Thanks New. Interesting read. I still can’t go over all the great posters and Blink on this site. I also can’t get over how Caylee Marie Anthony is the one person who truly loved Casey her mother unconditionally and sadly turned out to be someone Casey murdered. So sick. How can someone be so sick and no one notice at all up to that point? No one…no one protecting Caylee.

And as for the book deal I saw somewhere where CA claims it is not going to be a book about the truth (lol) but will be about finding missing children. Personally I would not buy either one. I do not want to buy anything that would line their pockets from this tragedy. She claims to have lost money instead of making money from this but has not returned to work since 7/08. Casey has gotten 275K so far. No claims to want to set up any type of funds or scholarship in Caylees honor. disgusting.

    Great post NewBee.
I agree, I won’t be reading anything that Cindy Anthony has to say when this is over.
If her book is on the clearance rack at the Dollar Store or even free – I won’t waste my time.

The snip below from one of Peter Hyatt’s articles on his Statement Analysis site really says it all to me in regards to the profits anyone may make off the murder of sweet innocent Caylee.

    Pity them.

Blink you may edit this as you see fit or take it private.

Your post to C10 was exquisite and full of love for others. The story of little Skye, the things she did while you observed her and how you felt made my eyes tear up. I too do not believe there are coincidences. I believe that GOD makes it possible for each of us to do good for others as we find them in life. It is our choice.

This child, Skye, will remember her encounter with you and your family for all the rest of her life. Mr. Blink’s yard sale idea made it all possible.

As your virtual or not so virtual “Poppa” you contineously make me proud of you and what you do. All grandparents and parents should be so lucky to as to have children who give of themselves in order to make the world a better place. Consider your self loved and hugged .

I am still praying daily for you mom to overcome her disease.

P.S. I already guessed your age and you just confirmed it.

ATG, did not feel from an integrity perspective I could edit.

My Mom is not going to overcome her disease.. We have been on borrowed time for an extended period.

She deserves it, she deserves better, but what would any daughter say? It is my obligation to say that while I am unlucky to lose my Mom at such an unnatural age, I AM SO lucky to be so proud of her .

I know that I am uber gifted to have the opportunity to spend time with her and say goodbye. I do not spend our time that way.. I spend our time like we “do”.

Not about me.. Not about my Mom, but can someone stop my emotional superglue?

Kidding, and thank you. Heart u…

Thanks to all who posted the link to the piece about Casey’s aunt.

This is part one of at least a two part article. While this woman states that she would not sell her story, the article comes across as a person that is conflicted.

She is still IMO angry at Cindy and her behavior.

Those of you who watch Fox cable may have seen the piece on the case by Greta Van Sustern. I found myself talking to the TV. If only these people would report actual facts rather than try to build an opinion piece.

  12. Solange says:

Katts: genius observation! I agree fully with you having known and studied a several high functioning narcissists/sociopaths-this is what they do, they do this as naturally as the sun shines in the sky-they don’t know any other way to be. This is survival for them, competition and proving their “superiority”, is the only way life makes sense to them. It is their reason for being.

IMO, the Anthony family is typical of an incested family. These families are triangular-abuser/father/husband, the mother that refuses to see reality and take appropriate action, and the child/victim, who not only takes the abuse but additionally receives the passive aggressive rage of the mother for her husband’s actions. If the mother knows of the abuse by the husband and does not protect her daughter and family from him, she takes her displaced anger out on the daughter, it is a vicious unspoken and actively lived dynamic and the daughters’ rage, that should be at the father/abuser, gets diverted to the mother-for not protecting her and speaking the truth. These two live and act out their rage at each other in the most exquisitely complex and murderous ways and the father/perp is largely ignored. However his private (now public) hell is that he must live his life in the middle of a gigantic, vicious, lying mess and watch the consequences of his duplicitous life and betrayals. Little Caylee became the collateral damage of an out of control truthless and immoral family that worshipped themselves as mini gods. Each one fighting for the power of having the last word-truth to them is having the last word and exerting their control over each other. The stakes just kept getting higher and more dangerous and Caylee most likely became the pawn between the mother and daughter. KC had a nanny for years and the parents never asked for the nanny’s contact info or demanded more info or met her? What woman continuously steals money from her mother and yet has money for a nanny? George is supposedly grieving for the little one and yet has an affair while others are searching for her? Facades are what matter to these people, not life, not truth. It is the embodiment of evil on earth imo.

