Caylee/Casey Anthony Case Bombshell: Proof George Anthony Lied
Orlando, FL– In a bombshell released in discovery today, evidence George Anthony could not have been telling the truth about June 16th.; allegedly the last time he saw Casey and Caylee leave:
According to the Investigative Report Excerpt regarding the Cell phone ping study, Casey did not leave the Anthony home until 4:14PM on June 16th. Not the 12:50PM time he told Investigators and recounted in several media interviews. Most recently, George refused to discuss the last time he saw his granddaughter Caylee during the deposition in the civil case against his daughter, lodged by Zenaida Gonzalez.
Given the previously released computer forensics, whereby we know Casey was on the home computer on an IM chat in the morning this supports the fact she was in the home, and as the calls begin on Casey’s cell, she is leaving the residence.
SO.. Could it be George who never came home the evening of June 15th? Did Casey leave her cell phone there the evening before and come back? Impossible. She was on it.
Message to Leonard: This makes one more.. LOL.. Told You.

It still nags at me regarding the last time Caylee was seen being so confused in the beginning. I get them thinking June 9th was Father’s day (I guess), but somehow I find it hard to believe George, Cindy, and perhaps even Lee had not already discussed exactly the last day/date they had seen Caylee leading up to and before July 15th. (wouldn’t they have looked at a calendar to even come up with June 9th ??)
Cindy was already obviously upset about it on July 3rd. Not sure that it’s relevant, but something about it just bugs me, as in doesn’t seem possible, and doesn’t sit right.
Todd – I understand your frustration. But you understand the important role that defense attorneys play in our judicial system. Its not perfect but all of us deserve a strong defense against charges by our local, state and federal gov’t. This is coming from a true progressive liberal democrat. Without the balance of a vigorous defense the gov’t could conceivably stomp all over our right to a fair trial.
We WANT Baez and team to give Casey the very best arguments they can come up with. The people (us, we) then will win a conviction because the evidence is compelling enough to overcome a strong defense.
You are obviously a common sense kind of guy. I know her actions speak louder than all of the physical evidence. It seems like a slam dunk. A lot of folks cannot tolerate defense attorneys in these types of cases where the defendant seems cruel and soul-less – undeserving of a rigorous defense. A lot of defense attorneys make themselves targets of ridicule and scorn. But even Casey deserves an equivalent defense to measure up to the prosecution team’s best efforts. Otherwise there would be more innocent citizens in prison than there are guilty ones.
Remember this – we the people want to win a conviction because one of our own littlest most helpless citizens has been murdered in cold blood. We believe it was at the hands of her very own mother. We don’t want a hollow victory. We want justice served – the right and permanent way. No questions. No regrets.
I wear my heart on my sleeve every morning when I wake up and would be a TERRIBLE defense attorney. I suspect you’re a kind and compassionate guy too. We need to hope and pray that Casey is convicted without an open window to future appeals and/or overturn of any conviction. Ok – stepping off of my soapbox now.

There are a few other things that come to mind as Casey “being” ZG.
a. Remember when Casey said that ZG had a key to their house. If KC’s alias is ZG then, yea, she has a key to their home.
b. Casey said ZG was an employee at Universal…oops so was Casey (supposedly).
c. George stated in one of his FBI interviews that Casey wrote “nanny” as her occupation on her resume….hmmmmm…
d. Cindy asked KC if she had a message for ZG, and KC says, “tell her we forgive her.”
e. on 6/16 some time during the day someone creates a my space account for ZG with a picture of Dora. Her location was Miami FL. But, what is interesting is ZG is listed as a Pisces—-Casey is a Pisces.
f. On 6/12 Casey searches reunion.com for a “Zenaida Gonzales” age 25. Then searches USSearch for “Zenaida Fernandez” in Jacksonville FL.

In Annie’s deposition I recall her saying when she got the ticket Casey was not with her..but funny thing she was on the phone with her at the time!?…Annie & Zanny’s excellent adventure alright!

