Yesterday, in an exclusive interview with Fox’s Holly Bristow, George Anthony read aloud a letter he wrote over Thanksgiving regarding his and his families plight of living “under the microscope.”
This is the same Holly Bristow that Cindy parked her SUV in rush hour traffic, ran to her news van, banged on the window and shaking her finger screamed to the driver that Holly would NOT be getting any more exclusives.

Apparently George feels there is plenty of blame for his strife including bloggers looking for their 15 minutes of fame. Huh?
It would seem to me that in George, Lee and Cindy Anthony’s initial 15 minutes of LAME, they begged the media, the public and Law Enforcement to look for Caylee Marie Anthony THEIR WAY and without any scrutiny of the possibilities of how she got THAT WAY.
The Blinkoncrime contributing editors would like to remind Mr. Anthony that to our knowledge, the only thing that landed under a microscope in the search for his murdered granddaughter was her hair with a deathband at the proximal end; removed from his daughter’s trunk.

Mr. Anthony, I began work on Caylee’s case LONG before I had ever written about it because she was M I S S I N G. I put together a research team and we busted our humps daily to help find her, and to stop you and yours from using her as your personal ATM.
The fact is, these “bloggers” for the most part, all did more to find your granddaughter than you or any member of your family ever has.
When she was found and OCSO and the FBI spent 72 hours straight at the site to make sure they had all this baby’s bones what did you do?
You called the very people whose hands extracted almost every teensy bone of this cherub “effing flunkies” and ordered them out of your house.
What you, your family and cronies have never understood, is that THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU. I don’t give a whip if you pierce your pinky toe. I don’t care about any of your proclivities whatsoever.
What I VERY MUCH care about, is justice for Caylee Marie Anthony.
My team and I will work as diligently as we always have to ensure she gets it and that her legacy is restored.
As long as you continue to publicly lie, omit, evade and demonstrate your overall inability to accept what has happened to your only grandchild at the hands of your daughter, you can expect a slot on my slide at every opportunity.

the only thing is that amy has gotten fame not by her choice but by that wacked out dysfunctional family that has enabled casey to be the monster she is all her life. Fraud Guilty Plea Could Work Against Anthony
Back-To-Back Hearings Slated For Next Week
Now that sources said Casey Anthony is on the verge of pleading guilty to bank fraud Monday, prosecutors will be able to use that against in the murder case.
A guilty plea could open the door for prosecutors to impeach any of her statements introduced in the murder trial in which Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in the disappearance of her daughter, Caylee Anthony. Caylee’s remains were found in a wooded area off Suburban Drive In December 2008.
An Orlando defense attorney said the fraud case is not one Anthony can win. By getting her to plead guilty to multiple fraud counts, he said prosecutors gain a tactical advantage in the murder case.
“If you get guilty to five felonies and suddenly the jury gets the picture this person can’t be trusted,” defense attorney Richard Hornsby said.
If Anthony goes through with pleading guilty to bank fraud Monday, Hornsby said prosecutors can use that plea to refute any of her statements introduced in the upcoming murder trial.
“That’s very important. Even if she doesn’t get on the stand and testify, they already damaged her credibility by showing she’s been convicted of a felony,” Hornsby said.
Hornsby also said he is not at all surprised by talk of Anthony pleading guilty and avoiding the fraud trial.
“She has little to gain by going to trial she doesn’t have a valid defense,” he said.
Hornsby said the security camera videos are compelling evidence Anthony went on a bad check spending spree on her best friend’s account. In doing that, Hornsby said Anthony eliminates any risk of serious jail time if convicted of 13 fraud counts
“Casey gets peace of mind knowing she doesn’t expose herself to 60 plus years in prison if Judge Strickland were to go hard on her,” Hornsby said.
The check fraud hearing is set for Monday afternoon, and another hearing has just been set for Tuesday on the defense motion to get more access to the records of Texas Equusearch.

A jury would see Casey Anthony smile at the teller as she took the $250 cash from her best friend Amy Huizenga’s checking account. A jury would see Casey at the checkout at Target stores and Winn Dixie with stolen checks, buying her white sunglasses, beer, food, lingerie and even the blue hoodie that she was arrested in.

wftv has a new version of the information now– maybe Casey will opt for the judge to make the decision on Monday IF she is still wanting to plead but if the state and defense haven’t got an agreement fully worked out.
Apparently, it ain’t over til the fat lady sings and she may still opt to go to trial. Wesh says that the defense has another hearing slated for Tues, to get more TES records.
Kleat- this is entirely correct. For all intents and purposes, it is anyone’s guess on Monday.
That said, I think Judge Strickland is over such antics.

