Caylee/Casey Anthony Trial: Casey Pal Rosalie Martinez Bolin- Mitigation Coordinator And Abominable Parenting Sympathizer

Pinellas County, FL– Throughout the first week of jury selection, we got our first glimpse of Casey Anthony’s new mitigation specialist and BFF, Rosalie Bolin.  She is the wife of convicted killer and rapist Oscar Bolin, currently awaiting execution on death row.

I could not think of a better way to sum up Ms. Bolin’s background, than to let her own daughter tell you. Katherine Martinez, one of four of Rosalie’s daughters she relinquished custody of to marry Oscar Bolin, made a documentary about it, while attending FSU.

Oscar Bolin, in eight seperate trials, has been convicted of the rapes and vicious murders of Natalie Holley, Lyn Matthews, and Stephanie Collins.

While Ms. Bolin through tears, tells her adult daughter that she “started something and you have to finish what you started”, it appears that concept did not apply to her parenting of 4 small children because she thought “they had people around that love them.”

That’s not all.  Rosalie Bolin is the owner of Criminal Specialist Investigations, Inc, and is currently suing the State of Florida to get paid in a case where the judge called her work as a mitigation coordinator “overpaid”.  She recently won an appeal to quash that order, and is seeking funding from the JAC.

That would be the same JAC distributing the state’s funds for the defense of Casey Anthony.

Defending the State’s position on the issue, is none other than Terence M. Lenamon, former counsel to Casey Marie Anthony.

The irony is rich, once again.

I am sorry if anything I wrote previously added to your pain in anyway. I wasnt trying to excuse this womans behavior nor anyone else’s, I was just trying to say that I didnt feel right passing judgment on her without educating myself further ect. I hope you understand..

Thanks for that MJ- I dont know…. this case and everything about it so often seems to leave me feeling disgusted and I am often times so mad at the end of the day that it really gets to me. So much pain and negativity, it just leaves me feeling dirty sometimes.

How much garbage/lies, & negativity, can one case contain, how much can we subject ourselves to, before it starts to stain our own souls like second hand smoke?

I’m so tired of all the “players” and all the spin, and I’m so tired of saying so.

I keep waiting for Casey to fess up, I keep waiting for one of the Anthonys to tell the truth, and I keep waiting for one of them to stand up and shout ENOUGH, but instead I just hear more spin and more and more people rush in to join the dream team…

One things for sure, this case has really given me a different perspective on the justice system IRT the defense.

I am praying that 12 jurors will be able to wade through all this BS and see the facts of this case- and then they will be able to render the appropriate verdict based upon EACH and every one of the aggravating circumstances ect. Forget everything else- that is my hope

*waving*….I’m here friendy! The hugs are free :)

Rosalie Bolin has a motive. If she’s willing to choose a bottom feeding amoeba for a husband over her own daughters, then we gotta assume she’s not running on all cylinders. It’s disturbing. She rides in on white stallion ‘Here I come to save the day!’, out of no where, imo.

    AND…

This special bond between Casey and Rosalie (Thelma and Louise) won’t last after the trial is done. This is for selfish gain only. Can’t believe Casey doesn’t see through it. And ain’t it funny how like attracts like? This whole team is a real trip.

    Happy Fridayness, friends.

Today’s juror selection was manageable to watch…kinda. Did anyone see Jose flirting with the female jurors? I did. What does he think he is, Richard Gere? .

  6. Columbiares (Pam) says:

Oh, sorry- I forgot to add that the video was set to private. :( Bummer.

Also, Blink, I was watching the jury selection and am concerned about the state being able to introduce the can with the smell of decomposition in it. The defense’s argument being that it would then make the jurors become witnesses and that cannot be due to the inability to cross examine them. I guess my confusion is that what is the difference between having them smell evidence vs look at photos of crime scenes, etc. It’s just a different body sense. Nose vs. eyes. I’m hoping some of the state’s cases they have cited will allow the smell evidence in. Oh, I am praying and praying for justice for Caylee. Sigh.

Well Blink I usually write in full sentences, clean language, but ever since I saw that RB there the other day I have had a sick feeling and thought: too eager, too eager,— and that is before I even read about who she is! Some people here are smacked speechless today, for me a few words come to mind:
    here’s one: “crackpot”

I couldn’t watch the film tho – says private??
    Mom3: don’t hold back!
Chica – me too had exact same thought today — hope no-one knocks lol.
RIP Caylee, hope she cannot look down on this charade.