Tony was upset about some items that searchers found that he saw on Fox News. In particular a black dress with shiny things on it and a pick back pack.
Well I finally found these pictures posted guess where on Scared Monkeys Site. This must be what he saw that upset him. They were not the items found at or near Amscot. They were found at Econ Soccer Complex Yates Rd.
I wonder if he was shown and identified these items.

I forgot to mention that there is also a picture of a red gas can. It looks like it is new or at least in very good condition. Jeans are size 5 (express tag)

Maura’s information re: the video of Caylee reading her book out-loud to her greatgrandfather at Mt. Dora, shows that the file was uploaded to the laptop during the timeframe that Casey was in the Anthony home around 3:30 pm on June 17th and modified later that night. The video was watched by Casey the next morning on ‘her’ laptop, according to Tony.
We haven’t see the complete video file as taken by Cindy of Caylee at Mt. Dora on June 15th nor do we know what was ‘modified’ about the file by Casey, maybe the file name was simply changed. Casey wanted the video for some reason or reasons. She may have been crying from seeing her grandfather again, or she missed Caylee as she was gone with Zenaida for a day and a half and she didn’t know where she was, didn’t know what to do about it, or she was feeling sorry for herself as she was now in a bind.
Would this video, and others that might be on the laptop, of Caylee talking, be of use? Could the audio be played during her phone calls to friends, to place Caylee ‘in the background’ and alive and well?
Jesse said he heard Caylee’s voice, or assumed he did in a phone call later in June (around the 24th?) where Casey was telling Caylee to get off the table. Kio Marie Cruz got a call from Casey on about July 9th, in which she heard Caylee say ‘mommy… mommy… mommy….’ and Kio heard Casey tell Caylee that she was ‘on the phone’ as if telling the baby to be quiet. But according to Casey, she had not seen her daughter since June 16th, or ’31 days’ as of July 15th.
Caylee also telephoned Casey and said ‘Hi mommy… ‘ and talked about her shoes and her book she was reading. (just like the book in the video, her favorite story of Frieda Fuzzypaws– ‘momma–poppa’).
If two people heard Caylee in the background, were there more examples of Caylee’s voice heard by others that we have not yet heard from? Jesse was unsure, he maybe ‘filled in the blanks’ and thought he heard Caylee’s voice when Casey was telling her ‘off the table’, that may be as he ‘expected’ to hear her as he did many times in the past, but it may also have been a recording of Caylee playing, maybe from this video or others. But Kio did hear a baby’s voice saying ‘mommy’, but she did not know Caylee’s own voice to say it was her or not.
Coincidence that Casey talks to Kio on the phone on July 9th, the day after Casey was ‘tracked down’ by brother Lee. Strange Casey would call Kio, unless she was giving a clue to the family about the location of Caylee– Lee had close to ‘holt’, and Kio had the other piece of the puzzle about the ‘woods’ as she and Casey spent hours there talking, away from parents.

I don’t know, you may be right. I think the info that I heard was from a news source, or worse, Nancy Grace. But the hair was found with the skull, even Kronk said so. At that level of decomp, with no flesh left, it had to be held there by the tape. So then it probably went past her mouth, maybe not all the way around though.

If you want to get into “what should have been remembered”…How the heck can Casey say that she left Caylee off with the Nanny between 9-1??
If someone ripped your daughter from your arms, that time would be burned into your memory . Not to mention that it’s warmer at noon and 1:00, plenty of things to conclusively help you narrow down a time line.

there are so many good points here and comments i want to comment on but i quickly want say that le has resources and imo absolute reason to locate info on zg 22,iirc someone ,although i cant vouch for validity,someone did get the vehicle info of the zg22 tickets ,iirc and if the info was correct her vehicle had the vin# of a marroon ford,owner said to be unrelated to case(there are addresses)yet the tag was registered to an green truck owner unknown. i would expect we will hear more,as the defense could use this as the mysterious zanny, unfound, which imo forces the state to produce her or info regarding inability to produce her,as it is now public info that this zg22 ticket exist,at least to us blinkers,and others.

