Caylee/Casey Anthony Case: Could The Chloroform Belong To George?

Orlando, FL– I held out for George Anthony as the last hope to restore Caylee Anthony’s dignity in the beginning of this case.

Geocasecay

When he visited OCSO on July 24, 2008,  he was acting as Caylee’s JoJo, and not “Gelatinous George”.

I thought, ….maybe. I lost that bet. Whatever temporary empowerment Poppa Jo summoned to visit OCSO and retain famed Orlando attorney Mark Nejame outside of the Cindy tractor beam; George shed it like a snake.

When and Why?

I am on record since the Forensics reports indicating elevated levels of chloroform in the trunk air from Casey’s infamous white Pontiac were released: I have never believed chloroform played a part in Caylee’s murder.

I am among the minority.

While watching the Motions Hearing last Friday, I observed an expression of Casey Anthonys that distracted me from concentrating on the balance of the proceeding. It stuck to me like gum on the sole of my Ugg.

Mad_Casey

Casey glared like a shrew at the exact moment Jeff Ashton used the phrase “chemically restrained” in reference to what may have happened to Caylee to ultimately cause her death. Clearly, it was a thinly veiled reference to chloroform.

I thought, what a wildly inappropriate reaction to be followed up by her version of waterworks.

Maybe-not so much.

What if that hot mess in sea foam gave us a glimpse at her physical reaction to involuntary honesty?

We witnessed the sole reason for the motion to stop videotaping her. She will tell us everything we want to know under the right stimulus.

Chloroform, or the idea of same, enrages subject. The Teflon 100 pounder finally reacts to the metaphoric putrefactive odor in her own case.

Released September 26th, 2008 were the Computer forensics on both the HP desktop used in the Anthony home and the Compaq laptop used by Casey.

At first glance it is clear there is a considerable amount of data missing from the laptop findings. However, in contrast, there is a significant amount of data available for the desktop in both the unallocated and allocated sectors.

After scrutinizing the Internet Histories, Cookies, Fire fox and Safari reports I am comfortable saying that it is fairly easy to tell whether George or Casey was the surfer-in-session. Almost exclusively, Casey used Firefox which deleted her history on the surface and for the most part she left no cookie “crumbs”.

George might as well have posted his e-print on the borrowed mobile billboard.

George is as much a creature of habit on the web as he is on his lawn.

Apparently having not learned his lesson from his earlier web snafu-s, (Editors Note: Nigerian Internet Scam- My Ass.) George made no attempts to delete either his history or his cookies, as none of it was found in the unallocated sectors EXCEPT both sessions of the chloroform searches.

I know, your saying, Blink, WTH? You just told me Casey deletes, George does not, so which is it??

George was home on March 17th, the first search takes place:

GeorgeEscorts10

In Comparison, from the Desktop following the above search on 3/17/2008:

GeorgeEscorts9

Fast Forward to the next search on March 21st, 2008. As Time Sheets corroborate, George Anthony worked a 10 hour day, and was not home until after 5PM. This subsequent search is very different; superficial in contrast.

It is as if the query is “What is chloroform, as if I care?” as opposed to the “How do you make chloroform all-business-search on 3/17. In fact, the activity on 3/21 indicates a return to the last history, or point of fact, Casey is interested in what George was interested in when he plopped down on the computer after her, without opening a new window in Explorer, in this author’s opinion.

As you can see, the available (not in unallocated) space reflects none of Casey’s IM and myspace activity for the same day, which preceded the chloroform searches, and there is no further similar activity attributable to her for the 17th.  It is however, (count the cookies with me) George’s M.O.

Did he just plop down at the computer after Casey leaves not realizing he needed to open a new browser? The activity of his after that leads me to believe he realized it and did exactly that, without erasing his “trail.”

What has this got to do with the chloroform? Plenty.

Sandwiched between a few of George’s dalliances: a fetish site, specializing in BDSM, www.alt.com (warning, not for Work viewing or in the presence of children, probably best before lunch.)