Blink, any reason why I can’t view the video at the start of your article? It comes up as ‘private video’. Even without seeing it, just reading between the lines of the posts, I am disgusted, incredulous, bewildered….. can’t find enough adjectives to describe my feelings. Judge Belvin Perry is my one hope for the future of this case. God give him and the prosecution the strength to see this to it’s conclusion.

C- because Ms. Martinez has now set it to private. I guess we can all draw our conclusions.

Regardless, I think she did an outstanding job, and my heart broke for her and her sisters.

This latest addition to the Defense team is probably Baez’ idea since she is Hispanic. He’s seems to have a real hangup about includDing his ethnic equals in this circus. Ms. Bolin appears to have been spoiled rotten by her parents and never held responsible for her actions, sound familiar, Huh ? Abandon you children, sex in a jail cell, for spiteful payback to your ex; MARRY? a DEATH ROW CONVICTED murderer??? Is Bolin an attorney and if she is how is she still ??? Something about this BROAD brings to mind, Betty Broderick, the San Diego wife of a criminal attorney who was so insensed by her husbands infidelity, she went nuts and left him and her children, he remarried and she went to their home and shot them both to death as they lay in their bed. Her excuse for her actions was she couldn’t win the fight against her husband because he was such a well respected member of the bar and community.

CORRECTION: I meant KC’s acccusing CASEY’S BROTHER, NOT, CINDY’S brother, of abuse. TOO many darn “C” names in that POOR EXCUSE OF A FAMILY. Sorry……….

KC looks like she’s been medicated. MOO

Since her little meltdown the other day when she had to be led out of the courtroom, there’s been speculation that perhaps she’s been put on some type of medication. (benzo’s, perhaps??)
Each day since then KC’s appeared a bit calmer, (decreased fidgeting, straightening the defense table, personal grooming, etc)
Today her eyes look dreamy and unfocused at times – not nervously darting all around as she used to.

    Mr George knows better.
Potential juror now admits he went home and saw parts of Nancy Grace and other news programs, and discussed jury selection online – after being admonished by Judge Perry NOT to these things.

Discovered that this man had posted Wednesday on his FB the complete jury instructions, AND these comments:
“They ain’t sending young, kidless, black guy home.”
    “Book coming soon!”

I have been busy the past few days and have only caught bits and pieces of the jury selection. (Can I go OT here and mention that I was watching my 22 month old grandson – there is nothing better than chubby little arms around your neck and sloppy oatmeal kisses on your cheek!) I caught the 1st juror questioned today, and was so delighted with the manner in which Linda Drane-Burdick caught Flyez in her web. The juror was a 22 year old male, who “forgot” to mention some previous legal problems. Baez previously used a pre-emptive strike on a juror for that same reason. The spider said to the fly, “Come in” and he did. Baez objected to the juror for cause and JBP denied and asked him if he wanted to use one of his pre-emptives. Baez shot a sneer to the prosecution table and said not at this time. The prosecution is so subtle and professional compared to the 3-ring circus seated next to them. LDB has got Baez’s number – love it!

  18. Ragdoll says:

Why are we rehashing the ‘do you think she is innocent’ questions, Baez?

The jurors should know she’s *gag* innocent until proven guilty. JP has covered this persistently.

So 15 is the magic number? It went down from 20, IIRC. Snails pace or not, JP’s agenda seems to be moving along as planned. WTG Judge! Can I hug you now?

  19. Mom3.0 says:

    Angela_nw, I’ll try.

    - Hi everyone-
I sure hope the video was taken down by Ms. Martinez because she thought it best, I hope she was not approached by ANYONE and cajoled
in anyway to remove this video. I believe it was cathartic for her to make this journey/video. It IMO would be a shame if she was wheedled or forced to be silenced, because her mother or someone else finds it to be bad press. JMO

I have not been able to watch all of yesterdays proceeding nor all of todays- but IMO- I find some of this process to be disingenuous- I think many of the same questions are being asked, but are being restated in such a way as to confuse the p.juror. I believe J. Perry is doing his best to simplify things, but once the questioning begins again -confusion seems to be the end result. IMO Some fair impartial people have been lost due to this confusion.

If I did not have Blink and others to explain things to me, I myself would be totally confused.

I was reading on THM about the juror that was challenged by the state do solely on her reservations concerning judging others.

