Tracy Ocasio Case: Breaking Developments Cast Doubts on Hataway – Explores Hutto Circle

Ocoee, FL– Tracy Ocasio has been missing since May 27th following an Tracy1evening at the Florida Tap Room where she was last seen with person of interest James “Jimmy” Hataway. In the initial days of the investigation, there were multiple reports that Hataway was a suspect in Ocasio’s disappearance, a suspect in the disappearance of Apopka man Onda “Chris” George, and as many as 5 other assaults on women.

To date, only one of those allegations has resulted in new charges against Hataway. In Seminole County, Hataway is facing charges for his alleged assault against Rachel Clarke, 23, for a Casselberry, FL incident  last August. Rachel Hataway is charged with Burglary of a conveyance with a battery, robbery, false imprisonment and battery. Uncovered exclusively at blinkoncrime.com, there is new inside information on this pending case. Speaking on the condition of anonymity, Jimmy Hataways’ closest friend told blinkoncrime police actually entered the residence he shared with Hataway shortly after the incident and cuffed him, thinking he was Jimmy. Once it was determined he was not and that he did not know his immediate whereabouts, police left the home.

Although they continued to reside in the same location for another 2 1/2 months and police had Hataways cell phone number, police never contacted Jimmy Hataway about the alleged incident. They did not interview the roommate either. In the almost 10 months following the alleged battery against Rachel Clarke, investigators never interviewed the suspect in a case which now carries a bond of $250K and a lengthy prison stint if convicted.

Other than Jimmy and Ms. Clarke, there is only one other known witness in this case whom LE also elected not to interview until after Hataway was arrested on the paraphanalia charge in Orange County. Where did they find this prospective witness almost 10 months later? Across the Pod from Jimmy Hataway in the Seminole County Jail; he is attempting to cut a deal to get out of charges stemming from his chronic crack cocaine addiction.

April 15 The Florida Tap Room Bar

DanielHuttoPaulIn the early morning hours of April 15, 2009, Paul Hutto was arrested on a battery charge for knocking Tracy Ocasio to the ground during an altercation outside the bar. Blinkoncrime was able to confirm this through Orlando Police Department, however, a request for the actual incident report has been denied thus far pending release from the State’s Attorneys office. Also, the charge does not appear on Hutto’s record.

How is it that the man gets arrested, spends the night in jail, and as of today there is no charges filed in the incident? If there are no charges pending, how is that not subject to public information requests? HuttoSlide5

Sources inside the investigation have confirmed to blinkoncrime.com that the woman involved in the confrontation resulting in Tracy Ocasio dumping her drink on her head, is Lori “Lo Lo” Branic, pictured in the middle with her “lollies” Cheryl Doan and Alicia Hutto.

Lo Lo is the wife of Paul Branic, sentenced on April 27th, currently incarcerated in Lake County since May 21st on a driving with a revoked/suspended license charge and violation of probation. Interestingly, Paul Branic was detained by the Bay County Sheriffs Office on 5/26/09 following a plea deal conference call the same day before returning to Lake County to serve out his sentence.

Was Branic with his wife the evening of 4/15? Is it a complete coincidence that Tracy dumps a drink on his wifes head and on the eve of the day he cops a plea deal Tracy Ocasio goes missing? There were several myspace messages on Jeremiah Huttos myspace back and forth between him and Lo Lo where she finally tells him in the early evening of 5/26/09 “no more texting, lol ” that have since been deleted.

Holy Hutto Houdini

Not all of the Hutto family has the Houdini gene, apparently, there are a few that are not have fared as well as their kin. In fact, you can find a few on Jeremiah Huttos myspace page with pride.

Brothers Paul and Jeremiah however, seem to have the escape trick down. JeremiahHuttoOrange JeremiahHuttoSeminol1 JeremiahHuttoSeminol2 PaulHuttoOC

Jeremiahs battery conviction was for the brutal beating of Erica Henry, an Ocoee Mother of 2. I was contacted anonymously by a family member of hers and told that it was not the first or last time Ms. Henry was assaulted by “Jbizzle” or the last. Ms. Henry died on April 27th, 2008. At press time, efforts to request Ms. Henrys death certificate as to cause of death have not been returned.

