in Seminole County.

blinkoncrime.com recently covered Chris's case, and tracked the last 24 hours of his life.

George's Mother, Rachael George,  has led recent efforts to rejuvinate Chris's case from it's "cold" status.

Reached at her home this evening, Ms. George refused to comment about what was found at the search, or if she has been told the remains are linked to her son.

.."I would not be in a position to discuss what Apopka Police have shared with us regarding the search today, and have been asked not to discuss it with the media..  We continue to be thankful for all efforts to help locate my son, and we are praying, as we have at every search, that we are able to finally recover him and for those responsible for his death to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

The search today was based on locating evidence in his case,  and late last week I was told that law enforcement was planning renewed  search efforts at our request, but that is all I knew  before today.

Please keep Chris, his girlfriend and our family in your prayers.

-Rachael George

At press time, calls to Apopka Police Department have not been returned.  The remains recovered today have been sent to the Medical Examiner, Dr. Jan Garavaglia, and have not been identified pending autopsy.