Thanks for addressing my question. In addition to jury access by would-be tainters, and a general circus atmosphere around a jury, if it is not sequestered, I might add that I am also very worried about jury selection. “Ringers” on the jury. Someone with an addenda going in to the trial to free Casey, or to become famous in her/his own right.
I hope Blink is right…that Casey pleads. It just doesn’t sound like her modus operandi, though. She’d have to admit too many things about herself. Of course GA and CA would be out there forever whining about “Casey’s forced plea.”

WFTV explains about the changes for Monday– if there is the possibility that the trial could actually, in theory or otherwise, proceed as planned, there will be no time for a murder case hearing on the same date. So maybe that’s why the status hearing is still on the docket for tomorrow?

Some questions here:
About the mama doll. One picture has mama with hair and another has her minus hair( in the blue basket). Are there 2 mama dolls? The basket doll is identical to the K-Mart doll I bought my grandson when he was 1 and it has no hair (I sewed an outfit on it to prevent him from undressing it as her clothes easily tore). The other looks like an expensive baby doll.
I saw the boat video on YouTube and there is no way a “Jon boat” like that is going to be used for search and rescue, it’s for fishing, unless you think that searching for fishes and “rescuing” them from the water is what it is for and all the GPS and sonar being so special..my son in law has the same stuff, different color!
About the letter I saw..that is a big bunch of hooey! I saw a letter from some “inmate”, and a letter from someone claiming to know forensics..bologna to both!
As to the smell of human decomp vs a pizza..sorry Charlie. If you have ever smelled human decomp, then you will always remember it and it smells different for each species and a pizza would never smell like that unless a persons parts were ON it.
and last, this is a statement..KC is in isolation because the general population will kill her before court and once she is convicted, she is not going to last long..prisoners have their own form of justice(or she stays in isolation forever to prevent her from getting what she gave her baby)

OrlandoEast is at it again on some other sites. I’ve never responded to “it” because I didn’t want to feed the troll. But seeing Casey compared to Jesus over and over…. I just had to, it cut the last portion of my response off, I guess it was long, but basically I just addressed that that Caylee’s father couldn’t be dead and unaccounted for. Pick one. And that Cindy and George have done more to damage and seal Casey’s fate by their own statements. That I was one of the volunteers who searched for Caylee, out in the hot sun, while the Anthony’s were under a tent with a fan begging for money.
That if Casey is so smart why is she in jail, with the Anthoney’s behaviours I doubt any of them have a triple diget IQ. And if they are Christian’s I would hate to think of their fate with GOD. For he is the final judge of our lives. And they have proven that they will say, do, slander and act on anything with no thought of the future consequences of their words and actions, and they may pay the ultimate price for their bad deeds and words. Sheesh Blink, it is really hard to not want to see the whole family locked up. They make it very difficult to see them as grieving Grandparents, when they don’t seem to walk the walk. Whatever you reasons, if you are really trying to help Casey, your efforts are sorely misguided. So, lets address a few of your \statement’s\.
1. If you are a Christian that only God can help you by comparing Jesus Christ to Casey? It is so offensive, that’s all I will say there.
2. Cindy’s past statements to co-workers, family and friends are going to do more damage to Casey, than you know. Cindy has told anyone who would listen to her that Casey was a liar, a thief, and a incompetant mother, you’ve stated that most of the responsibilities of Caylee feel on you and George. With the knowledge the Casey hadn’t worked in over 2 years, who was supplying Caylee’s food, clothing, and doctor’s?
3. You are correct, Casey has no \criminal Record\ of fact. But we also now know, that her lies, deceit, theft and manipulation has been going on for years. You again, provided us with most of that information, and can’t back down from it now. Your own testimony, and that of family and friends will show that Casey wasn’t arrested, but had been stealing for years.
4. If you are going to throw Roy Kronk under the bus… you had better have more evidence than a bitter ex wife, who won’t talk under oath. I hope Roy’s attorney’s find out who you are and sue you for every penny you’ve got. You can’t slander someone in an open forum like this, and the other’s where you post and not expect consequences.
5. Casey showed no \frightened, Traumatized\ actions, she was at the video store the night of Caylee’s supposed death, with the only concern of getting some from Tony. She partied at clubs, she was stealing from friends, lying and manipulating her parents and hiding from them for as long as possible. She wasn’t searching for Caylee, she was sleeping with at least two men, and possibly looking to set 2 other past lover’s up for Caylee’s death, when it was eventually discovered. The only tiny clues that she even thought of Caylee after her death were a couple of nights of bad dreams. Even those were probably more bad dream’s of Casey’s future, possible arrest. Not of Caylee.
7. If Casey is so smart, why is she in jail? Why didn’t she get her high school diploma? Why have the Anthony’s gotten into such a mess of public disdain? It’s because of the difference in your first statement’s to the beginning of the family cover up. I wonder if anyone in the family has a triple diget IQ with the mess they’ve all created.
8. Which is it, a dead father of Caylee or an unaccounted for father? It can’t be both, if he’s dead, he’s accounted for.
9. In the beginning I believe Casey intended to be a good mother, but I think you don’t realize the impact Cindy and George’s actions played in allowing her to become a selfish partier, not a good mother, and there is plenty of evidence and witness statements that will prove that in a court of law.
Please wake up….. if OrlandoEast is an Anthony, you are digging your daugher’s grave. If OrlandoEast is a troll who likes the attention of irratating other’s who have a vested interest in justice for a beautiful young girl who was murdered. Than again, if you are a Christian, I wouldn’t want to face the upcoming trail you will face before your God.
I feel sorry for the Anthony’s, I understand the desire to protect your child, but you must also disipline your child and raise them with core values that don’t include sleeping with multiple men, so that you don’t know who the baby’s father is. Lying for years about everything and anything because of a sick need to feel superior to your current life circumstances. Finish what you start, including school and relationships. If anyone has done damage to Casey’s case its been George and Cindy, and Casey’s own narcissitic and immature path, that she can tell several different stories, make people up, lie to police and possibly murder her own child, and just get it covered up by Cindy, like she has always done.