HuttoSlide6guysSources inside the investigation into the disappearance of Tracy Ocasio have confirmed to blinkoncrime.com that Jeremiah and Paul Hutto were cleared immediately by detectives after only their initial interview although they were also at the Florida Tap Room  and then Gators the evening Tracy went missing.

Joe and Liz Ocasio, Tracy’s parents, were told by detectives that they were cleared of any involvement because of how angry they got in response to detectives questions. Wait for It… Neither Hutto brother was asked to take a polygraph or provide a DNA sample. None of their homes and properties have been searched although police have been relying on Paul Hutto to show them sites where he worked with Jimmy. HuttoBros

As discovered exclusively at blinkoncrime.com, there was an abandoned 911 call at approximately 6:04 PM the day Tracy Ocasio went missing, from the Hutto home at 1002 Wyoming Court. This call follows a shots fired call in the area of Cullens Ct at approximately 5:43PM. To date, no information has been released about either call, or it’s possible connection to the Ocasio case.

I have interviewed over a dozen known associates, self proclaimed confidential police informants, and some of Jimmy Hataway’s closest friends that have known him, lived with him, and yes, in some instances been in trouble with him throughout his life. Every single source told me the same thing– If Jimmy had any involvement, of if he knows anything at all, you need to talk to his brother, he would tell him anything, and be his first call. I have. His interview will be featured next week exclusively at blinkoncrime.com

    Blink-

I have been following your work for a long time- I would never, never want to come up against you in any case you have worked on; your investigations and analysis are pristine. I mentioned your name while waiting to present a motion last week and an attorney friend of yours came clear across the room to find out how I knew you.

    That is impact, Lady.

So..I hope you won’t mind now when I call you out. You know 1000% that if Hataway had a dime, or a zealous attorney smart enough to pick out a high profile case with legs, he would be OUT..

You also know that is the key to finding Tracy Ocasio, Chris George and possibly Jenn Kesse. He needs a criminal defense attorney to hold him out of the shark tank long enough to tell what he knows about the real problem: Huttos et al. And dont think Tyler Watters is off the hook by a long shot. What’s your pal Nejame up to?

He needs representation, he needs to get out so the heat can go where it needs to go. With him in the slammer talking to nobody, it’s nothing more than a hamster wheel for these families.

  3. Sunday says:

And wouldn’t it be wonderful if a zealous “attorney smart enough to pick out a high profile case with legs” would take the case pro bono? But, we know in the real world that’s not going to happen.

  4. ToOcoMoFo's says:

After reading about my cousin tracy dumped beer on some girls head it was out of self defense because tracy would text me right away wrather it was because of something really cool or really bad. The night this happened she texted me that somebody was trying to get physical with her. Somebody was attempting to throw beer into Tracy’s face so the fact that she dumped beer on that brats face was self defence. My cousin never gets physical unless she’s defending her self period.

On memorial day at about 1235am is the last time she texted me and I believe she had a boyfriend at the time whom may have been at the Tap with her the night of the confrontation because he was in her room with her when she called me one night during April which I’m praying wasn’t any of the Hutto bros.

Check your cell records and I can probably tell you who it was.

  5. Reggie says:

Selectively silent would probably have been more descriptive of the point I was trying to make. I know he has talked to the police but I personally believe he is leaving information critical to the case out of the conversation.

Yes, I am aware that he was not with Chris when the vehicle was wrecked. However, he was with him earlier that same day, they had phone conversations and he was on the scene when the police arrived.
Yes, but he was on the scene the following day, not the night it happened. His myspace comments corroberate this, as well as the cell phone that was used by Watters for help that evening when he was allegedly stranded. He also stopped at the store and bought chips and froze bottled waters the night before to take with them in case he was out in the woods stranded. Are you aware of the Huttos that are in Waterss myspace pic?