So I watched this part 12-13 on WFTV of the selection process concerning juror 1319 IIRC, IMO She seemed to be concerned about prejudging others- not necessarily judging them in a trial setting-after the evidence has been presented… I thought this juror was forthcoming and I believe she will be a valued asset in weighing the evidence. In fact I think it may come back to haunt the defense that they wanted this juror so strongly, because the juror seems to have strong beliefs about right and wrong, and I believe she respects J Perry and will work to do her civic duty correctly.-

I think the challenge might have been granted had the prosecution questioned her longer- & not bypassed the general questioning…
I just have a feeling that after hearing/seeing/smelling the evidence & being exposed to all the lies ect she will be able to make an educated judgment towards guilt or innocence, Just my feeling.

    AJMO & Peace

  20. Ragdoll says:

    Mom3.0.

I concur. It’s JMHO, but to me, these questions seem redundant. Then, what do I know? I guess they want to ensure that the fair and impartial juror are force fed on how to weigh mitigating and aggravating factors and to assume innocent until proven guilty (among other details). It just seems the defense are asking ‘leading’ questions….your thoughts on age, potential abuse,…. Mom3.0 brought up a great point in the other thread…..it seems the jury selection is being approached as a trial by the defense.

Is the jury privy to Casey being a convicted felon coming into this trial? Would that not be considered an aggravated factor?

  21. WPG says:

Ah . . . okay . . . AF is bringing up “mercy”, (in my layman understanding), because the State only has to prove at least one aggravating factor beyond a reasonable doubt, etc., to qualify the DP (along with Life/No Parole) to be the penalty choices.

THERE IS ONE AGGRAVATING FACTOR here where there is NO DOUBT WHAT SO EVER :
The victim was less than 12 years of age.

So, in order for the accused who may be convicted of murder in the 1st degree to NOT serve the rest of her life in jail (in either of the 2 ways), “mercy” is the only option?

  22. Sammy says:

I gotta I say again just how much I LOVE The Honorable Judge Belvin Perry.

Next week we’re going on the Perry plan.”

  23. katherine martinez says:

The video has been set to private because I do not want to be a part of any more negative attacks on my family. The mean things being posted about my mother directly effect me and my sisters nonetheless, and it does hurt. I think we have taken about as much as we can. The documentary I made was a personal journey I took as a film maker and daughter, and I think the conclusions I have come to from it are the only ones that really matter. I am only writing on here because I do not want people to think I took it down because my mom asked me to or anything like that.

    -Katherine Martinez

Ms. Martinez, first let me say that I think you are a gifted young woman, and what you did with your documentary, even though you may not realize it yet, is help thousands of people think about how to plot their own personal “journeys”.

I am deeply sorry you or your sisters are pained by things being said about your mom. As you know better than anyone, your mom made a decision to work with Casey Marie Anthony, who fully expects to get away with killing her two-year-old daughter – little Caylee Marie Anthony.

Casey has also expressed her belief that she will come away with a bounty on top of the over $300K she and her family have already received by selling images, interviews and the virtual legacy of this baby.

In my opinion, adding insult to injury, your mother sold the rights to HER story to Larry Garrison, another vampire profiting from the death of this child, so I might suggest you steel yourself for whatever that eventually turns into.

I would also like to say that from the outside looking in, neither your mom nor Mr. Bolin seemed to take an ounce of responsibility for their actions that dealt an unfair hand of cards to you or your sisters despite the fact that they did apologize much later.

They blamed your dad, and as I wrote in my article, their responses to you were abominable.

I am not suggesting that you do anything that brings pain to your family. However, I would like you to consider that your film “short” might be an excellent deterrent to someone who may be facing a similar crossroads in their own life, just as your mom faced.

Her choices are her burden, and not yours. Easier said than done, I know.

As I am a mother of a daughter, journalist and victims advocate, I hope that you can understand that this work is also a “journey”.

Along the way, myself and many others have dedicated countless hours of professional and personal time to a little girl named Caylee Marie Anthony, who in my personal opinion was murdered by her mother because she stood in the way of a life her mother couldn’t have with her little girl in tow.

In my soul, I cannot and will not let this baby’s death be some sort of footnote to a young mother who was faced with some of the hardships that come with the privilege of being a Mom.

I stand for the moral of this story being told that includes educating women that there are other options, and that by enabling someone’s weaknesses (Casey’s parents) we can end up hurting someone we never intended to hurt. Perhaps you could view it as our collective youtube documentary that Caylee will never get to make, to get the answers she would like, and deserves.