GeorgeEscorts5

One of the topics discussed on such a site, is “breathe play” which is a form of autoerotic asphyxiation in which the use of Chloroform during such an event, or other forced gases or “poppers” like ethyl, butyl and ketamin is common. Yes, before you open another window and check the trunk sniffer report from Dr. Voss, you already know these were found in the air from the trunk.

To date, the FBI quantitative results from the sweepings from the liner, as well as the vacuums seized from the Anthony home have not been released. I suspect they will complete the findings here.

I could never figure out why George would seem “Ok” and almost resigned to Casey’s involvement in his beloved granddaughters death and then give us all whiplash with his support of the rotting pizza farce.

Casey-anthony-high-fives-leaving-jail

I believe Casey was on to him. She was well aware he was being “escorted” all over Orlando behind her Mother’s back. She told Amy Huizenga her Dad was cheating, her parents were divorcing, she was getting the house; because it was TRUE. She would see to it personally now that George was working 3–11 and making it nearly impossible to feign employment with a toddler on the verge of intelligible conversation, in tow. He began checking Caylee’s piggy bank, her account, asking Caylee about names Casey was using as associates in her *cough* work.

An obstacle indeed for a damsel in a blossoming romance with live baggage. Emphasis on the root word Damn.

It was divide and conquer time for Casey when Cindy finally seeks counseling advice on her situation. The only reason Casey did not pull the trigger on her faux patricide is because she met TonE Lazzaro. She waffled upon the uncertainty of his permanence. For a while, anyway.

In a scenario that allowed me to momentarily feel sorry for Cindy, I knew I needed to kevlar myself for any outcome. Given the circumstances of her own issues, it was not difficult.

So we find ourselves in the conundrum– How does the potential for George owning the chloroform shape up?

Let’s face it. If the sweepings and the cleaning gadgetry seized from the Anthony’s contain similar chemical/Bio to the trunk liner this is all over.

If it does not, the chloroform, ownership and acquisition of same, is paramount to this case. Speaking on the condition of anonymity, I have interviewed a FEMA Hazmat Biotech specialist and a Chemist PhD Fellow on staff at Johnson & Johnson. Both told me the amount of chloroform found in that trunk in conjunction with the etymology live cycle does not jive.

In other words, if we believe the chloroform was in the trunk as the murder weapon, or even dumped in it as a frame job prior to it’s abandonment on June 27, 2008, by their calculations, the degrading chloroform would act as an insecticide of sorts. At the very least, would not register so high in the air sample but very high in the composition found in the liner. Once chloroform is vaporized,  In their opinion, a better explanation would be that chloroform was dumped in the trunk closer to when the car was picked up, or July 15. On July 16th it was impounded and placed in a climatic controlled environment. A stabilizer, if you will. Chloroform is also known to burn at very high temperatures.  Given the levels, it is possible in the Flordia heat the amount of chloroform in that trunk might have combusted during the June 27th-July 15th timeframe.

George was emphatic about smelling decomposition in that car. He took the battery out and placed the deathmobile in the garage. Was he concerned it was a fire hazard now as well?

From a defense perspective, George is the perfect patsy. He Leaves gates open, irresponsible with the pool ladder, will lie about the last time he saw his daughter and granddaughter– twice.

Let me be clear. I do not think George Anthony would ever harm a hair on Caylee Marie’s blessed head. I also think he put himself in a position to defend Casey to save his own secrets, brought to his attention ex post facto.

Escorting by its latin name, P-R-O-S-T-I-T-U-T-I-O-N, is illegal in Florida.

There is no doubt in my mind Mr. Anthony was schooled on what might be coming his way if he did not join the formation, pronto.

If there still is in yours, I have provided thumbnails for your perusal and nausea. Be sure and review the pattern of site stat checking, escort site, individual “prospects”, financial account transaction, and yes, in some cases, calendar booking and hotel reservations *trends*.

    FOUND IT!