I don’t know what “computer” information you’re looking for. Jesus Ortiz and Casey were both in the class of 2004 at Colonial High School. Stephanie Kostakis (Special K in Casey’s cell contact list) was also in the class of 2004 and was a close friend of Jesus Ortiz. She was quoted in an article following the car accident in which Ortiz was killed.

However, IMO, Jesus Ortiz was not Caylee’s father (Caylee didn’t look anything like him). Yes, I know that when Casey was bonded out of jail on August 21, Cindy allegedly handed Rob Dick (or Tracy or Leonard) a printout of Ortiz’s obituary when she was asked about the identity of Caylee’s father, but she gave the name Eric (with a backstory) to OCSO three weeks earlier.
In Cindy’s August 1 OCSO interview, she said Eric, Caylee’s supposed father, was someone Casey had known since childhood but only had a one-night stand with. He lived in TN or KY. By the time Casey realized she was pregnant and not carrying Jesse’s child [this is Cindy's story], she thought her child must be Eric’s. But Eric was involved with another woman (he had already married her), so he and Casey mutually decided that he would not be in Caylee’s life. He supposedly died, but Casey claimed to be in touch with his widow. Before he died, he supposedly wanted Caylee to meet her half brother and sister. Casey said she told him no. Cindy said she told Casey not to cut off the chance because there were reasons why she might want to know Caylee’s relatives (even for medical reasons), but Casey was firm that she didn’t want to get Caylee mixed up and confused. Casey refused to talk about it. Then Eric died around a major birthday, either Caylee’s in August 2007 or Casey’s in March 2008. He died in TN or KY.
Personally, I think Casey went nightclubbing on Thanksgiving weekend in 2005, got drunk, shagged a stranger, and realized a month later that she was pregnant and either couldn’t remember the guy’s name or didn’t know how to contact him (no address, no phone number, etc.). Because she didn’t know the name of the father, over the years she made up umpteen conflicting stories told to different people involving different father candidates.
O you know I have been precariously perched on a precipice on this issue since day one. Compelling, I agree, but I am standing firm on this one. However, I will gladly take my seat in the dunk tank as necessary.

I meant to add that I believe Casey seized on Jesus Ortiz’s death very opportunistically to get Cindy off her back. From Cindy’s “Eric” story to OCSO, it appears to me that Cindy was probably hounding Casey about Caylee’s father and the father’s family. Cindy made a good point about maintaining communication for Caylee’s sake (as with possible future medical conditions), but Cindy may also have been interested in getting child support from Caylee’s father and was likely interested for personal reasons in meeting Caylee’s father.
When Jesus Ortiz died, Casey had a perfect opportunity to shut Cindy’s inquiries down because Cindy is allegedly deeply prejudiced against Hispanics. When Cindy was told Jesus Ortiz was Caylee’s true father (and conveniently dead), Cindy would not have wanted to pursue communications with Ortiz’s family.
i am not sure how i feel about the death penalty in general,certain cases i am all for it,this case right now i really think i’d go lwop,its such an interesting moral dilema,i eagerly await andrea lyon’s attempts to try to save casey from death,if it gets that far, but i tell you what, her proclaiming casey’s innocence has me on edge about her ,if she doesnt prove caesy’s innocence as she –unecessarily– claimed i am not going have an ounce of respect for her.once it gets to the penalty phase. oh and btw imo if casey hadnt killed caylee, i think she wouldve poisoned a boyfriend or something somewhere down the road.no one could steal from amy the way she dids and not be off the tracks,cindy called it right when she warned tony,black widow to be.