Between Your Mom, Bolin and Casey Anthony, I would summarize by saying that is is impossible to overlook the count of young female victims involved in this situation. You and your sisters. Three dead girls. One dead toddler named Caylee. One rape victim. For everyone watching that adds up to 9 victims in total of which you are one.

But you’ve undoubtably heard all of this and more already. I don’t mean to be another voice of many but sometimes the obvious needs to be said. I hope you decide to open your film short back up for viewing because your story is important and relevant.

The net is, people care what happened to you, are outraged by it, and applaud your strength in the face of it.

That has to be the takeaway, otherwise what is the point?

    Very respectfully submitted,

    B

Thanks for being brave and sharing your story with us. This is exactly what I implied with my statement regarding the physical abuse and the need for a family to close ranks and help the children left behind.

I cannot imagine the feeling that a child would get and how much hurt, although I know it would be great, of having a mother walk away. I have seen the effects of a mother taken by death on a child when they are young. They need all the love and understanding that the family and community can give.

  26. Wyks says:

    Thanks Mom3.0 ….

No worries dear heart! I enjoy reading your posts, and those of just about everyone in here. :) My post wasn’t in reply to anyone in particular, was just sharing what I am feeling about this new person on the duhfense team, and the topic as well. Sometimes when we’ve been thru a particular thing or two, when we share what we know, it helps others to understand it better. Guess I’m a bit jaded and biased on this topic tho. Heh.

Sad to see how much weight that woman has gained. As another person said, could be an indication that all is not right in her world. I haven’t gotten to a place yet where I can wish someone well in their life when they’ve made such a huge mess in the lives of others. Something about ‘karma’. ;)

  27. samarie says:

    Katherine-
We have all experienced challenges in our lives, some have changed who we are and some will change who we will become. I was able to view the video before you set it to private, let me share a little of what I came away with…

While I do not support your mother’s decision to leave her family and marry a convicted murderer on death row, and I do not support what she stands for, I did see a tenderness that only a mother can give a child. Regardless of any mistakes she may have made, it was obvious to me that you and your sisters received all the love, affection and understanding that children need to grow into bright, articulate and compassionate contributors in this sometimes cruel world in which we all must live together.

In closing I would like to say that while Rosalie Bolin may have made many mistakes, I don’t belive she failed you or your sisters and that is evident by the documentary. She obviously loves you and you obviously love her. You showed the world a soft and vulnerable side of your mom and should be commended for your ability to accept and forgive, a gift from your parents, if you will. Hold that gift close, for it will serve you well in your life.

A very kind and professional response you gave to Miss Martinez. I just hope she understands what you are trying to convey to her! if she is a mom! maybe she should familiarize herself with this caylees death.
We are not! no life bloggers. I think many of us have children/grandchildren and cannot began to understand the mindset of this Caylee Marie Anthonys mother. We are here because the injustice and disrespect that was given to caylee! by her mother/grandparents. caylee touched the core of our hearts!
we vowed to support the prosecution in seeking justice for caylee. We weren’t brainwashed! quite to the contrary! many researched and decided that there was something very hinky with this mother.

I challenge Miss Martinez to research for herself ! dont take our word for it!! let the truth and your heart guide you.

casey is not the victim. The victim was this little girl that was in the way of her mother’s bella vitta.
many of us have lost sleep! cried real tears ! and have taken the emotional roller coaster that her mother, her defense and her family have put us on!! The main purpose is because no one in her family! have done anything to seek justice! instead they have chosen to sell their selves to the media outlets/t.v shows while knowing that caylee was laying in a ditch ! being chewed up and bones scattered in a swampy wooded area. Right around the corner from where she lived with her mother and grandparents!! they knew she was there! but found it more important to defend the babys mother. Because the mother said she was arrested on an f”ing whim. and everyone was selling their soul to the devil for money!! including her defense!
That is why we have taken her as our own! and thus the persuit to justice.
    Justice for caylee
    because something just isnt right!!

I have never been good at covering a bad motive with a good action and from the appearance of Bolin in this video her daughter made neither has see. I first of all feel terrible for her daughters. By the Grace of God and their father it appears they have turned into stable young women.

I find no fault in Bolin leaving her husband, but WHY the kids? The truth is whether anyone wants to accept it or not she just did not want them. She had no reason to leave her children. Her “hunny” was in prison for life, was not going anywhere & he could not rape and kill them. Those young women he did rape and kill were some woman’s precious children & if for no other reason but that Bolin is a self centered witch for the pain she has & is causing those mothers going through trial after trial when he admitted and described how he murdered those young women.