    In Lee’s State depo http://www.wftv.com/pdf/21310241/detail.html
At the end …. Baez shows Lee the MySpace page of Jean/Jaden’s Granny (which had the cropped photo of Caylee in the pink Big Trouble shirt)- and they mark it as Exhibit # 3.

    http://www.myspace.com/jean3doxie

Baez asks Lee if he has ever seen this lady (Jaden’s Granny profile photo on her MySpace page), and Lee says no. Says she never called in any tips on the case that he knows of. Lee has no clue who she is.

Baez asks if that is a picture of Caylee on the front of the MySpace page, (in a collage titled “MY PAPA LOVES ME” – photo of Caylee wet in the pool with George standing in the pool, behind Caylee).
Lee says yes, that is Caylee and the person, the man standing, is Lee’s Dad (George).

    End of depo …..

I think that photo of Caylee and George in the pool, also had Cindy in the photo … but Cindy is cropped out …. just a note …..

If the theory that C & G Anthony new for certain that Caylee was dead on July 15th is true, then they each deserve an Oscar for their performances.

I am a recent reader/poster to your site so I have benn trying to read up on interviews, previous postings, and such.

One thing I have come to realize is the fact that Cindy was in such control of that family because she had to be. George – where do I start? He left his job in law enforcement to become a used car salesman – who does that? He lost his used car business and house in Ohio due to money troubles. He was on the brink of losing his Florida house because of money troubles. He couldn’t hold a job. At one point they filed for divorce, Cindy should never have let him back in the house. She would have been better off.

They should all be telling the truth at this point. Look where all the lies have taken them. What a sad, sad course of events.

Blink, to Bee’s credit, the ‘Dick’ name was tagged to the lawyer by himself in his article– as he said it took on Dick as in his new detective adventures. (that’s why the grinch would sing Dick instead of Grinch too ;)

  6. Kleat says:

Hey Bees, it would be legitimate to quote the lawyer’s article where he calls himself the D name, if needed now wouldn’t it ;) . I wonder if he might be inviting such comments, as I did with a few revisions to the first few lines of the Grinch song and Blink wisely didn’t include that in my post because we just play into the hands of the professional lawyer and his smear tactics.

Blink, we might need a punching bag over in the corner of the comments section– maybe a treadmill and a skip rope or two.

I just listened to the jail video again and Cindy def says “How come SHE never got a chance to get the car?It doesn’t make sense.”This has to do with some part of Casey’s first explanation of how everything went down, but I don’t know what.I have always wondered about this and the tiffany ring question also. Blink can you enlighten us as to why Cindy asks these questions?
I think it is just an extentuation of conversations they had or were aware of since July 15th.

I agree with some what you say! but not all. I dont think cindy would have acted or done anything differently had george not be around. Cindy is cindy she controls the people in her life and is mean and vindictive. I agree george is a looser and I agree that he should of never left his job with LE
I dont respect a man that lets a woman walk all over him until she has stripped him of any self esteem and integrity. He follows her around like a little puppy hungry for crumbs. She has destroyed casey and is continuing to do so with every word that comes out of her mouth. George should of stood up to her long ago. He seems like a lost soul with no authority in that house. and thats where he went wrong . to much power given to cindy from the onset of their marriage. A mistake many men make. Trust me I have 8 brothers and only one of them isnt pussy whipped!!!
it starts out innocently your in love you say yes to anything the wife wants and before you know it you lost control of your wife and the ability to correct your kids.

Casey Anthony Update: Caylee Anthony’s Death Case Moves Forward
    December 29, 2009 by
    Meg G.
A Casey Anthony update is warranted, as many individuals are following the story of the death of baby Caylee Anthony very closely. It’s always very hard to imagine that a parent that is charged with providing tender,
Casey Anthony Update: Caylee Anthony’s Death Case Moves Forward
    Date: December 29, 2009
loving care to their children would be implicated in the baby’s death. Of course, our judicial system is set up so that Casey Anthony, Caylee’s mom is innocent until proven guilty.

Over the past year, the prosecution has released new evidence in the case – including many photographs. Some of these images show how the accused acted around the time her baby went missing.

What’s shocking about the pictures that have been released is that Casey’s overall look has went from quite racy to … well, frumpy in the wake of the investigation. Some individuals think that she has changed her appearance to gain the sympathy of a jury of her peers.

