C.J.: I don’t really know why the sister would be making the rounds on the blogs. She could just be wanting her share of the limelight or she is just wanting to defend her sister. I prefer to believe that the sister is defending her. Afterall, look what the response has already been from the Anthony camp. Conman, the same Anthony attorney that claimed that there was NO evidence of duct tape, has come out & basically said River is lying. I don’t know about you, but I would go to every local & national media outlet (including the Enquirer) to defend myself. Heck, I’ve been upset that Jessie G., Mr. Grund & Amy have not fought back about being slammed by these despicable people. I hope that this woman & her sister goes before every camera that will give them the attention…..because this just might, also, stop some of those donations coming in to the scam foundation. JMO

You’re right CJ, Blink’s m.o is not to write first, find facts later. Something about these 2 ladies is questionable but HoJo, I believe, is accepting money from women on the side. The 5 GEEZE (Blink’s words) came from somewhere, but from whom?
Still, it doesn’t help he defense or the Anthony’s already rock dead rep. I suspect Blink has more to share in the near future and I am personally on the edge of my seat!

AGREED! My brother was a dead ringer for my uncle, my momma’s brother. He looked NOTHING like my mother or my father. Today, as a father, he looks EXACTLY like my dad. Children change as they grow. Their appearance, physical influences.
Unfortunately we’ll never know who Caylee looked like. I personally don’t see any resemblance between Casey and her parents, or Lee for that matter. Everybody sees it differently I guess.

Woman A says she had an affair with Man A. Man A says it is not true. Woman A says she has the text messages and a few naked pictures of the two of them together. Woman A’s sister says she has seen the pictures. (She was snickering while remembering the pictures)
If woman A has the pictures and incriminating texts, then it shoots a hole in the golden credibility of Man A. His promise that nothing happened may be a lie. Imagine that.
Witch A was getting a proper stretching from her own outside source. I reckon she is still warming up the cauldron to concoct an evil punishment, though they are equally guilty of the same thing. Hi Blink…….Thanks for keeping us all up to date on the latest. I havent posted in a while but I do visit everyday. I live near the Orlando area and obviously this is on the news here very often. I tried looking for “River Cruz” on face book and did not find her….. however…. I was checking on my daughters myspace page (as I do daily as well
) and I found River on there… Type in her name and do the advanced search in the orlando fl. area. She has not logged on since August 08 but she has a pic up and Im sure its her.

Oh, NG’s theory in all this is that the defense just lost it’s whole defense strategy now that it’s ‘an accident’! It took the whole show, and finally Bill Schaeffer got to illuminate the real concern that the child was thought to be dead, by George, by Thanksgiving when he was off in public proving the idea of kidnappers, photos of Caylee alive, a full month later. Nancy didn’t get the connection, only that it was a change to accident now.

My sister terri was married to George Anthony during the mid to late 70’s. They dated all through high school and married for about 5 years, of not so wonderful wedding bliss.
She can tell you that George Anthony was an habitual liar. He had to always fabricate his stories, constantly lying, that was the main reason they divorced.
George’s father Lee, owned and operated a very successful used car dealership for many years in Niles, Ohio, called Anthony’s Auto Sales, before retiring to Florida.
I wonder were George learned to lie so well. He was born in to it, litterally.
As they say, “Like father, like daughter.”
Give my sister a call and she’ll enlighten you of George Anthony’s dark, deceitful side evidently passed on to his daughter.

