Okay, not for anything—but this woman is just screaming out for more attention in the media and this is a desparate cry for attention and help====much like the fiegned “sucicide attempt” George himself tried to pull of way back when.
It has been reported and verified that BOTH this woman and her Sister had criminal records and were less then stellar or upstanding citizens before their involvement with the ScamAnthony’s. Perhaps originally this woman’s heart was in the right place as she volunteered for the original search to look for a “live” Caylee—but what do her actions speak of her ability to judge other person’s for the content of their character? Not much.
Again, I’m sorry if my assessment seems harsh–but due to all the time the Anthony’s family’s dysfunction has been played out in the media—it seems that these tragic types of figures seem to attract and bring other undesirables out of the woodwork. You know what—? I don’t really give a rat’s ass if this woman kills herself—-we have a murdered little baby girl here at the hands of her own Mother and the Grandparents selling her memory out to sit on their asses and collect blood money…this story does not lead me to cast any compassion for people like this.
THINK OF CAYLEE MARIE ANTHONY! You selfish, pitiful woman! Her life was so short and so carelessly and hideously ended! Shame on you for going on Facebook or whereever and looking for the public to gain pity and further recognition! Get some Counseling and stop acting like such a victim! The REAL victim here is dead and was thrown in the woods like yesterdays trash. How dare you!

FINALLY!!!!!!!! JUSTICE FOR SOMER THOMPSON
A man originally described as a person of interest in the death of 7-year-old Somer Thompson of has been charged with premeditated murder in the death of Somer Thompson.
Jarred Harrell was arrested while in the Clay County Jail on child-pornography charges.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office announced the murder charge against Harrell during an noontime news conference.
The girl vanished in October while walking home from school in a Jacksonville suburb. Her body was found in a south Georgia landfill two days later.
I’m sorry, I was so excited when I read this that I didn’t have the opportunity to say “hello”. Hi Blink, I’m a long time stalker of your site but never commented, so when I saw this, I just had to post it!! Good news is so needed sometimes isn’t it? Anyway, here is a little more regarding the arrest of little Somer’s murderer:
“During an announcement Friday at the church where Somer’s funeral was held, the Clay County, Fl., sheriff said they have evidence that Harrell assaulted Somer and dumped her body. They said that Harrell was at a home when Somer walked by on her way to school last October. The sheriff called the case a crime of opportunity.
Earlier this month, authorities tracked Harrell down and made an arrest in the state of Mississippi and he was brought back to Florida where he was charged. He pleaded not guilty to those child molestation charges, which at the time were believed to be unrelated to Somer. But suspicions began to mount in Somer’s community near Jacksonville because the actions in question involved a girl around the same age.”
NGBoston, we can’t yet judge River Cruz, aka Crystal Holloway (sp), just as we can not judge Casey guilty because she lied to her friends and family in years past.
Do a couple things for me, because if this woman was used by George Anthony, and remember the sisters had a close to the front and family seating at Caylee’s memorial, and if she has a brain tumour, she deserves to have an objective view from us. Her sister, not sure, but review Dr. Lillian Glass’s review of her body language– Glass’s summary, she was telling the truth.
And watch and listen to River (not Skye) at the police reception. To me, she’s showing an honesty, I may be wrong. Yes, there’s the possibility she has a personal objective, but this might be striking out at George once the police put her through the mill.
What we do know, is that things are not always as they have seen, it may be that there was posturing about hitting out at George for what he did, what he took from her, how he used her, if that happened– maybe there was exaggeration about the intimate photos.
But if you were this defense, what would you do? Besides have George’s lawyer deny the affair, you would want to discredit the source immediately, maybe threaten her with legal action, maybe threaten WFTV to not publish. Etc.
We need to wait this out, because we know that anyone who deals with the toxic people in this case, gets hurt, including Tim Miller– remember he too, was called a liar when his statements under oath were trashed by NG’s expert guest and ‘insider-no-longer-inside’ commentator, Lenard Padilla.
IF this woman has brain cancer, maybe she has made mistakes, being put into a stressful situation, maybe her sister has made mistakes on her behalf too, for calling a media outlet. Maybe there is an agenda, but maybe it’s just ‘hurting’ lashing out, a defensive thing.
JMHO– let’s let this play out– then revisit your words about River in your last paragraph.