In reference to Chris missing by nefarious means…I confess I had to look that one up. I found, “infamous by way of being extremely wicked”. It is my personal opinion that the fact that Chris was doing drugs when he went missing that put a shadow over the investigation. I don’t condone his drug use but I don’t think anyone has the right to take his life and cover it up either. I don’t think his case has been taken seriously by the authorities from the very beginning. I can’t help but wonder if they had done due diligence in investigating Chris’ case that Tracy would still be with us today.
On that we agree Reggie, except I might ask his brother what was in the backpack they gave him. Also, he had a warrant for a construction site trespass, which I believe would put him VOP, no?

Chris has been gone for 22 weeks…there are missing puzzle pieces and I think Jimmy has some if not all of them in his pocket.

  6. ToOcoMoFo's says:

My cousin tracey poured beer because the brat was going to hit my cousins face with beer. It was self defense my cousin texted me about the whole thing that happened that night.

While I don’t doubt you, I dont think anyone was judging her, to the contrary, she said in her own words she as trying to be nice

  7. Sunday says:

ToOcoMoFo’s, it wouldn’t matter if Tracy dumped an entire pitcher of beer on someone. If what happened to Tracy is retaliation for the altercation that night, she didn’t deserve it. No one does. We’re all praying for you, Tracy and the rest of her family through all this. And we’re all hoping that someone gets to the bottom of it soon. If anyone can, Blink can.

  8. FairWitness says:

Blink, have you been able to ascertain why the Hutto’s have been given break after break for their lawlessness … why they’re not being investigated for Tracy’s disappearance? There have been lots of posts guessing that they’re CI’s, but even CI’s wouldn’t get a pass for kidnapping or (possible/probable) murder …. would they?
    NO
And going out on a limb I might suggest going the scholarly route is a waste of time. I imagine there are reasons that are not going to sit right regardless of presentation

  9. Reggie says:

I’m not disputing that Jimmy’s story to this point is not substantiated to some degree by cell activity, etc. As I mentioned before I don’t believe he is directly responsible for what happened to Chris but I think he knows more than he has revealed.

I have no knowledge of the trip to the store and frozen water bottles. I’d be curious to know if and how the trip to the store and what items were purchased was verified. Preparation to be stranded in the woods…with only chips and water…for Chis that is barely a snack. Though he wasn’t a Boy Scout, that’s not much preparation.

I am aware of the Hutto’s though I am personally thankful that I have never had occasion to meet them.

When you wrote, “except I might ask his brother”, are you referring to Chris’ brother?

I am not aware of a warrant for a construction site trespass, when was it dated? Regarding the VOP…to my knowledge Chris wasn’t on probation.

ok Reggie, fair and open of you, but check the Seminole County site, he did have an open warrant

  10. ToOcoMoFo's says:

Well I’m tired of seeing my cousin being blogged about through several sites about how she poses for photos how she reacted that night her involveement with self proclaimed “friends” that just happen to be “helping” with her case. It sickens me. I’ve got no degree and I’ve never been in law enforcement only exposed to it and there are so many factors and motives that point right to th butt holes aka huttos and yet their the very peeps that are “helping” detectives what the hell man. I’m not rocket scientist but its like see no evil hear no evil speak no evil.

These butt holes are going to get away with as much as they can for however long they can no doubt about that and that is just sad.
Blink seems to be contributing to my cousin’s case then any other popo out there and its not even her JOB.
If it wasn’t for Blink my cousin’s case would be in the crapper Blink but be a guardian angel in disguise man.
I mean why would they wait so dam long to dig through her texts which I thought they had already looked through?
Have they even searched ALL DNA in her car? Are they considering the
DNA of the Hutto’s? Or the poly toward the Hutto’s? Even Toole’s because I’m sure he’s got some beef with my cousin because he missed his sex affend regist.
Why won’t they look into the 911 calls? Whats up with whoever made the call from the foreclosed home? How and why was the person in that house any way? And Cullen ct court isn’t that far from my cousin’s hood.