It is interesting to me that the DT has lastly presented Caylee as the one who brought about her own demise. Photos that she could “open” that heavy sliding door, climbed in the pool by her own accord and drowned. Well, if that really occurred then why isn’t it being said that the adults home that day dropped the ball and forgot about her-no word about adult responsibilities and duties to this child. Example of the victim being victimized. CA as Katts said remains the “sympathetic and loving” mother/victim while nailing KC’s coffin shut. KC is now out of the limelight and has lost her platform to shiningly lie and posture. George, as always is on the sidelines, safe and protected-and a long suffering victim of his daughter.

Personally, imo I think narcissist is too kind to describe these people-I find them sociopathic and w/out conscience. I know I sound harsh and I apologize to any I offend with my take on them. My experience with this dynamic comes from watching my stepsister’s life with her other family and seeing the damage first hand.

While I do believe KC was molested and learned to lie early on and was not protected by her mother and perhaps even suffered greatly, she is still, imo, responsible for her behaviors and actions and must pay the price. Most people who’ve been abused don’t murder others. The only way out is to leave the triangle and say no to the lies and the family’s version of “truth”, and reclaim oneself and repair the damage done by the parents. That, and be the one that refuses allow the family’s insanity to continue in their own families.

Hi there, Blink, and all of you great posters,
Just wanted to chime in with my own thought, the time is finally here and I’m praying for the jurors on this panel to have the courage to do the right thing and convict Casey Anthony of first degree murder. The state has a strong case, and as long as the jurors understand there’s a difference between reasonable doubt and unreasonable doubt, there should surely be justice for the little girl you and your readers have been watching out for for the last three years.
Anyway, I thank you, Blink, for absolutely everything you’ve done on behalf of Caylee Marie Anthony and the many others you stand up for.

  22. A Texas Grandfather says:

Nancy Grace doesn’t know what she is talking about. Believe me, I have used it to recover files that were lost. The IT forensics experts have the tools and the knowledge to go right down to the magnetic domains on the disk if they need to do that. If it was on the disk and not overwritten by other files, they have the information.

In fact, the disk copies made by the OCSD made to work with were done by a program that just copies the magnetic flux transitions. It doesn’t care what file system was used.

Disk technology has advanced from the very simple to complex over the last thirty years. Tools to diagnose problems and fix them as well as to recover data have moved right along with the technology.

The only thing that is not on the disk would be a pop-up if it was stored in video memory. If the computer was using disk space for virtual video memory, the pop-up could be there.

The buffer you use when you recieve a TV broadcast over the internet is stored on the disk. It is a particular use of virtual memory.

Wow…such great posts and insights by everyone!

At this point, on the eve of closing arguments, I find myself wondering when the jury will come back with a verdict….for some reason, I have a strong feeling that it will be on July 4th. If this feeling comes to fruition, I find myself pondering the significance of this….

    1. At the “no clothes Party”, we see Casey Anthony, beer pitcher in hand, wrapped in the AMERICAN FLAG…..foreshadowing?!?!

    2. July 4th, aka INDEPENDENCE DAY….if the jury comes back with a guilty verdict, would this signify not only justice for Caylee, but also symbolism in regard to Caylee’s INDEPENDENCE and FREEDOM from the family that has foresaken her?!?!

My mind is racing tonight….and my prayers are with the jury that their minds and hearts are open to the truth.

  26. A Texas Grandfather says:

    Solange

A very powerful post of the actions of a dysfunctional family. Toward the end you wrote of the nanny.

I do not believe there ever was a nanny. Casey, even with her thefts from her parents and grandparents and finally from Amy, a person whom she used, did not have the money to pay a nanny. This was just so much fiction on Casey’s part. It was a way to get Cindy off her back about what and where Caylee was when Casey was supposed to be working. Casy did not have a regular job except for a short time as a photo girl for Kodak at Universal Studios prior to Caylee’s birth.

It would take months of daily question and answer sessions to begin to build the truth of what happened in this family. The public, through the trial, has observed just a little of it.