I do not like the comment ‘I don’t give a rat’s ass if this woman kills herself or not’. I know this is an open blog, but this attitude takes this place down several notches. It’s one thing to say this in some rant against the players in this case, but to say it when there is a critical situation, it’s pure hatred.

I’m willing to wait things out, and risk being made a fool of. What if this woman is critically ill with a terminal form of cancer (or operable, we don’t know), do people not think that is stressful, then to be tossed into this case? Police came to her door, according to River’s comments, it was after that, after a polygraph, that someone called the media.
I hope that the state does not delay release of the phone records, text messages, other George visits proof and communications with this woman and with other women also.
River may not be the only person to be taken advantage of by Gig. George.

Didn’t you say that you thought River’s story about the affair is true? For some reason, I do. I do not understand why Kathi B. at WFTV did not follow up on this. I thought that she reported verification of Georgie’s visits to River’s gated community.
Leslee S, yes, it’s strange that WFTV posted on their video that they would have more on the 6 pm news, including photographs and info about the violent confrontation between Cindy and Casey on the 15th (supposedly WFTV spoke AFTER confirming material).
One thought could be that WFTV was providing, purposefully or not, DISTRACTION from the real issues of that week, the indigency hearing and potential embarrassment to ABC. Also, they could put that story ‘bait’ out there, to keep people watching for that addition to the mistress story, all the while they did nothing to report objectively or at all, on Thursday’s hearing.
One point, if you watch closely, Baez as he answers the question of who gave the money, he carefully picks his words, but when he says ‘American… Broadcasting…’ his body gives a signal of deception. At least that’s what body language experts and psychologists commenting on this case over the months, have said about someone’s body saying ‘deception’, leaking out the truth by shaking head ‘no’ side to side as they answer a question. As Baez said ‘American, his head switches slightly but very definitely, side to side in a ‘no’ gesture.
Maybe Baez doesn’t fit the model that the body language experts use, or maybe he’s not being completely truthful somehow, not being completely transparent about the ABC answer– perhaps knowing that there is more to it that he does not want to disclose.
Maybe the ABC ‘purchase’ of rights, included rights to distrib the same material to competitior media outlets, and this was outlined in the agreement.
Who all those partners are…. he was not disclosing, maybe even being ‘deceptive’?
And did that ‘deception’ cover the sources of the 70 grand washed through Todd Macaluso? There’s more, if we believe Baez’s little, involuntary deception gesture.

There is more then one victim in the Caylee Anthony murder. Anyone who has been used by the A’s, their attorneys, their not for profits,
anyone who has ever come into contact with them has suffered..and for what to protect their lying murdering daughter’s butt.
Get real this is a victim friendly site.. and River seems like another casualty of the A’s climbing, scamming their way to fame and fortune….and anyone who got in their way.

Often times, much can be lost in translation over the blogosphere. While I do appreciate your take, I would like to think that I am entitled to my own opinion regarding these 2 sisters. I am sorry—so far I am not impressed at all. This whole side issue is completely distracting and unneccesary, IMO. While I don’t want to argue with you—again I am stressing that something is just not right with this woman. Perhaps her intentions were good and honest in the begginning, and I also commented in that regard. Simply stated—the way she is handling herself now leaves much to be desired and I stand by my post. Perhaps the language and adjectives I used were strong—but there is no hatred in my heart while posting them. Honest.
I understand what you were trying to convey, completely. What I am trying to convey again is that I will reserve my compassion for those I believe are truly deserving. Most especially, the one young innocent child that cannot speak for herself now and never really could. It irritates me that this law office created such a sloppy document. There are reptitions of names on the witness list, but the worst inaccuracies relate to the twins.
# 6 Syke Benhaida is actually Cecelia Peggy Holloway Benhaida (the last name being acquired through marriage)
# 7 F/N/U Benhaida is NOT an actual person, and does NOT relate to River Cruz aka Krystal N. Holloway (Allen/Cruz). River’s last name has never been “Benhaida” because she did not marry anyone with the surname of “Benhaida”, as her sister Skye did.
As it is ….. Mr. Morgan does not even have River on the witness list, in any form.