Maybe this film is for the daughter to grieve her lost childhood without a mother, but in my opinion it is a form of denial that she had a mother who cared for her but abandoned her. If that were my mother, I would get her Baker Acted, which would not be hard if the facts were presented. I pray for her to do well in life, but my guess is her abandonment issues will haunt her until she finally accepts that her mother is just a sick unnatural individual. Just like people who finally have to come to accept their parent who is an alcoholic or a drug addict. They are sick, they are loving their actions, and there is not one thing you can do to change them. You can’t love them enough to get them to love you.

  34. Wyks says:

    A Texas Grandfather …

Thank you so much! Am glad that you do understand, and happy that many others do as well. Very often the family does not close ranks around such a child. And that’s where a caring and thoughtful community can attempt to do what a family perhaps cannot do, or chooses not to do – bring love into that child’s life. Many times it only takes one person to help the child feel cared about, loved, worthy of being loved. And that can make a world of difference for that child’s life, present and future.

And sadly, sometimes it’s too late. As with Caylee. Yet I see so many in this site and at SM, reaching out to others, trying to make a difference. We can do this with children in our own lives. The next child we see that we think might need our help, we can think of Caylee, and step in to try and make a difference.

Life at home was not the fairytale it may have seemed and those who were familiar with the truth, were not surprised to hear how she had abruptly left her husband and abandoned her four minor daughters and married a convicted serial killer; Oscar Ray Bolin.

THIS IS ENTIRELY NOT TRUE. AND OBVIOUSLY YOU DO NOT KNOW MY FAMILY. I HAVE FOUR WONDERFUL DAUGTHERS AND I HAVE GREAT RELATIONSHIPS WITH ALL OF THEM. I NEVER ABADONONED THEM. SO, CONTINUE QUOTING NOT REAL FACTS – AGAIN, YOUR JOURNALISTIC INTEGRITY IS QUESTIONABLE.

    AND HERE:

    Anonymous said…
I was forwarded this “blog” by an attorney friend of mine — and he asked that I might respond. I only intended when I made the decision to marry Oscar that it would bring attention to the injustices in our criminal system. I had such a good view of things — being married to a criminal lawyer and being a court reporter for almost 14 years — when I decided that I wanted to contribute something more to the system and I started the Social Services Division at the Public Defender’s Office. My marriage to Oscar became somewhat of an interest — not because he was accused of anything but the fact that I was willing to give up material things — that was the catch. I never gave up my children — that has been the worse public perception. My children live with me and have been a part of my life since my divorce from their father. That is the only constant thing — my children. I have been publically ridiculed for something that simply is not true — and the victims’ family perpetuate this by assuming their information is true that I have no contact with the my children — simply not true! For whatever reason, they feed on this information to make me out to be a monster — because I married someone they focus their pain on — so be it. But would they really want the wrong person executed? I would say that they probably would because they think that would be okay — well, I will refuse to allow the system to execute someone I know to be innocent — would it matter to the victims’ families that I might know the truth — since they have never interviewed a single witness in any of the cases Oscar has been tried on — they just believe everything the State Attorney or their investigators have to say — how simple minded is that?

Every time I have to sit through a court proceeding and I get insulted by these people — I think to myself — how sad — they do not even know me — and, they so easy judge me — they even have publically said they wanted me to die because I have married Oscar — my children were horrified — my youngest daughter slept with me for a week because she thought the victim’s step sister was going to murder me — how do I explain that?

    Rosalie Bolin

    http://www.pdiblog.com/2005/10/crossing-line.html

I have seen several different “accounts” from Ms. Bolin, over time. I choose to believe the most recent one, supplied by her own daughter. I would offer if her adult daughter is still seeking answers about such a painful time in her and her sisters lives, it is still a very open wound, and not “in the past” as Ms. Bolin would like to represent.

If one follows her responses carefully, she is quite manipulative of the truth and the facts, much like her client.

Awwww, thank you so much! Your hug is felt and appreciated. Here’s one back! :)

    Katherine Martinez …

Thank you for posting to explain that! It’s good that you have let folks know what’s going on. I realize that the video was a personal journey for you, am glad that you have taken that journey. And I’m sorry for the further pain in your life, because of the mean things said about your mother.