Also shocking to many is that Casey Anthony was seen partying while her child was missing. Not very many mothers would be able to function – let alone get dressed up and go out – while their baby was gone. It was only after she was arrested that she started to look distraught.
It was recently announced that the accused is eligible for the death penalty. CBS Crimesider reports that the prosecution will seek the death penalty in this case. This is very serious, as in Florida there has only been 2 women put to death and one woman on death row. The woman currently on death row is convicted of burying a couple alive. One of the ladies that have been put to death is known as the “Black Widow.” She also received a life sentence for drowning her child.

In addition to being charged with the murder of her daughter Caylee, Casey was also charged in September 2008 with 10 counts of fraud. She was also arrested in July 2008 for failing to report her daughter missing – which lead to charges of child neglect and lying to police. She allegedly didn’t report Caylee missing for one month, and maintains that a babysitter kidnapped her.

    Mitigation Training Program

Training to save one life at a time

Mitigation investigation is both intensely personal and methodical. A mitigation specialist assembles the pieces of a client’s life, whether they’re birth records, grade school report cards, Boy Scout memorabilia or prison disciplinary records. A competent mitigation specialist also knows how to talk with a client and their family, sometimes about subjects such as child abuse and drug abuse. These skills are only part of the foundation of what a good mitigation specialist must do to present a compelling narrative about a client’s life. The Mitigation Training Program builds upon that foundation, training specialists to obtain the best possible information to make the case for life.

Individuals currently conducting a mitigation investigation in a pending capital case will be given a preference among applicants to this program. All participants must sign a confidentiality agreement promising to safeguard the details of the cases discussed at the seminar. During the course, participants will meet in several plenary sessions to hear experts discuss subject areas critical to a successful mitigator, including psychological testing, interview techniques and working with the client’s family. Additionally, group break-out sessions will be held daily to further explore subject areas from the plenary sessions in the context of participants’ pending cases.

The Mitigation Training Program strives to equip participants with the tools needed to provide excellent representation to capital defendants throughout the country. By safeguarding the rights of capital defendants through effective advocacy, we hope the Mitigation Training Program will reform the administration of criminal justice by saving one life at a time.

The 2009 Mitigation Training Program will take place in May in Chicago

From what I recall from Cindy’s brother, Rick, in his posts(and also in his interview with LE) about the Anthony family history in Ohio, George leaving law enforcement was Cindy’s idea. She thought George could make more money in partnership with GA’s dad in the used car business. GA and his dad had a falling out, to put it mildly, and GA left to start his own used car biz, which failed and forced them into bankruptcy.

Also, George said, himself, in his LE interviews that Cindy didn’t want him in LE after they moved to Florida.

While I never believe anything the Anthonys say at face value, until he’s proven wrong, I tend to believe Cindy’s brother. Cindy was the mover and shaker in that family and she wanted a better lifestyle than what GA could provide in his LE job.

Rick Pleasea is the real deal. His motives were pure, and he told the truth.
To date, I feel sorriest for him when I read the interview with his mom.

It is my favorite interview in this case, not making light of the severity of it, I love every second of it.

in addition to #467, what is even more unbecoming of both sides, one side being the network willing to fork out money for a story, regardless of whether or not the story was true, while turning a blind eye to the propositioned individuals involvement in the very crime they are being paid to talk about. After all the drama and lies both George and Cindy have provided and spun, it is mind blowing to me that networks are that invested for them not to fully and properly vett both individuals before presenting them with an offered contract for show appearances, and if that was the case, I hope there was a clause in the contract to where the network would be fully reimbursed should said individuals be subject and found responsible for criminal behavior and involvement. Forgive the crude analogy, but that is like setting up an exclusive interview with someone who is in a coma. The interviewee has nothing of significant value to offer, whether in the form of information or services. We already know what is going to come from the two upstanding citizens of Orange County, and as of present, is hovering somewhere below ‘some sex, all lies, and please no more videotape’! There have been those, few as they may, have stated sympathy for George and Cindy, which, the one that comes to mind first is Nancy Grace. The shows she did and her seemingly undying devotion to Cindy was nauseating, especially when she would have Leonard Padilla on. Everytime Mr.Padilla would make a comment about Cindy, Ms.Grace would quickly interject. My take was, “Hey, Ms.Grace, were YOU there? Did YOU bail out the infamously dubbed “tot-mom” in the expectations that YOU would be assisted in the back-then missing child, but instead the very one YOU bailed out was the least helpful of all? Okay, rant over. I’ll think about self-shock therapy for the next hour