As for the lip reading you requested, her jaw clenched and it made the first three words tough to make out. The last word is “happen.” She may have been saying ‘If that’s gonna happen. There appears to be a hard consonant of “f” in her first word, but it could be a “k” as in ‘Like that’s gonna happen.”
I’m actually thinking she said, “Like that’ll happen.”

Thinker- Thanks for that clarification. Was I incorrect, or wasn’t it reported either by WTFV or on the Orlando Sentinel somewhere, that one of the Sisters was recently released from incarceration- and that one, if not both of them have also been in trouble for using false names/identities. Was pretty certain I read that somewhere and it was confirmed.
Additionally, as another poster pointed out–the Anthony’s have victimized several people during the last few years in various ways. My thinking and impression is that this particular Sister involved with GA also wanted her “15 minutes” of fame somehow as well. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it…

I hope they get the psychological counseling that they need, and focus on healing themselves and protecting their own children. And they will take legal advice as well.

Okay, I just finished reading Joy Wray’s interviews with LE I wrote earlier that I felt sorry for her, as I believed she was being taken advantage of… Now I am not so sure who is taking advantage of whom. Although Joy seems to have little grasp as to what she has gotten herself into, except for her belief that a book written by her, will tell her side of the story, whatever that means.

Dr. Glass has a good article, but one thing that has never been confirmed is the reference to an “Asian Tattoo”. There is no document that has been released to the public that mentions Zanny having an Asian tattoo???? I wish someone would ask Dr. Glass to clarify that part of her article……

I just had a chance to listen to the podcast very nicely done! I have been reading the document dump I too, was wondering why the MSM ran with the twins story in lieu of the SA document dump. I really enjoyed that lady from Kid Finders-Linda Tinelli interview some interesting names and places were mentioned. Maybe that is why the twin story. Seemed almost to close to home for the reporters to be reporting on, do ya think?
For me, I really dont think there was anything nefarious about Belich’s reporting as in, there was a concerted effort to cover up the ABC payments. I know Kathi B, and I don’t see her doing a dang thing to help Baez out regardless of who it named, imo.

I live in Orlando and many of my neighbors homes are having these problems. A short sale is when you sell the property for less than you owe on it (which is where most of our homes are at the moment). The bank agress to the lesser amount although I had heard the buyer was still responsible for the difference. My neighbor moved out last week and she said her accountant said they are NOT responsible for the balance. It does put a black mark on your credit though.
A modification is something we did. We applied to our mortgage co. for a modification. While they don’t “write off” any of the amount due on the mortgage they did lower the interest rate. We were at a 7.5% interest rate. We were dropped to a 2% int for the first 5 years. Then it increases to 3% for 1 yr, 4% for 1 yr. and caps off at 5%. We are able to save about 800. a month by doing this. You have to qualify for it and believe me, they go through ALL your records for verification.
I’m not sure what a deed in lieu of foreclosure would be. A “quick deed” would be putting the house into someone else’s name. Maybe that is what they meant??
Thinker—Thanks for all the other info & also agree there is sadness involved when anyone wants to take their own life. Her manner of publicly announcing it, again I found not very tactful. To wrap this up—there is another article on line of a female Psychologist/Body language interpreter who spoke with this lady the day before her suicide attempt. (Excuse me, name escapes me now—link is on Valhall’s Hinky Meter Site under Part. 6 Misc). In summary-I also agree that GA’s former mistress was being truthful with her allegations of George Anthony, what he relayed to her and that both of the Anthony’s knew from the beginning Caylee was deceased when they were hollering at OSCO & TES to be looking for a “live Caylee”. They are dispicable & this has been referred to and talked about over the elapsed time before and since Caylee’s remains were discovered. At no point did I ever question the statements from this woman, rather her actions, lack of judgement and content of character from getting involved with GA in the first place. Hell, we are all only human and I don’t hold my nose in the air or profess to be perfect myself. I think this woman was duped and really did loan that 5G to George in the hopes it was going towards legitimate expenses. As we can see from above criminal records—neither of these individuals would be considered shining citizens. Whatever—without beating this topic to death- I think I made it abundantly clear it continues to be very aggravating to read sordid stories about certain individuals and other drama from this case while over 2 years later—no real justice has prevailed yet with the exception of Casey’s Fraud charges. She is now a convicted felon and we are all still patiently waiting for the Murder Trial of 2011 to finally roll around if it ever does. Also agree with Blink’s original theory that at some point some type of a plea will be worked out, but I find myself vascillating from that also as new counsel has joined the team, indigency status has been granted and there is so much going on behind the scenes from the Anthony’s to continue to manipulate the gravy train and blood money trial from the images & memories of their murdered Grand Daughter. So, so sad & one of the most bizarre cases of all times.