Too many Q’s so little time and no answers to some Q’s and not even answers towards others.
If there’s cop(s) involved they should be easy to pin because of identification factors, the computers they use. Someone is covering the Huttos tracks and to do that someone a cop or whoever probably has access to data bases that contain records wrather its to make or clean out files on criminals.
Because files don’t just maintaince themselves.
I’m not trying to accuse anyone or jump to conclusions but I’ve been holding on to these theories for a minute now and I thought I throw them out there.
Blink in terms of the popo digging and maintaining certain files of certain peeps please give me your opinions and/or theories.

  11. ToOcoMoFo's says:

Blink what do I check my cell records for? She called me using her cell so what would that dig into?

  12. Reggie says:

My apologies for my lack of investigative skills but I don’t know what Seminole County site you are referring to in #59. However, other than a point of curiosity, in what way are you suggesting that a warrant for trespassing would be connected to his disappearance?

Also back to my previous question…when you responded in #55, “except I might ask his brother”, whose brother were you referring to?

    a) He did not want to go to jail
    b) His brother (CHris’s) was given his backpack
    B

  13. Reggie says:

I agree with you that Chris did not want to go to jail…does anyone? However, it doesn’t add up to me that he would ditch his SUV (which was still in running condition), discontinue all communication with everyone in his life (including those that had helped him through difficult circumstances before), with no food (except maybe chips and water), no cash unless he had a limited amount in his pocket (even in large bills, which is not likely…how much can one carry?), and no clothes except what he had on his back. The SUV alone would have provided him with shelter and transportation…on foot…in the woods…in the middle of nowhere…that is not a likely scenario in my book.

In addition, if he just ran off into the woods, why did his “friends” move the vehicle, clean it up, and take it back to the scene? Hmmm….

    Chris doesn’t have a brother.

You and I agree this is more than bizarre. I cant say if Jimmy knows more than he is telling , but I am confident if he does, he learned it after the fact. However, I will say that my interviews of witnesses lead me to believe that they do not and did not believe that Chris ran into the woods never to be seen again. They believe his parents staged an intervention of sorts and sent him to a rehab. I have no basis to form that opinion so I take it with a grain of salt as they say.

They took the car back and cleaned it out because they were concerned about what was in it and the fact that Chris could be in very big trouble if cops got a hold of it that evening. I think everyone would agree that move was not wise, but again to me points to the fact they did not plan it.

Lastly, if Chris does not have a brother, I would be asking Tyler Watters who he introduced as his bro, because he definately did. And then I would ask him how well he knows the Huttos.

  14. FairWitness says:

Blink, it looks as though Tracy Ocasio’s case isn’t going to be resolved unless local LE expands the investigation to include suspects other than Jimmy Hataway. You mentioned earlier that he had given LE his opinion of what he thought had happened to her. I assume he pointed the finger at others he’s acquainted with and named names.

Is it possible that those suspects named by Jimmy are being surveilled and investigated? I realize we’ve had NO information that would demonstrate this, no searches of the Hutto residences or vehicles, no reported interrogations of them, but perhaps other activities are happening behind the scenes. I don’t want to believe that the disappearance of a vibrant, beautiful young woman is being purposely swept under the rug to protect confidential informants involved in criminal enterprise.

There’s the fate of missing friend, Onda Christopher George, to wonder about. Plus another missing, vibrant, beautiful young woman from the area, Jennifer Kesse.

What is going on in the Orlando metro area?

I read some violent crime statistics recently which showed Florida second only to California in the total number reported (2007). But it’s even worse, because the population of Florida is far less than CA, so the per capita rate is the 4th highest overall. California’s per capita rate is in the teens.

I find this disturbing about the Sunshine State. Floridians should be demanding more from their LE organizations.
Fair- I cant say that as a whole about the entire state. I think OCSO is stellar and their preformance on Caylee/Casey case is to be mirrored. That said, your right about it being up to the people to make a stand within their jurisdiction.

  16. LaJo says:

Regarding the Huttos, it’s interesting that they were in a myspace pic with Waters and you later mention them regarding Chris George and Waters. There seem to be a lot of connections between Tracy and Chris’ cases. I didn’t realize Waters was connected to the Huttos. It’s odd because they are tied to Tracy’s case and through Water’s to Chris’ case. They were also brought up in Chris’ case before Tracy’s disappearance, but it was never followed up on. It seems that there are many aspects in both of these cases that the Apopka and Ocoee PD are not investigating, including this Hutto connection. So much is being ignored and/or overlooked by both police departments, even though the FDLE was brought in. I find it hard to believe that even if the Huttos were CI’s that they could be so blatantly ignored in these cases.

