Orlando, FL– Yesterday marks the anniversary of what most believe to be the death of 34 month old Caylee Marie Anthony. Whether it was in the early morning hours, or other, we may never know for certain. The only certainty I am aware of is that this doe eyed cherub has owned our hearts since we saw her for the first time. I will forever hear that clip “Momma Poppa” in my head and hear her voice.

Unfortunately, George and Cindy Anthony, together with their attorney Brad Conway, took this anniversary opportunity to fire the first shot over the bow to what I have been eluding to for months. Casey Anthony’s defense team, led by Jose Baez is coming after them directly to save their client from the death penalty. The tactics of covering up for Casey, perpetuating her lies, lying to investigators and the public in an effort to protect their daughter from being held accountable for her actions; is the very evidence Baez and team will cite to attempt to acquit their client and implicate her parents.

Palatka, FL– Talk about a change in circumstances. The bounty hunter had to turn himself into Police today on charges he falsely imprisoned a man  awaiting trial on sex offenses to a child. William Snodgrass alleges Cobra Staubs handcuffed him and detained him against his will for one hour while questioning whether he had anything to do with the disappearance of Haleigh Ann Marie Cummings. It is not known at this time if Kim Picazio, attorney to Crystal Sheffield will represent Staub’s in these charges, but the pair are admitted friends. Bail is set at $5004.00

Satsuma, FL– Did Haleigh Ann-Marie Cummings Gram try to set up William “Cobra” Staubs by leading him into a remote area of the woods about a mile from her son Ron Cummings home? Teresa Neves, is the grandmother of Haleigh Ann-Marie Cummings, missing from her Satsuma home since February 10, 2009

In the most bizarre video footage yet, captured by artharris.com, Teresa Neves appears to brazenly lead Cobra and his team into a backwoods area resmebling a scene out of deliverance.

Ms. Neves was sobbing when she called Cobra Staubs on his cell phone from her red pickup truck and asked him to meet her at the Citgo Sation on 17. She told him she had been by herself searching out there for the past 4 hours.

..”I was just walking and I got lost.. there was a trailer and it sounded like a squeaking door from deep in the woods..”

Cobra and his son Matthew, attempted to locate the owner of the trailer by knocking on the open door and calling out “Investigations Here, Anyone home?”

As they began wondering into the woods looking for clues, they abruptly lost Neves and could not locate her. Deep within the woods they had never been in, Staubs gets a call on his cell. It’s Neves.

..” Where you at.. You on the Road? You ran into a six foot  Moccasin..? Who did you all up and leave us out in the woods, was this part of the plan?  

As Cobra and son headed towards the road, they ran into a former marine who was local. He stated that what Neves may have thought was underground prisons was his innocent hog pens.

It appeared that Ms. Neves, who works as a dispatcher for the Sheriff’s Office was wearing flip flops when she met up with Cobra and would not be appropriate or footwear one would be sporting to go trouncing through the brush and soggy ground for 4 hours. Cobra thinks she set him up. For what purpose, remains to be seen.

It was later discovered that the area had been searched three times previously with 168 officers, a fact that Ms. Neves would have been aware of.

Cobra, the infamous bounty hunter and self-proclaimed private investigator had an inside track to Ron and Misty Cummings lives over the last few weeks that have called into question the accounts of the days before and evening of Haleigh’s disappearance made by both Ron and Misty. Ron has declined requests for appearances upon the advice of his counsel. Who has refused to represent his teen bride Misty.

Satsuma, Fl– A source inside the investigation into the disappearance of Haleigh Ann-Marie Cummings, 5, from Satsuma, FL, confirmed to blinkoncrime that Misty Croslin was on a weekend bender with a man who has been arrested previously on drug charges . She was MIA the three days prior to Haleigh’s disappearance the early morning hours of February 10, 2009.

Recently, Blink on Crime brought you the radio interview and background of William “Cobra” Staubs. The bounty hunter (minus the hat) and PI is being funded by an anonymous donor out of Miami and has spent a significant amount of time with both Ron and Misty. As I shared with you, my readers, I believed he was legit in this case. 

Who was she with? 

Greg Lewis Page, 28, resides on Magnolia Avenue in Palatka, FL. In a chilling coincidence, he was arrested on drug charges on Caylee Anthony’s first birthday.

He is light-skinned, of African American descent, and he is “White Boy Greg” referred to by Cobra in his interview:

“..I said Ronald, I have a very difficult question to ask you, about your now wife.  It appears one week before Haliegh came up missing, she was.  And Ronald told me to “stop right there, I know what you are going to ask me, yes was she f*cking a black guy? Yes, how do I feel about her f*cking a black guy? I know this, if I didn’t marry her, I would never, you hear me? What do you do to your enemies?”  I said (Cobra) “You keep them close.” Ronald says “Exactly, and if I didn’t marry her, I don’t know where in the hell my, where am I going to look for my son? (Cobra meant to say daughter).”

Misty and Greg On the Record

Late this afternoon, Blinkoncrime has learned that Greg Page has taken a polygraph regarding the weekend with Misty and the disappearance of Haleigh Cummings. He admitted he was with Misty and the usage of drugs.

Page was CLEARED through his polygraph of any involvement in Haleigh’s disappearance and PCSO does not consider him a suspect.

Misty Croslin Cummings also admitted to the weekend and drug use following confrontation by LE of this incident during a polygraph as well.

Misty Croslin’s account of that evening  has not been cleared by Law Enforcement nor has any representative spoken publicly about the results of her polygraph.

Satsuma, FL- Misty Croslin Cummings story has more holes than Leonard Padilla’s rolodesk. I have been hesitant to report on this issue because, like all of you, my readers, I want the emphasis to be on finding Haleigh.  However, as the updates to the case roll in, the emails I receive from those on the scene and in the area pile up, there is only one logical conclusion: MISTY IS LYING. What exactly she is lying about is the big mystery.

At their recent appearance on the Today Show, Meredith Viera asked her directly why her story has changed. Her answer: “I Don’t Know.” Recently, Blink on Crime brought you the interview of “Cobra Staubs” Bounty Hunter (minus the hat) extroirdinaire on the scene in Satsuma. Could this be the “White Boy Greg” Cobra is referring to?

Greg A White, a convicted sex offender with addresses in Florida and Georgia, has a prior conviction for Sex Battery to a minor and absconding. (Editor’s Update 3/23 :Although this individual’s profile has been sent to me by several locals as a possibility, he has been ruled out as the “white Boy Greg” in question)