Yeah… Kio did clarify, but the defense still has her original statement of the baby being alive as late as July 9. Before a body was found, the defense would surely have made a lot out of Kio’s original statement, to suggest that maybe she did hear Caylee as she originally thought. I’ve got no clue how they could use Kio now, except to go after her credibility at trial, for the Nat En-Q deal, and for her bad memory about hearing the baby. I bet they will go after her to discredit her on the stand as much as possible. If the defense wants to go after Jesse at all for his police statement about hearing a live Caylee in the background on a call, they would also have to go after Kio and her memory, even though she corrected this when she could.
I was watching the Kiomarie video and was wondering what was ever made of her statement about hearing a childs voice (which she believe to be Caylee in the back ground) while on the phone with Casey. This phone call happened on July 9 she states.

On the other hand, its always nice to hear that there are women who have had wonderful fathers and grandfathers in their lives like Blink and some others described here. My husband is a good father and I’m grateful every day.
Not that it takes a rocket scientist to figure out when Casey is lying, but has it been disproven yet through phone records of the 2 minute phone call from Caylee, whom allegedly hadn’t seen Casey in 5 weeks, and all Caylee says is “Hi, mommy”. And little miss unfrantic Casey listens to her tell a story about her books?

I think Maura could be right. Although, in my mind, the scenario is slightly different in that Casey may have had multiple partners during a time period (not all at once, mind you). And I believe that either she never found out who was Caylee’s father, after eliminating Jesse, or if she knew, it was someone that she or Cindy considered highly undesirable.

The state might be able to get by without calling Kio at all. Dom Casey was poking around at the dump site. Cindy supposedly told police that she sent him there.
Why? She might bring up that the kids hung around there, (rather than being “informed” by SOMEONE else). I guess that the defense could call her still, but if she isn’t a state’s witness, it doesn’t look as bad for them. Also, Hoover gave the note to TES about searching there, and the ping and phone records keep Casey close to home. So the state doesn’t need her.
I wonder if Baez is going to call as witnesses some of the kookie people that reported Caylee sightings.

If Cindy was sending Dominic Casey and others to go inspect with poking sticks, doesn’t that equate to Cindy having knowledge about Casey’s murderous guilt? Aside from the prosecution “needing” Cindy’s “testimony”, Cindy has, by this fact alone, committed a crime. Why isn’t Cindy being investigated, or charged, even later?
Hey wsh, I bet Wanda Weary (sp) would be on the tops of the defense ‘proof of Caylee’ sightings list had a body not been found. But even so, maybe they could do that to support Caylee alive until the time Casey was incarcerated, then killed to teach the ‘lesson’, then the killer(s) accessed the ‘close to HOLT/close to HOME’ (whatever version the perp heard), got into the neighbourhood, dumped the body WHERE IT WOULD BE OBVIOUS TO FIND QUICKLY ENOUGH (or why bother planting that where it could implicate Casey, or that minimally, Casey or whoever was the target of the real perp, would know about it (to learn a ‘lesson’ or to be otherwise ‘harmed’). No reason for a kidnapper to go to the trouble, and indeed very HIGH risk, to return the body to that neighbourhood.
Todd, well maybe Cindy could come up with a note from the kidnappers to tell her where to find the body. And maybe she wouldn’t want those kidnappers found so would destroy the note so that it could never reveal any identity of the real killer(s). But of course, this makes no sense, just like Casey protecting the kidnappers to-be-killers by hiding the abduction for 31 days.
Yeah, Casey was so brave, and wasn’t she thoughtful, “protecting” her family by not telling cops the truth…she is such a trooper. Now had that been her life story, it would be believable, but since we have learned that she has been a narcissist, a thief, a liar, a selfish, self-centered witch all her life, then the “protecting her family” bit from Cindy just doesn’t fly with me

You are correct that Casey = Zanny is the obvious conlusion.
However, the searches for the name Zenaida, Zenaida Gonzalez, and Zenaida Fernandez were all done after Cindy found Casey on the night of July 15. JWG can explain it better, but earlier dates, like June 12 are the cache dates of the website being searched, not the date that the search was conducted from the Anthony computer.