I didn’t know anything about the Anthony’s except that their granddaughter was missing, and presumed dead. How could the volunteer’s be jealous of someone we did not know. Blink … are you following the Baby Gabriel case by any chance and if not, how come? Can you maybe start a thread for him for us to comment and keep track of the case on? This case reminds me so much of the Caylee case it breaks my heart in miniscule amounts of pieces, but there is a tiny part of me that still wonders, “If he really IS still alive and with a different couple (handed off illegally), WHERE is he?” I pray every night that beautiful little boy is still with us, but a part of me also already mourns his loss. Comments from you on this one? Would love to know any tidbits you may be able to share. We are completely baffled by this one. Another high-profile case, another case full of liars, deceptive motivations, etc by a few people it seems. I am quickly losing faith in humanity with these cases. How do some people sleep at night?????

As can be seen on the Ninth Circuit Court of Florida’s biography page for Judge Strickland, he not only has 12 years experience serving as a judge, but he has a B.S. and Master of Science from Florida State University.
Judge Strickland worked as a lawyer in private practice for 8 years prior to taking the bench. Judge Strickland began his judicial career in 1995 as a presiding judge over Orange County Traffic Court. He served in that capacity for 2 years. I think the Casey/Anthony Cruise SHIP is sinking fast like the Titanic and I hope that All of this will be over soon. I am just in fantasy land here thinking that they will plead out the murder case next week too—finally giving up the ghost so AL and Baez can take their “victory tours” and go on with their lives—am I reading that part wrong? Also, this is just a question and really not my business but when a person is rebaptised what criteria is used and who was there at the A’s baptism recently—-family, friends. Also, just really only thinking out loud and not to the high standards that most Blinks do but was/is Mallory pregnant and have they legally married? Blink ~ I know you still feel that the Anthony’s found something in their yard on July 3rd. But I have a different theory…They have been talking on The Hinky Meter regarding the phone numbers that Cindy supposedly had on a sticky note in her address book for Zanny. Could it be that Cindy attempted to call these numbers on July 3rd, and found out they were bogus? I know she contacted Ryan Palsey in Jacksonville because she was doubting Casey’s Jacksonville story at that time. Did she research Zenaida online that day looking for her? Is finding out that no nanny exists what prompted My Caylee is missing? In her post she asks “Who is watching over my angel?” Did she somehow confirm that day that there is no nanny? I can’t help but wonder that.

I know I’m in the minority, but I would really hate to see a plea deal in the murder trial. I know it would save the state of FL $, but sometimes it’s about more than the almighty dollar. These people harming children need to see the public outcome of their decision to take an innocent child’s life. A plea deal, IMO, would be equivalent to sweeping Caylee’s murder under the rug. Caylee’s voice needs to be heard. This trial needs to happen and end with Casey’s death. While I don’t think it will truly change a child killers mind once they’ve decided to kill, I think it may make at least one selfish parent stop and think, ok, if I do this I could possibly lose my life too.