In point of fact, Chris George was not sent to rehab by his family. This was not all just an elaborate cover-up in order to send him off to get help. Nor does Chris have a brother so I too would be interested to know who Tyler said Chris introduced as such.

You mention above that it is more and more bizarre and I have to agree. None of the so-called facts have ever added up in Chris’ case and it would appear the same can be said in regards to Tracy’s case. The fact that both these cases have such similarities and involve the same group of people seems too amazing to be called a mere coincidence.
Completely agree, with one correction, to my knowledge, it was not Chris that introduced someone as his brother, it was Tyler introducing someone as Chris’s brother the day after he went missing.
    B

  17. Reggie says:

More than bizarre…I agree. Two things that you made reference to that I know for a FACT.
    1) Chris does not have a brother…whole, half or step.
    2) Chris’ parents did not stage any type of intervention.

I know that you took the intervention idea with a grain of salt but do you really entertain the idea, even to the slightest degree, that the APD would have spent months on an investigation if Chris was in a rehab somewhere…couldn’t they have figured that out early on? I trust that they couldn’t possibly be that inept. Plus what kind of people would Chris’ parents be if they didn’t disclose that information in the beginning rather than file a missing persons report that prompted an investigation? My guess would be either stupid or dishonest. Have you ever interviewed Chris’ parents?

I can see no way to answer you that I would put out publicly, I will email you.

  18. ex gf says:

In reference to #40, I keep going back and forth. While I never felt threatened by Jimmy, ever, I do feel lucky that I am not involved in this case other than a concerned citizen (who’s closer to the POI than most on this site.)

I met Jimmy in a bar that I worked in AND gave him a ride home that night. We ended up dating for about 6 months. He never hurt me. His dream job is to translate for deaf children. As I said before, Jimmy got into harder drugs at the very end of our relationship and I’m smart enough to know that anything can happen. People can change.

In my very 1st post on this site, I said Jimmy would give any information he had willingly if he was involved. What if he really doesn’t know what happened and he has given all available knowledge? As scary as that is, it could be true. I called Ocoee LE and spoke to a female detective weeks ago. I even offered to try to get him to talk to me while I would be in FL at the end of June. I was asked some pretty personal questions which I answered freely and was told that the lead detective on the case would call me the next day. You guessed it…no follow up. I did not pursue a jail meeting with Jimmy at the advice of my sister who said his lawyer would have advised him to to talk to anyone so my trying would be pointless. My father was very happy I didn’t go (as I’m sure you can imagine).

My dad has been clipping articles for me, apparently the criminal mischief was for punching a vehicle while crossing in a cross walk (dumb). He was then arrested for drug para after search for Tracy. I did not know until today that he was moved to Orange County. Last I had heard was he was in Seminole.

I’m glad I found this site so I can actually get good information about this really strange case.

  19. LaJo says:

My bad then. After reviewing the previous posts I now realize who Tyler must have been refering to as his brother, though I don’t know why.

In regards to the Seminole warrant you said that was from 07/08, correct? From what I can tell there is no open warrant for him and had there been he would have been arrested before the missing incident had a chance to occur.

One thing that continues to be reported is that there was no missing person case for Chris before Tracy’s disappearance. I would like to clear this up; Chris was reported as a missing person on February 12th and has been filed as a missing person ever since. Family and friends have been dealing the APD from the start regarding the case.

Thank you for that clarification but I have to ask, then why isnt he listed on their site, or ANY missing person site of any kind? Doesn’t that bother you or anyone else?
Who do you believe Chris intro’d as his bro?

Blink… any word on the search resuming for Tracy?

  21. Red Ranger says:

I read an internet rumor posted by someone claiming to be a friend of Chris George and his family. I do not confirm or deny that it is true, I am just saying I read it on a website about a month ago. It said that Chris George had called his father about two months after his disappearance.