Am hoping you realize that your personal journey is a process, not a one-time event in your life. I admire you for being brave enough to take the first steps in your journey, and continuing with it. Part of the journey is facing the reaction of others in what you share.

So… who am I and why do I say all this?? I am someone who, like you and your sisters, have been abandoned by my mother. Just like you, I arrived at a point in my life where I needed to begin my own personal journey. Mine included putting a website online. And….. I was not prepared for the ugliness of the world when I began sharing. Said to myself, am doing this for me, and I don’t need the additional grief and pain from others! About the same time I yanked that website down, (the first time), I got an email from a visitor to my site. Who proceeded to tell me how very much my site had helped her understand her own life. I was astounded! Never for a moment thought that might happen. I struggled with it for quite some time, then put my site back up. Yes… still got ugliness from some. Yet more and more I began to hear from those the site helped. And it dawned on me that it meant more to me that it helped others in their lives, than the pain the meanness from some was causing. It was then I realized that the whole thing was a process in healing, for me, as well as for others.

And I will be bold enough to suggest to you that perhaps your video is the same type of process in your own healing, as well as that of others.

I am glad for you that you were able, at some point in your life, to come to terms with your mother, be friends with her, etc. I haven’t seen my mother in 55 years. She left when I was 2 yrs. I’ve felt angry all these years, abandoned. How could she? As most young children, I internalized it all — what was so wrong with me that made her do that? And etc. Even tho, have still always wondered…. you likely know well the questions we ask ourselves.

One of the things I’ve always wondered is what would it be like? Not to be friends, but just to see her – be with her – speak with her again? What if anything would I – could I – say? Watching your video helped me to visualize what ‘it could be’ for me. At the very least it gave me an inkling of what it is like for someone else. I guess the bottom line is that your video gives me HOPE. That it can, and has, happened for others. So it can, and might, happen for me. Does that make sense?

I hope you see that your video, as well as being instrumental in your own healing journey, has touched people in ways that possibly you never expected. For touching my life, I thank you!!

My website is nearly ready to be put back up (again), lol. Am just working out the last details. And I encourage you to consider putting your video back up, when you are ready. It’s a process, this healing journey. And I wish you well in yours. :)

    Blink,

We have seen mothers who should have walked away from their children and didn’t, NOW their children are angles up in heaven.

You talked about educating women of their options, wouldn’t one of those options be to walk away and let the children be raised in a loving and nurturing environment?

I have experience physical pain being away from my children, however not all mothers have that same connection. For whatever reason a mother chooses to walk away, weak from enabling or for some other reason, their choice may be in the best interest for the children
I am not making light of the pain and abandonment that the child feels, however the alternatives can be worse even deadly.

    ————————
    Ms Martinez

This is the first time I have heard anything about your mother, and Mr bolin so I don’t know anything about his case.

I do know a lot about this case and can tell you that people see what they want to see. Casey had friends/acquaintances who were bad guys, carried guns and dealt cocaine. They were identified to law enforcement, one is no longer living. There is a witness who saw two men pushing caseys car into amscot reported to LE. Those two men have never came forward. And that there was a witness who had knowledge of the babysitter who babysat caylee and reported it to LE, AND Caseys pings hit at this exact location on june 16th at 4:24pm and 6:31 pm in between these times there were no cell phone activity. AND the most recent information is an arrest on hopespring for a man by the name of Ortiz for giving false information to LE. This house is 10 houses away from the anthony’s and between the Anthonys house and the site where Caylee was found “close to home” at the residence owned by none other than Mrs Gonzalez.

So May this give you some peace knowing that your mother may have had another purpose on this earth than being a mother.

Everyone should be praying to god that they do not sentence caylee’s mommy to death- Amen

    MW-

I agree whole heartedly that part of the message should be not to harm one’s children and seek other options, of course.

As far as the other information your going to need to provide a link, as I cannot confirm any of it, it is a pretty inflammatory amount of information.

    Hi Blink!!

What can I say ….WOW .. as usual you have zero-ed in on yet another layer of this onion with unending layers that is this case!

But a few questions and two comments:

    1) What happened to the other mitigation specialist, Jeanene Barrett?? Is she too off the case? (Gee, talk about musical chairs!) Did Rosalie Bolin replace Barrett, or is she now in addition to Barrett.

    2) Will we be seeing more of Frank George during the trial?? I thought that he was awesome with juror #1392 (the guy with 500 people on Facebook who “joked” about “book coming soon”) The prosecution now has 3 major hitters ..not just 2!!