Just want to clear up…. I don’t think Amy sought fame at all. In fact she has done very little media, and seems to be a righteous person. I was trying to imply that Casey and the Anthony’s would blame Casey’s fate in the check trial , and plea deal as Amy’s fault, since none of them well stand up and take responsiblity for anything they’ve done

I have to admit not reading the text, but got the message ‘loud and so clear’ with the illlustration!! Go Dave! (not that I want to see that picture in my sleep!
But it continues, why is there no ‘CANCELLED’ on the docket for this morning’s hearing? And Daye might just have to do a ‘tune in tomorrow for more’ because WESH now reports that Monday will be a busy day, and will hear a motion about TES records. But still, the Orange County Clerk seems to disagree with the murder case docket having a scheduled hearing on Tuesday the 26th, nothing for Monday. Ok, the clerk may opt to wait until the deed is actually done now, given all the musical dates, but the records still claim that today’s hearing went on as planned.

Yeah, Blink, why is media still mixing things up– WESH says the TES goes Monday, why do they bother updating with bad info? TES goes Tuesday, but it’s still confusing about the scheduled/cancelled/still on docket ‘status’ hearing.

Monday is shaping up to be a big day in the case against Casey Anthony.
Court administrators said Thursday that the defense team’s motion for access to Texas Equusearch records will be argued in Monday’s court hearing.
The 23-year-old has a plea offer on the table in her bank fraud case. Judge Stan Strickland will decide whether to accept it at that same hearing.
Jose Baez, Anthony’s attorney, would neither confirm nor deny that a plea deal has been struck or even discussed.”
So, the fraud trial isn’t a go for Monday anymore and WESH says maybe the judge will hear about the plea then? Where’s all this mis-info coming from this week? If the fraud trial is cancelled, then there must be a plea or a delay, and there’s no plea until it happens. Did anything happen this morning at all? How would we know for sure it was cancelled, can’t trust local msm this week– could it be a full moon?

Furinstance Baez is going to get a smack down Tuesday for misrepresenting statements to the court on behalf of Nejame’s office. These people had one appt to review records, which they cancelled, and nobody ever heard from them again until last Friday, when the hearing was requested. I take no glee in a case of a murdered baby, ever.
But seeing Nejame spank Baez would come close to me cracking a smile for a second of respite.

Anyone got a soundbite of Lyon saying that she has a client whose crime was caught not only on video committing the crime, the evidence was caught on video too. Imagine the fistfull of dollars from the bank teller, the checks, the id, the signing same, and the goods purchased being checked thru and then the same goods being worn in the debuts of the purchaser as she holds quiet on ‘where is Caylee’ (sunglasses) and the famous Target hoodie paraded as cuffed and in custody.

Blink….whatever happened to that Todd M. guy? Since the defense I think will be in court 2/1/10 to tell us about this evidence they have that KC didn’t do it, will he be in court that day since he is the lawyer that made the claim?
He is under ADP, so we have not heard from him, but I would expect since he is not “withdrawn” we will see him in action.

Thanks for the furinstance~~ should be good to see what the defense has ‘not’ been doing. They want to find someone somewhere with a connection to someone or something who has stepped in some mud somewhere sometime, besides in a search for a missing person.

If you haven’t already I hope you have another vehicle I would be bothered touching the steering wheel after KC drove it. I am also sorry that you are not the victim in the fraud case, only a State witness, but that is the legal way. Be glad she only took your money and not your life or the lives of all your friends.

Is it possible that one of these people who thinks KC is innocent is so out of touch with reality that they’d kidnap and kill another child in Florida just to make it look like there’s a killer on the lose here?
I mean, just look at that letter from “concerned citizen”. I proofread it paragraph by paragraph and so much of it is distorted truth, it’s eerily scary that someone can write that knowing what has been proven to this point. Whoever wrote it is out of their mind.
Just the fact they sent a letter to the JUDGE show’s they’re friggin insane. IMO
I like it when our Blink gives us glimpses into the future and “furinstances”. You help us keep positive. I check everyday to see if you have written any more great responses to the Anthony antics. Thank you so much for your talent and time. And the same for all the other smart Blinkers out there. sosad, yes, you are right. The blog is back up, perhaps revised, didn’t see the first version. But Andrea Lyon’s audio files are no longer there, as is no longer there, the WFTV written report about it, with quotes and discussion from Ms. Lyon. Bit embarrassing for her, actually, she’s showing her hand, and even talks about the cheque fraud case as an example of a case that can’t be won because they have ‘evidence’. So that’s a bit of a blunder on her part.
Casey was caught on jail video talking about the stealing, and said ‘tell Amy I’m sorry’, and then they have the videos from the bank, from Target, with the purchases. Lyon then used that case as an example.
DUMB!