He was facing prison time for parole violations when he disappeared. If his parents are harboring him, I agree with you, it is against the law. That being said, his parents live in the wealthiest suburb in Orange county, Windermere. People from Windermere do not often get arrested or go to prison.

  22. Reggie says:

I can’t go into detail publicly but the information in Red Ranger’s #71 is way off the mark in all aspects. Nothing personal Red Ranger…you just have some bad information.

  23. Reggie says:

A comment on #69 – I’m not familiar with missing person sites but I do know that Chris is listed on the Equusearch site as Christopher George. http://texasequusearch.org/category/missing/active/

Yes, dated 6/12/09, when Mr. Ocasio requested TES , and subsequently LE attended, and provided support and food for one search for Chris. Point is, his story was and is nowhere until then, why?
    B

  24. Reggie says:

Where exactly would it be if the family wasn’t dealing with the media?
Perhaps thats the problem, if your not dealing with the media who drives MP cases, CUE, AMW, etc, How would one expect the word to get out?
    B

  25. Reggie says:

The decision has its pros and cons, I don’t see a need to defend it. It is what it is.
With much respect, name a pro-
Name one pro to Chris if he is really missing, as I cant think of one and this is my “sphere”. Find me one resource that says be as quiet as you can when someone you love is missing and I will show you either a charlatan or people that are more afraid of what will come out by raising the issue than finding the individual.
Not to be flip, but as a practical matter, If nobody knows he is missing, who is looking for him??
    B

  26. Red Ranger says:

Reggie, I understand that you possibly have some inside information and are unable to publicly disclose it. Is there anything you feel comfortable adding?
I participated in a search for Chris. It was hot and miserable but we trudged on. That being said, the reporting of him vanishing is about as lacking as any missing person case I have ever seen. It was totally off the radar until JH came along. It was not even mentioned then until LE began trying to pin everything since the Lindbergh baby on him. Don’t get me wrong. JH would ooze feces if you squeezed his head. But until Tracy vanished the state attorneys office had put the RC file in the deepest of dumpsters. It only became important when they were unable to find anything but a bong to charge him with.

Add to that the fact that Onda was long gone before JH ever showed up. Reggie, I ask again to say what you are able to to try and make a little sense out of this. Right now it is all square pegs in round hole city.

Red has eloquently (for Red :) ) reviewed the issues that we are faced with when we review Chris’s case. Red Ranger – what was the tone that you can share when searching for Chris- and btw, thank you for your service and time in searching for victims.
    B

  27. Reggie says:

In response to #75, the person that made the decision is the one that would need to have that discussion with you. As I stated, I don’t see a need to defend it.
    Understood.
I respect that, but by the same token you ill forgive me if I say there is certainly more to be done in that regard and it becomes part of the equation.
    B

  28. Reggie says:

Before responding to #76 – I would like to thank you, Red Ranger, for enduring the humid 100+ degree weather to search for Chris. There need to be more options in the English language to express gratitude…thank you simply seems to fall short.

I don’t know that I would classify any information that I share as “inside” there are just some things that I don’t want to share on a public forum.

I totally agree that this case makes no sense but that doesn’t equate to Onda ‘Chris’ George not being a missing person. He is indeed missing and in my estimation probably deceased.

If by totally off the radar you mean that the media wasn’t covering it, you are correct. The family chose to not go that route. However, APD has been investigating it from the time the SUV was found. When Tracy’s story hit the media the reporters did some quick research and soon found that Jimmy was a person of interest in Chris’ case. All media contact that was directed to the family at that point was redirected to the APD.

Even with the light shed on Chris’ case as a result of the media coverage on Tracy’s case, no advances have been made in determining what happened to Chris. Though there are many bits and pieces…things just don’t add up.

Pardon my ignorance of the acronym RC but I don’t know what you are referring to.

It is my understanding as well that Chris was gone before Jimmy showed up. I’ve never stated that I think Jimmy is responsible for Chris’ disappearance only that he likely has more information than he has revealed. Someone knows something…I don’t buy the story that Chris disappeared into thin air…or thick woods for that matter.