  24. Kleat says:

as for the use of Dick for his own name, it seems that his own little play on words richard/dick as meaning ‘detective’ (ala Dick Tracy) may have been redacted, he probably realized too late the possibilities of ‘misuse’. When I read it, I only thought ‘detective’ as he intended, so I know it was in his article. I didn’t make the more raw association at all at the time because I took it as it was intended by the writer himself.

The newest theme on the lawyer’s blog, is a long long long time burr in our sides– at least mine– and that’s the Baez-Casey connection, how, why and mostly ‘when’. It seems that it may be narrowed to a very few hours on June 17th, and there’s speculation by this lawyer-latecommer to actually writing/speculating on this case, that someone on the outside might have made the contact on behalf of Casey.

But what IF this was part of the pre-planning, before the night of June 15th, there was an arrangement, or a meeting. Maybe, maybe not.

But, there are a couple of facts I think might be worth mulling around in all of this Baez and Casey meet for first time question.

George’s pre-emptive comments to LE in his very early interviews. He’s setting a stage as we know from a few of his comments. Could his comments on Baez be the same thing? OR, if not, was George simply being honest in his statement, and had some connection or link to Baez or knowledge of Baez personally for some reason. (George said ‘I don’t like the guy’… personal knowledge suggested, etc).

If George had some knowledge of Baez, could it be that Casey too, knew of this ‘connection’ (for lack of a better term)? Casey perhaps wanted to use a hispanic lawyer for her own little reasons, but maybe the Baez name came to her from her father or his communications somehow.

And, one other point, if Casey signed early in the morning of June 17th, her form for legal assistance and a public defender, and opted and engaged a ‘public defender’, one might wonder then if she even knew Baez at the time. However, isn’t it possible that if you want your client to be protected by ‘client-attny’ privilege until you meet your client and get a confirmation on ‘MONEY’ arrangements (ie: signed on dotted line), that it might be in the client’s best interests (and Baez’s for example) to make sure no other non-public defender lawyer gets a finger in the pie, or that your client can’t be questioned without some lawyer present.

One might also speculate that this would ensure that no one would think that client and lawyer would know each other, if the public defender were engaged first. Covering tracks, so to speak, by avoiding knowledge of the connection between lawyer and client before the child was reported missing to authorities.

I’ve said it before, this connection really bothers me. And I would like to know what George knew about Baez, who, why, and when. Then maybe that will answer the ‘how’ Casey ended up with Baez and his amazing plans for funding.

  25. Kleat says:

What IF Casey tended to do the opposite of what her parents wanted to get back at them (ie: the story of Casey dating Hispanic men because she claimed to friends that her mother did not like that ethnic group), maybe this was another way of digging not only at her mother, but also at her father if she knew George had a dislike for this lawyer, she would then choose this very lawyer in defiance.

  27. Kleat says:

Question: What are the consequences of lying or misleading on a form to be declared indigent so you qualify for a public defender?

Casey lied on hers. She declared that she had NO child support from family members (that’s not what her parents claimed to FBI, they helped raise Caylee, pay for her food and clothing, some medical too).

Casey lied about her bi-weekly income (14 hundred), and her ‘saving’s of 1200 dollars and NO bank account (that may not be a lie, she may have lied to George about setting up a new bank account at Wachovia or wherever she said).

Interesting that she puts her liabilities and debts at $600 dollars. And a note on the side “mostly expenses”. Could this be used in the defense of the fraud charges? That is, if Casey is recognizing a 600 dollar (approx) debt, could she now say I was recognizing the debt owed to Amy Huizenga, just got the exact amount wrong, or estimated as best I could after the stress of the last day being jailed?