If this is true ( streching it a bit )about being an accident that has snowballed how did George know this unless Casey in an round about way said something that made him figured it out……Could have Caylee actually drown in the pool? and Casey being a PC, Laptop, text and phone nut not be watching her daughter………..thus the duct tape to make it look like a kidnapping and murder?…..I read all the comments here and elsewhere and I am totally lost…..Whatever happened I just cant believe this has taken so long to bring to trial…what I need is a timeline and then a timeout in a corner somewhere
First off, Thanks to all! I will learn patience here. And yes, Karma is coming! Now, in stating that this is all part of a scam, I mean, the affair is a smoke screen just like the foreclosures and all of the other developments.However, I do believe the affair could be a true story. I don’t neccessarily think it has much bearing on the case. I do realize now that we need to focus on the indigency of Casey.Baez would be up the creek without a paddle! (enter Geraldo and FOX news) If Judge Strickland allows this to pass so that there will be no further delay in this case, we will not find out where Baez got the money to fund this fiasco. I also read today that he was promised $900,00.00 for movie rights through ABC. Baez was given $200,00.00 up front with the promise of the remainder at the finality of the trial. Did A Lyons really force Baez to declare Casey indigent? Will he have to reveal this information if Judge Strickland says so, or the JAC? Is this why they want the public and blogs to focus on the affair? Why has no news station or reporter such as K Belich not reported on this? Because WESH is an affiliate of ABC and all the other stations aren’t going to talk about it because they are all guilty of the same shenannigans? (their words, not mine) I read about this on another blog today and thought it made so much sense. I would hate to see Casey use this to her benefit. (again, their words, not mine) I somehow have decided this is the SCAM I am referring to and I guess it is how things work. I just don’t want this to turn into such a tangled mess! There was a beautiful little girl murdered by her own mother’s hand! These people are not this smart! There are things I want to tell you. There are things I can’t. There are things I would like to write about that would just take too long at the present moment, and because of recent developments, a lot of things are on our plate. Some tasty; some not – and for sure – some not fit for the table.
I think a lot of you are aware that I had a lunch engagement last week. I spoke to a woman who knows a few things about this case. She has not sat down with anyone to discuss any part of this saga, except with some of her friends, who you are well aware of. I decided to take my little video camera with me to record the audio part so I could remember what we discussed. Trust me, it makes it easier to write things later on. Since I had very little time today to conjure up a new article about George and his manly escapades, which will, ultimately, be nothing more than a “he said, she said” argument, I have decided to present the first installment of my lunch encounter. Good thing for me – and you, I hope – there will be more meetings and more meals and I should have new revelations to report that should keep whetting your appetite.
My friend, who I will refer to as Ms. X from now on, attended the “no clothes party” with Casey and the gang. As a matter of fact, she is in some of the photos, but good luck finding her. You won’t get a costume description from me. I was only planning on listening to the recording, but due to time constraints, I turned it into a short video. I kept her identity private because, well, she is a private person and I promised I would. For certain, she wanted to make it clear that the party was not about nudity; it was one where everybody had to wear something as long as it was not conventional attire. That meant something along the line of a diaper made out of newspapers or a bra made out of toilet paper. In other words, everything worn had to be original and made out of something other than clothing material. Hence, the American flag Casey draped around her body. If I told you what my contact wore, I’d be revealing too much.
Sage & Bees: I & others posted on several blogs yesterday for everyone to contact JAC. I was able to get my e-mail in before it shut down….I guess that JAC was being bombarded!! Also, The orlando Sentinel & other media were contacted. We were asking that a motion be filed, through the media, to have the sealed documents of last yrs. closed meeting with judge on Baez’s explaination of how Casey was paying him, opened to the public. We have not seen any response from Sentinel or any other media outlet….but we should keep trying.
Chica: On Leonard’s response on NG tonight: This affair probably started after Leonard was thrown out. He would not have known anything about it. He certainly did not hang-out with the Anthonys. But wasn’t it funny what he said about Cindy?

While lurking on TCD site a poster wrote about back in the beginning when there was all the ruckus outside the A’s house a reporter asked “if it was true that Caylee died because of an accident” and GEO freaked telling her to “Shut up Shut up”, I remeber that clearly.
In the case of the statements made to the mistress “an accident that snowballed”, couldn’t the response above by George dispute the claim that it was an accident in a way? Clearly they were looking for a live Caylee up until lil Caylee’s remains were found, and correct me if I am wrong but don’t the A’s question if it was even lil Caylee they memorialized, that maybe she could still be alive..?