I know you weren’t confirming or denying the rumor that you mentioned in #71. The only comment that I will share publicly is that I know for a FACT that Chris has not contacted his father since February 11th 2009.

That is fair and very interesting.
That said, I can tell you for a fact that friends of Chris WERE TOLD Chris reached out to his DAD. Why would they need to say that?
    B

  29. Reggie says:

I don’t know…maybe the statement has a double meaning. With whom did it originate?
Tyler Watters told a few different people. Tyler is the strongest Hutto connection. Tyler was the last one seen with Chris, and I do know for a fact that he told others Chris called his Dad. Perhaps focusing on TW is the pathway to answers in both cases. Please know I am not critisizing Chris’s family in any way. I respect their right to pursue answers for their son in anyway they see fit. However, that avenue has not worked so far, as you have actually pointed out yourself earlier.

  32. Reggie says:

    RE: #79
From my perspective the non-media approach and the media approach have thus far produced the same results…nothing concrete. I am a big proponent of the right to make individual choices and I support both families’ decisions, though they are polar opposites. I also applaud you for the investment that you make in the lives of others.
I agree, with one caveat, none of us would have even heard of Chris’s case if it weren’t for the “media” approach. Secondly, as a result, with witness participation, I am able to invest the effort along with my other resources. It is the worst possible position for a family to be in, and in most cases, they have never had to navigate something so foreign to them.

Responding to #69; he has been a missing person within the LE databases since the time of his disappearance. As to the brother, I don’t believe Chris introduced anyone as his brother. Your previous comments implied that Tyler said someone was Chris’ brother and I realized where that misconception may have come from. However, I don’t want to publicly disclose who Tyler likely referred to by that statement, though again he is incorrect because Chris doesn’t have nor referred to anyone as his brother. This is not a case of JH and Colt being “brothers” if that’s what you’re wondering.

I heard the rumor myself that Chris had contacted his father since his disappearance. I didn’t realize it originated with Tyler Waters, but can assure you that the rumor is false. B, you ask in #78 why would they need to say that and from your comments in #79 it seems you answered your own question. If it indeed was Tyler Waters who was telling people that Chris contacted his Dad since he disappeared, and that is certainly not the case, then as you suggested, perhaps as you already stated the pathway to both cases lies with Tyler Waters.

    Would appear so-

Hey Reggie, I was referring to Rachel Clark. At the time Chris disappeared it was too cool for gators and snakes to be out. There is nowhere he could have run to that would not have been within a mile or two of a road or house. I am not sure of the extent of his injuries in the wreck. It is hard to speculate on any bleeding, internal bleeding etc.

I do know that Apopka LE was very supportive of all search efforts.

I support whatever way his parents want to handle their son’s disappearance. They are privy to information I am not.

It does seem as if a lot of crime roads in Ocoee all lead one way.

I am astounded that post # 68, Hataways ex claims he’d give info if he knew anything. HE KNOWS what happened to Tracy. You are one of the lucky ones that didn’t get hurt. I have seen another ex’s posting telling that he is capable of torture. Be thankful you are here to tell us all about it.

  39. ex gf says:

Passion- I know I am lucky, we’re all lucky to stay on this side of the dirt! We do dangerous things all the time, drive cars, walk accross parking lots, go to the ATM, and even go out for a drink. It’s a sad day when you feel like you can’t trust anyone. Someone criticized me for meeting Jimmy in a bar and said I’d be better off in a church picking up “Father Cutie”. Well, like I told her, Father Cutie might be inappropriately playing with children! YOU NEVER KNOW!

The reason I feel my story can be useful is because sometimes there are clues in the pieces that DON’T fit. Follow me for a minute…

At the time I met Jimmy I was 5’4″ 130lbs., fair skin, long, dark brown/auburn hair, a big sports fan, etc….(sound familiar?)
    1. I met Jimmy in a bar, so did Ms Clarke and Ms. Ocasio.
    2. I gave Jimmy a ride from the bar, so did Ms Clarke and Ms. Ocasio.
    3. I ended up dating Jimmy for many months safely, Ms. Clarke was allegedly attacked and Ms. Ocasio is missing.