  28. Survivor says:

Long time lurker, since sweet, precious Kyron disappeared so bear with me. I am so impressed by Blink and the Blinksters. This is a fantastic think-tank on behalf of the numerous defenseless people out there. Y’all amaze me over and over again! For the same timeframe, I have also followed Seamus O’Riley. This is somewhat difficult for me as my own history doesn’t present well enough to shine the shoes of most Blinksters. I have to start with the fact that I was sexually abused by the “sperm donor” from an early age – my earliest memory being at 4 – until I was 13. I know what real sexual violence against a child is all about. Until I was about 23, I chose to play the “victim” role. Criminal justice stepped in and I thank God for that. It actually gave me the one and only opportunity I had to get myself together, face my responsibilities and accept the wrongs of my life. The intense therapy started with learning how to feel again and my counselor literally did that by making me watch a mirror to see what individual muscle reactions meant. I learned to feel again by looking in a mirror, closing my eyes and then focusing on the muscles in my face/body to be able to put a name to that individual emotion. It was not easy. So, I read much about what constitutes a sociopath and have had my suspicions about myself. It is a scary thought. And yet, I live my life always trying to make the best decisions; instill the best that I can in my children and always try to do the right thing. It causes me to evaluate every decision carefully. I have come to despise my past so vehemently that I have little patience for those who choose to remain victims in their lives.

I live on land in rural Texas and pets, livestock die. It is the nature of life and it kills me every time. I cannot imagine, even with my history and suspicions, being capable to killing – MURDERING – a human being, much less a child. I believe there is disfunction in the Anthony family but I do not buy abuse by GA. It would have been insane to put ICA on the stand but I believe if she were truly a victim, she would have made an amazing witness because there is not much of a stronger passion in life (as a victim) than to assert how terribly one has been wronged and to blame the world. She has clearly not received counseling for the allegation; doesn’t act like a victim; certainly does not behave like a survivor and therefore I believe it didn’t happen.

@Solange – “While I do believe KC was molested and learned to lie early on and was not protected by her mother and perhaps even suffered greatly, she is still, imo, responsible for her behaviors and actions and must pay the price. Most people who’ve been abused don’t murder others. That, and be the one that refuses allow the family’s insanity to continue in their own families.”

You are so right. Victim or not, we all have an obligation to accept responsibility for our actions. Reclamation is the only way. Setting boundaries with those who may have wronged us as well as FEELING the consequences of our actions is the only way to break the cycle. I can only accept that sweet little Caylee is one of the lucky ones, lucky enough to be under the protective arm of (at least my) our Lord and Savior who will see to it that she will never again see the evil of the one who brought her into this world and, unfortunately, had the ability to take her out. I have spent many, many years reciting the verse that “vengeance is mine” and exhibiting the patience that comes with it to control my own rage and anger. May it be in His time that He follow through on his promise of vengeance on behalf of His little angel. God bless the jurors, the Prosecution, Judge Perry and all of you.

    BLINK~

Would you explain how the jury session/s of deliberation/s will be handled ??

I know the Judge will seal off the 23rd floor, that they will not be restricted to jury room & will have all the evidence set-up in the court room for them to look at …

but is deliberations like a 9;00am -to- 5pm ‘job’ or …???

Especially if deliberations goes for days …

Once they get the case are they ONLY to talk about case during the deliberations …??

I know you already wrote you feel it will be more than “mere hours” … but w/the sheer amount of ‘evidence introduced & witnesses on stand” what lengths of time are consider “good for State vs good for defense” ??

OR is that a “fabrication” judging the time a jury takes w/regards to guilty vs not guilty ??

I see the waiting for jury “will be similar to Friday waiting for court too start after indef recess due to jb & needing his deps again” but actual worse since the jury is for all or nothing …

    Thanks

For the most part, the jury decided how long they will work on a daily basis when it exceeds the standard accomodations at the courthouse by requesting same via Judge Perry. They may not discuss the case outside of deliberations when they recess from that activity on a daily basis.

I will be posting the post verdict media schedule around lunch so we are all watching opening arguments.

Casey is not looking well – hope they have some barf bags nearby. Now she seems to be recovering and looking pitiful….Jeff is getting near the end – he is now reminding the jury of George bringing Caylee’s dead body from the pool…George has told the jury the pool statement never happened. Baez stated George put the tape on Caylee – but in the same statement Roy Kronk found the skull AND TOOK IT HOME AND PUT DUCT TAPE ON IT AND BROUGHT IT BACK !!!!!! Oh yeah, and Kronk kept it at his home for four months….and then planted it back in the wooded area. Casey is blowing her nose. Jeff is bringing in the Simon Birch encounter with towing Casey’s car. Birch knows what he smelled and it wasn’t pizza. Ole Casey is now wiping her tears with both hands…Man, she is now angry looking – maybe she’ll punch Baez.

He states there is no cause of death and goes back to Dr. Gee – three strips of duct tape what does three do that one does not – one over mouth one over nose and another to finish the job….. Caylee suffocated. WOW !!!!!! Jeff just filled a needle for Casey’s vein.