    Comments:

I apologize if this was already discussed…but Juror #1394 had me in tears yesterday morning with her relating about the death of her young son in a car accident and having to help LE with the details…When she said that being totally involved and cooperative with LE was a “parental obligation” and that failure to do so was “guilt by omission” ….my jaw dropped! JUST OVERWHELMING!! I knew she had to be dismissed – but Egad what an exit!

Also – I read this statement and thought that you Blink must be the author:

“People cover up murders to make them look like accidents. They don’t cover up accidents to make them look like murder …not if they’re sane”

    THANKS, BLINK!!!

    1. Because mitigation specialists do not have to praecipe their appearances or w/drawls, I do not know if she Jeanine Barrett is still working with the defense.

    2. Frank George is what I like to call the prosecutions “sleeper”, lol. He is a skilled attorney, and he is the one your not going to see leading you down the path he wants you to be on until your already on it, lol.

A footnote to all, I hope in the future when Mr. Cheney addresses the court, he can get his rump out of his chair appropriately.
Even Baez finally started to do so this week.

Thanks Blink for your response and I agree, seems she has a need to go to various blog sites written about her and “attempt” to defend herself, which I think shows her guilt to some degree. If she felt 100% comfortable in her decision to marry a serial killer and abandon her family, I doubt she would feel the need to do this. I also found the Florida Supreme Court decision wrt Oscar’s trial and it shows previous mitigating factors that were successfull in obtaining new trials and then ones that were denied this last time and the weight given to each…….very intersting read as so many are the same ones being used in Casey’s trial, ie brain damage and pre-trial publicity.

More than anything IMO she is a hypocrit for telling her daughter she finishes what she starts. Seems that only applies to Oscar the serial killer hubby and not her children. She had no problem walking away from them and not finishing her job as a parent, but then again with her value system maybe the kids are better off being raised by their dad who obviously has better morals. Thank you, I forgot to apologize for misspelling her name, I have corrected it.
She is Katherine with a K, lol. No doubt in my mind this young lady is going to use her angst as fuel and be a phenominal human being, I can just tell.

Your reply to my post and specifically your reply to Kathrine Martinez regarding the experience with your web site and how it has helped others. We never know how far our words reach to help another person with their journey through life.

Many of us post here for that very reason. This site is one of the few where good people try to make a difference. We are using our experiences and knowledge to help others understand the world in which we live.

Blink describes this as a teaching and learning blog where people share their love and understanding for others in an effort to find justice for those who have suffered from “mans inhumanity to man”.

The old American Indian expression “You cannot know the experience of another unless you have walked a mile in their mocasons” applies in this case.

From my life’s experience of teaching others and helping young people, I can tell you that there is no greater satisfaction than seeing them become happy and balanced young adults.

    Inflammatory information about whom?

I have the same information that everyone else has. The docs have been made public and are available to anyone who wants to read them. Facts about the investigation into what happened to Caylee Marie Anthony. If a witness came forward with any information it is relevant, is it not? the two men in Jacksonville has 5 PAGES regarding them. 4765,4766,4767,4774,4775. Five pages and I am still waiting to for the docs of their interviews to be released.

Mrs Gonzales on HopeSprings is in the docs also, I believe that it was Kio-Marie that mentioned her to Detective Wells early in the investigation.

Regarding the witness who came forward about witnessing the two men pushing Casey’s car, and about the apartment and information provided to whom was watching Caylee, that information was provided to detective Rivera and is also in the documents that have been released.
    OCSO report 08-93280

So again, I don’t understand how any of these facts can be inflammatory? or who they would be inflammatory against?

With all due respect, you made specific accusations, and to say “it’s in the docs” is not sourcing your information.

As an example, we all know there was a Mrs. Gonzalez on Hopespring, you stated something else.

Just keeping us all honest here.

    4758 HOPESPRING DR

at the residence owned by none other than Mrs Gonzalez

    http://www.ocpafl.org/searches/ParcelSearch.aspx#%23

Very bizarre coincidences IMO Falsifying information to law enforcement (whatever that may be) is not being very honest but it does raise my curiosity. I’ll see if I can find out more information

  49. Midwest Mom says:

Oh wow, it just occurred to me that I don’t think I have ever seen a statement from this gonzales on hopesprings. Does anyone else recall seeing it?

lol, this is what I am saying-