The ‘expenses’ of course were beer, bras, white sunglasses, snack foods, hoodies, etc, but ‘expenses’ for her ‘on the road’ search for her daughter in a time of duress.

I am a first time poster and I just wanted to comment on something I found to be quite odd. Not that there aren’t quite a few things, as well as a few odd people, in this case. But, I noticed when I was looking at the latest release of Casey’s jail visitations, the latest court hearing was on Friday, December 11, if I am not mistaken. That is when supposedly her parents may be called to testify and all of the motions were to be heard. I found it odd that there was not a single visit, according to these records, from her attorneys since 12/1/2009. Am I the only one that thinks her attorneys should have prepared her for what may be happening in court on that day. Perhaps what to be somewhat prepared for? If memory serves, she broke down in front of everyone to see and needed the attention of Lyons and Baez. So I guess after the hearing she went back to her cell. And that was it. Andrea Lyon showed up to visit with her the following day, 12/12 around 5pm and stayed for an hour and a half. Baez did show up until the 17th, the following Thursday and stayed for a little over an hour. Wow, I guess the only real attention she received was the small amount of time that she was in the court room. There are so many things that I would like to comment on. But want to see how my first comment goes over. I really enjoy this website. I really enjoy the “tone” that Blink conveys.

    Welcome MarcyDancer.
Interesting, your right about the lack of attention.

    Kleat,
I was glad to see the Jurat and the PD request, too. Talk about the truth and Ms Anthony! Guess I never thought to look at those, so good for RH (Rat Hole, indeed). KC was represented by a female PD in her first appearance. There is a photo at allnews.com and other places. (Beware that allnews is now dominated with Tiger’s surgery and rehab..)

Cindy and George were payed $10,000 each for a interview!!! Do they have to pay taxes on that money? Or hiding it in a charity? How do they look at each other in the eye (god bless Caylee) They must be laughing all the way to the bank. This is sooooo ought of control.

I agree with your point of view on the A tv appearances. Maybe there’s just so much potential money at stake that all the details are irrelevant? The future movies of the week, the docudramas, the atty. interviews post trial, the casey behind bars story…….this is the kind of saga entertainment execs drool over.
Whichever network that can suck up the best to the A’s will probably make bank in the long run. It’s sickening but I believe the A’s will be well off one day through all these ventures. I don’t think there’s any law that can prevent it and by now it’s evident that they have no revulsion about using Caylee’s murder to finance a life.
I dunno? No need for shock therapy, just double up on the margaritas!

  39. Kleat says:

Blink, that could be– we can’t rely on Dom Casey to tell the truth of not be ‘mixed up’.

  40. kortni says:

I am also on record stating I don’t believe chloroform played a part in the death of Caylee. I have always thought more along the lines of Nyquil. In the more recent pictures of Caylee, she looks so tired. In many pictures she has dark circles under her eyes. In the latest released pics she looks spaced out and is looking at Casey as if wondering, “Who are you, and where am I?”. Now, I don’t believe the Nyquil or whatever sleep inducing agent caused her death. I believe the heat of the trunk caused her death. I believe the duct tape was applied to keep her quiet in case she woke up. So, obviously I don’t believe she died by suffocation with duct tape.

After reading your article, I do believe George did the searches for chloroform and I have a pretty good idea why. Upon his research, he probably stumbled upon other (less sexy) uses and perhaps concocted a batch for his other fetish- cleaning. In fact, he might have brewed up a batch for the first time after arriving home from the tow yard. Cindy probably assumed it was Casey doing the searches and lied to cover up for her.

When I was Casey’s age, water was much thicker than blood. If I had stumbled upon Daddy Dearest acting like a tard, I would have had a couple drinks and blabbed to all my great friends. Hence, Mr. RM (I think) posting his little chloro thing as a joke.