I am a fan of Dave’s, but honestly I don’t agree with or see the reason to refer to the River woman with the Zenaida at the end of her name, especially with an outstanding civil suit for defamation.

Not meaning to change the subject, but where is Dominic Casey? Is he still missing in action?????
Bj, playing both sides of the fence, he and Baez were upset with each other, then we see emails from Padilla about Kronk and his ex-wives in discovery, sent to seemingly help the defense go after Kronk. Whatever, the ‘fence’ belongs to Padilla… whatever works to get him in front of the camera, help ratings (like his ‘opinion’ comments about the women in support of George) so he gets invited again.
What could he possibly know about this? Maybe he knows Baez was into setting people into the scene, so why doesn’t he tell all, IF he knows anything.
I wish someone would stick a sock in LP’s mouth. The man doesn’t know chit! He is a media whore who only wants notoriety IMO. Between watching NG kiss is rear and the way she attacked Bill S and Kathy B I may quit watching. Timing is everything in the media releases in this case. Usually it’s the defense posturing in the media before or after some big event, but could it be this time, that the release works in the state’s favor because of the indigency hearing? Raising the issues of a 5 thousand dollar donation to someone that may have led back to support Casey, and open up the whole non-profit can of worms, IRS investigations of ‘income and gifts’, and covering up sources of money that Casey has had access to.
Back to the need for some fudiciary GAL for the child victim.

Now she has to refrain from being so vile when referring to them, so it seems like she is “kissing their butts.” Again – jmho. Now she’s into bashing Bill Schaeffer and Kathi Belich. The only two who are “real” about this case that NG has on the show. Anybody know why NG dropped this case like a hot potato for so long?

Anthony’s Attorney Denies George Had Affair

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — For the first time since Eyewitness News broke the story, George Anthony’s attorney is commenting on his alleged affair.
On national television, Anthony’s attorney Brad Conway released a statement denying George Anthony was ever involved with River Cruz. He also said Cruz never gave George Anthony thousands of dollars and denied George said Caylee’s death was an accident that snowballed out of control.
In the statement, Conway said, “George did not have a sexual relationship with her (River Cruz). He did not receive $5,000 or whatever she is claiming she gave him.”
Conway even tried to discredit Cruz and her twin sister Skye Benhaida. He said the women shopped the stories around to the National Enquirer and other tabloid newspapers.
“I have no idea where that comment came from,” Benhaida told CNN’s Nancy Grace.
“So you would deny that it’s been sold to the National Enquirer?” asked Grace.
“I’m denying it,” confirmed Benhaida.
Benhaida also said that her sister, River Cruz, was contacted by an attorney from Casey’s defense team on Tuesday.

Please let me clarify the third Zenaida. Of course, there is the one who’s suing Casey and the one that Cindy looked into in Puerto Rico. The third one is not actually a true Zenaida, but she is one by default of George in this sad comedy of errors. In other words, Skye Benhaida stated that George based his description of Zenaida Gonzalez on her sister, River, or whatever her name really is, right down to the perfect white teeth and the tattoo on her left shoulder and arm. I don’t recall George ever describing her as a spitting image of what I’ve seen in this woman, but when the story broke, she became the model of Zenaida and, therefore, she became Zenaida by default, even though she’s not. Confusing? Yes, of course, but this case gets crazier by the day.
I hope this explains the method to my madness.

WFTV asked George Anthony’s lawyer about the issue and he said he’s not received any information from investigators about it. Also, he would not answer any direct questions about whether George had an affair with the woman, but he did not deny that it happened.
I wonder if the affair is the big secret. We should find out soon.
Tomorrow, 11 am, EST, the hearing begins and will be streamed live by WESH. No word from the other stations as yet. No sign of the doc from JAC or their arguments for a reveal of the birthday girl’s finances.