Which one of these things is not like the others?

As I previously mentioned, the Ocoee PD asked me some personal questions obviously realizing the same scenario I mention above. What was different could be the reason I was never hurt in any way at any time. What was different could lead to information about what happened to Tracy or Rachael. But what is the same can lead to a pattern or dare I say profile of behavior and as we all know, profiles can make or break cases especially in potentially repeat offenders. Think what’s his M.O.?

Trust me, I’m NOT trying to garner attention because I dated Jimmy. I want to help as bad as everyone else but I no longer live in Florida. I continue to rack my brain for any information about Jimmy that could help. I do not know Tracy, Rachael, Chris or Thank God, the Huttos!

    Blink-
These layers upon layers of overlapping connections between people in these cases is getting confusing. You mention Watters, Hataway, Ocasio, 2 Huttos, a woman that got into a fight with Tracy, George, Toole and others. Can someone make one of those web diagrams like we used to in school? Because this is beginning to get complicated.

Above is a website regarding the fatal accident of Erica Henry mentioned in your article. I have not found any additional info on the other person in the vehicle with Erica.

May not be same Erica in your article. idk

If it is the same Erica, who is the father of her 2 children?

Possibly reaching to far out of the box…

    RE: #87
Red Ranger, you make an interesting observation. I had never entertained the idea of Chris sustaining injuries. I still don’t think it is likely since Tyler wasn’t injured and the air bag wasn’t deployed. But your thoughts have spurred other thoughts for me…thank you for sharing.

The APD did do a helicopter fly over the night after Chris’ SUV was found and no body heat was detected, which indicates that he was not in the woods…alive, injured or dead. And as you know, having been a participant, several ground searches were done of the area.

  44. passionflower says:

I appreciate your honesty ex gf. I am a believer of faith, not luck. Tracy is not here, and she was last seen with Hataway. He knows where she is at. Her family hurts so deeply, not knowing where she is. I am glad that you are safe, and many other young women as long as Hataway is in jail.

  45. Kosmo says:

This case saddens me to no end…

Quick question for the ex gf.. And I apologize before hand if I offend you or anyone else on this site but on the night you gave him a ride home after you met did any hanky panky go on? If so did you say yes or no? Did the other woman refuse his advances and he got angry? Was there any heavy drinking or drugs being used that night? Was there steriods involved? ( I have my own personal reason for asking that one ;-) ! )
I would think all of these different variables would be important to be able to point out the differences..

  46. ex gf says:

Kosmo- No you have not offended me, those were the kind of questions LE asked me when I called. To be honest, yes, there was consensual “hanky panky”. I too wonder if the difference was they said no. There was drinking involved (we met in a bar) but NO drug use to my knowledge. At the time he only drank and smoked pot. I never saw him smoking pot that night and we did not when we got to my house. (another difference there, I did not take him to his house, we went to my house). I am not a pot smoker, though I have before.

Jimmy was into weight lifting but I do not believe he was using steroids. It’s an interesting thought and could explain any violent “snaps” or “roid rage” although I never witnessed any.

Thanks for picking up what I was trying to point out about the differences between my story and the other women’s experiences, that’s exactly what I was trying to get at.

  47. Kosmo says:

You are quite honest and open and I commend you for that!!!!

I use to be in a situation with a guy that did steroids and have witnessed the full blown rage and it isn’t pretty. The reason I asked that is because SOME “shorter” smaller guys have huge issues with self-confidence and they will do a lot of weight lifting and steriods to make them feel bigger and badder.. and they are very rarely honest about the use of them. They want everyone to think it is all natural.

Thanks again for your honesty. :)

Investigators are considering the discovery of a woman’s body in a rural part of north Orange County a “suspicious death.”

Sheriff’s deputies from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office said a jogger smelled an unusual odor in the 4700 block of Ondich Road in north Apopka sometime before 8:20 a.m.

Spokesman Jim Solomons said the body has been there for some time.