This case is just so fascinating. Every single player deserves an award for playing their part so perfectly. Innocent Caylee died and it breaks my heart that sometimes (in our anger and quest for justice) it seems like some people forget that. I believe that her death and her memory will not be forgotten when her killer is sentenced. I believe that Caylee had a much bigger purpose in her short life and ultimate death. If this case doesn’t have the outcome that I want, perhaps Florida’s laws might change. I don’t know if this Sunshine Law is helping or hindering.

It’s my first time posting. I hope I didn’t break any rules. Thanks for all you do Blink. You have an amazing site here.

    Welcome Kort-
Rich words about dear Caylee, and I agree.

MarcyDancer ~ Just wanted to say that I love your name! Rarely do I ever come across another Marcy, and when I do, the spelling is usually cutesy (“Marci” etc). Welcome to you.

[Blink, sorry to take up your time with such a silly, off-topic indulgence. I couldn't help myself! Thank you.]

  43. Lori says:

Kortni…regarding your theory that the duct tape was meant to keep Caylee quiet should she wake…

with three layers of duct tape covering her mouth and nose and purposefully placed so that even in death, her hair had to be cut to remove the pieces…

Casey needn’t worry about her making any noise should she wake…

you wouldn’t wake with your airways tightly covered.

  45. Stef says:

Well hang on a second…we just learned not too long ago that Chomp suggested she may have ‘accidently’ searched ‘chloroform’ instead of ‘chloraphyl’…SHE was trying to take the fall for the chloroform searches.
I defintely did not grasp allof the info in this article the first time I read it so I will go back and re-read it. I get the general idea of this article…but I don’t agree. There is NO WAY that Casey would sit in jail protecting anyone else…if Noballs did these searches why wouldn’t Casey sing like a canary? This slug is only about herself and no one else…

Stef, I would like to keep a lid on the name calling please. However, I am NOT suggesting Casey is protecting George.

Sorry for my adding to the off topic, but I have a friend who is a very successful entrepeneur. Until then, her name was Marcia. (Hear it with me.. Marcia, Marcia, Marcia..)

She then became Mar-SEE-a. To this day, I call her Marsh.

She calls me Byoch. Heh heh

#477 Kleat – I was noticing the same thing – the misdemeanor committed by the FALSE statements made on the Indigent application.

Right above Casey’s signature on the Indigent application – she is agreeing to the statement: “A person who knowingly provides false information to the clerk or the court in seeking a determination of indigent status under ….. commits a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in ….. I attest that the information I have provided on this Application is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.”

I guess the Indigent application became a moot point after KC hired Baez later the same day? I believe she should still face prosecution for that crime however. Anybody else who lied on a government form like that, would be punished legally.

One thing that was made very clear by the Jail – Casey Anthony was never allowed contact with other inmates. The LE asked that she be held apart from all inmates. In one interview the Jail made it clear that there was no way she could have recieved the contact from who she claimed during Jail interview because she had never been in contact with that person.
In the early days you could get on Casey’s Myspace…. there were several entries to Christina – who had a Father name JOSE. In one post Casey Says “Say hay to Jose” usually if you have met someone’s father in passing you might say say hello to your dad…… But Casey calls him by his name…. No personal message to Christina just the above post. These were dated in May 2008. There was also messages to this Christina regarding school which they did go to the same high school one year difference.
Since the first of Aug 2008 Casey’s myspace page has been locked down.

his reply: Well now. That could be the most obvious explanation of all; as I know a lot of attorneys who handle their kid’s friend’s cases without payment, etc. Especially if they are familiar with the friend’s family situation (don’t have the money, etc.)
If that was the case, Jose Baez would get a pass from me about how he got involved so quickly. But it would not justify his secretiveness about how people are getting paid – because as I will explain in my next post a week or so from now, the State would pay for her “defense costs” if asked.

Except Christina Baez did not go to Colonial HS

Mort PI visited his client Casey, but Dom never did, so he said, from before Casey was incarcerated ‘to date’. That should help clear up any matter of Dom claiming privilege on behalf of Casey as client because he was only engaged by Casey ‘on paper’.

Kleat, Dom did visit Casey, IIRC, once.