Tattoo, wasn’t that idea first heard of in the news via WFTV who quoted Skye Benhaida and or aired Benhaida talking about it on that first video they aired? Seems it started publicly with WFTV’ story and the twin sister.
Set of interrogs by Morgan & Morgan asked Casey to about their client’s tattoos, whether she had seen their client in bathing suit, and around that time, we’d seen published photos, video interviews with close up’s of Zenaida Gonzalez, with tattoos. Joy Wray somehow got a hold of a photo of Mr.Morgan’s client with the tattoo on her arm (night club, posed with a man) and she used it in her little video montage with the label ‘Zanny’.
Seems the idea has been inserted after Casey’s description. Cindy, however, was thinking about Mr. Morgan’s client’s tattoo as she brought up the idea for public to hear in her depo, about this ZG’s gang affiliated tattoo (so says Cindy). So we know the family was thinking of gang tattoos, maybe this got added into the nanny has a tattoo from seeing Mr. Morgan’s client.
Maybe the story was set up for Kathi B. to discover at the time that it would distract, add some pubic hype, maybe add in a new concept or two, like the ‘tattoo’ the ficticious nanny never had in the first place even if she wasn’t ficticious.
LP friend is Geraldo. LP said he called “a friend” and was talking about the case prior to deciding to go to FL and offering up a BOND. My guess is Geraldo referred JB to the case and Geraldo called ABC networks. I remember Geraldo saying “the gull of someone w/video demanded money”, which was Jim Hoover. Come On! (as Casey says). Jose owed money to Dominic, and Hoover knew there was monies to gain and was witness to the ABC contract.
Oh another thing…. I’m not one to read lips, but I think AL leaned over to Casey and said “Aren’t you proud of yourself?” The only reason I say that is because just prior to her saying that….Casey wrote what I think was a true $$$$$$ dollar figure that was higher than what Jose stated and that made her mad. Just a guess, but I don’t believe Jose. I hope and pray and money trail is found.
Christina (Chester?), the close family friend who Casey spoke to sharply in demanding tones as she called her ‘honey… sweetheart… baby’. Same pet names as Cindy called Casey (mother to child), Casey called friend Christina, who we learn from the Brett Reilly interview, apparently has two children, who Reilly spoke to directly and who suggested the woods area to Reilly/searchers as a spot of interest.
Reilly also said he asked Christina about the nanny and Christina responded that Casey told her that she was the nanny. (we don’t know if Christina used the term ‘nanny’ or if that’s being substituted by Reilly for ‘babysitter’).
Has anyone seen a picture of Christina? Casey’s babysitter and close enough a friend to be spoken to as she did in the telephone call from jail. Almost like Casey is demanding of Christina just as she demanded of her mother, brother, father as if they are Casey’s subordinates.
Parts of Casey’s ‘nanny’ description fit with Christina being her babysitter and having two children of her own. It might be reasonable also to fit other pieces in when the picture of this relationship between Christina and Caylee/Casey becomes more complete.
Might be telling that Christina’s interview was not released early on (don’t see it yet?), and possibly not at all because in the defense’s recent motion to exclude hearsay, unless I missed the name, there is no Christina named as involved in heresay in the table provided. (we are going to quickly see an ammended motion to exclude hearsay to include these latest interviews– and these will be amongst the targeted statements if Christina’s information is important to the case. What else is missing about Christina, did Morgan and Mitnik and Dill not get a true picture of Christina’s role as the babysitter from the Anthony’s depos? Why didn’t Mr. Morgan depose Christina? )

Brett Reilly “Her opinion was that she was the baby sitter. She told me she goes, you know I took care of Caylee basically. And that her two children were very upset that Caylee was never coming back.”

Sgt. Allen “Did Christina ever say she met anybody named Zanny the nanny or Zaneida Gonzales?”
Brett Reilly “No she laughed about that, that’s what that was all about She was like, I was the nanny. That’s what she told me.

Cpl. Edwards “And she, did she stress an opinion regarding what Casey was capable of or if capable of this at all? Or she have any insight in that regard?”
Brett Reilly “Um, no she didn’t discuss you know what her opinions were on whether Casey had done it or not done it She just told me she.. hey if this is the area you’re gonna look at. Go take a look at that one.”

You’d think the defense would want to get any hearsay involving this potential ‘zanny’ model out of the evidence, ideas that Christina might have thought herself the ‘nanny’, ideas that she had two children who were upset that Caylee was never coming back before the body was found and when the family line was ‘she is alive’, and Christina’s thoughts about the woods as a place to search for Caylee, when that would only be searching for a body, not a live Caylee obviously.
Casey also stated that the person would be someone who loved Caylee very much (jail videos), and we know from Christina’s telephone interaction with Casey (audio file released of the call), that Christina loved that baby (“…if anything happens to that baby… I’ll just die…”). We also can read the transcript of this call to see just how manipulative and demanding Casey is with Christina to finally get Christina to give her Tony’s phone number.

Here’s Christina’s conversation with Caylee, could it be that Lee wanted to see what happened in the interaction with Casey and Christina, to see what it might reveal, if Christina knew something about Caylee’s disappearance, for example? Could it be that it was just as Lee suggested, Christina might be able to get through to Casey? The family knew that Casey used bits of reality in her spinning of tales and that facts about Christina could be used in the nanny as kidnapper story.

Casey: Because nobody’s ****ing listening to anything that I’m saying. The media completely misconstrued everything that I said. The ****ing detectives told them ****ing bull****. They got all their information from me. Yet at the same time they’re twisting stuff. They’ve already said they’re going to pin this on me if they don’t find Caylee. They’ve already said that.

Christina: Yeah, because they said that the person that you dropped Caylee with doesn’t even exist.
Casey: Because, oh look, they can’t find her in the Florida database. She’s not just from Florida. If they would actually listen to anything that I would have said to them, they would have had their lead. They maybe could have tracked her down. They haven’t listened to a ****ing thing that I’ve said.
Christina: Do you know that that whoever has Caylee, nobody’s going to get away with this. Nobody.
Casey: I know nobody’s going to get away with it. But at the same time, the only way they’re going to find Caylee is if they actually listen to what I’m saying, and I’m trying to help them, and they’re not letting me help them.
Christina: Well how can I help them find her? The best thing you can do baby is listen to me.
Casey: They need to look up her information in a New York database. In a North Carolina database. Other places that she’s lived outside of Florida. That’s what I told them, even again today. I told them that four times today. I sat up at the police station. Up at the county police station for four hours.
Christina: Is she the one who has Caylee or she’s transferred Caylee to somebody else? Because her name has been.
Casey: Honey, I haven’t talked to her. I don’t know. I haven’t talked to her.
Christina: How come everybody’s saying that you’re not upset, that you’re not crying, that you showed no emotion, no caring of where Caylee is at all?

Casey: No. Because every number that I’ve tried, every number that I’ve called is disconnected. Nothing. I can’t get a hold of anybody.
Christina: But that that girl was the last person to have her?
Casey: She was the last person to have her. That was the last time I saw Caylee.
Christina: OK. Umm he doesn’t, Lee say’s he doesn’t have Tony’s phone number.
Casey: Yes he does. He has Tony’s phone number on his phone. He needs to stop f***ing lying. He just told me a second ago that he’d give me the number.
Christina: So if I go and I get you Tony’s number, are you gonna finish talking to me?
Casey: I, I will call you tomorrow. I want to talk to him really quick now. I want to actually close my eyes. I haven’t slept in four days. I have not slept in four days.
Christina: Listen if you’re going to talk to anybody, you can talk to me. And you know that.

ZG of the Civil suit- has tattoo’s and a “asian looking tattoo”. KC’s ZFG is not suppose to have any tattoo’s per police statements and depos’.
